Abstract

L'ustensile manuel selon l'invention se présente sous la forme d'un composant d'un couvert de table et plus particulièrement sous celle d'une cuillère (10). Cette cuillère comporte une pièce d'extrémité fonctionnelle (11) et un manche amovible (12). Ces éléments sont équipés d'organes d'emboîtement complémentaires permettant de les coupler de façon amovible. A cet effet, la pièce d'extrémité (11) est pourvue d'un embout (13) et le manche (12) est pourvu d'une douille (14) agencée pour recevoir l'embout (13). Un picot (15) disposé sur l'embout (13) coopère avec une gorge axiale (22) ménagée dans la douille (14) et agencée pour recevoir et bloquer le picot (15) pour former un dispositif de verrouillage. Pour compléter et renforcer l'assemblage de la pièce d'extrémité fonctionnelle (11) et du manche (12), la douille (14) est équipée d'un aimant (34) et l'embout (13) est équipé d'un aimant (33).

USTENSILE MANUEL, NOTAMMENT ARTICLE DE VAISSELLE
Domaine technique
La présente invention concerne un ustensile manuel, notamment un article de vaisselle tel qu'un composant d'un couvert de table, ledit ustensile comprenant deux éléments constitutifs, d'une part, une pièce d'extrémité fonctionnelle et, d'autre part, un manche amovible, lesdits éléments constitutifs étant équipés d'organes d'emboîtement complémentaires agencés pour les coupler de façon amovible, l'un desdits éléments constitutifs étant pourvu d'un embout, l'autre desdits éléments constitutifs étant pourvu d'une douille agencée pour recevoir ledit embout, ladite pièce d'extrémité fonctionnelle comportant une première rampe transversale et ledit manche comportant une seconde rampe transversale de forme complémentaire à celle de la première rampe transversale pour permettre une juxtaposition desdites deux rampes transversales, la forme de ces rampes transversales étant définie pour provoquer un déplacement axial relatif des deux éléments constitutifs lorsque l'un est tourné autour de son axe par rapport à l'autre.
Technique antérieure
On connaît déjà un ustensile de ce type, décrit par le brevet européen publié sous le N° EP 1 358 970 de la demanderesse dont une application particulièrement importante concerne les couverts de table dans le domaine appelé "l'art de la table". L'une des originalités de ce produit réside dans le fait que le manche est interchangeable, ce qui permet d'adapter les couverts au décor de table réalisé en fonction des circonstances ou des événements.
Dans l'outil ou l'ustensile défini par le brevet ci-dessus la force de liaison des deux éléments constitutifs est obtenue essentiellement par l'attraction magnétique de deux aimants qui sont incrustés respectivement dans chacun de ces deux éléments. Le couplage résultant assure une force de maintien en position relative des deux éléments constitutifs, à savoir de la pièce fonctionnelle et du manche, qui est en principe suffisante pour un usage courant. Néanmoins, dans certaines circonstances, la contrainte peut être supérieure à la tenue mécanique obtenue par le couplage magnétique et les deux éléments constitutifs peuvent se désassembler, ou du moins partiellement s'écarter l'un de l'autre.
Cet effet constitue un inconvénient non acceptable pour des produits, tels que des couverts de table, qui sont considérés comme des produits de luxe et pour lesquels la moindre désolidarisation du manche par rapport à la pièce d'extrémité fonctionnelle, cuillère, fourchette ou couteau serait considéré comme un défaut inacceptable.
Exposé de l'invention
La présente invention vise à pallier l'inconvénient mentionné ci-dessus et qui est inhérent à l'art antérieur, en remplaçant ou en complétant les moyens de couplage magnétique par un couplage mécanique.
Dans ce but, l'ustensile manuel de l'invention tel que défini en préambule est caractérisé en ce que lesdits organes d'emboîtement complémentaires comportent en outre un dispositif de verrouillage agencé pour lier l'un des éléments constitutifs à l'autre élément, lorsque ces deux éléments constitutifs sont couplés au moyen desdits organes d'emboîtement complémentaires.
Selon une forme de réalisation préférée, ledit dispositif de verrouillage comporte au moins une protubérance périphérique sensiblement radiale ménagée sur l'un desdits organes d'emboîtement complémentaires et au moins une gorge axiale ménagée sur l'autre desdits organes d'emboîtement complémentaires, ladite gorge étant agencée pour recevoir et bloquer en position ladite protubérance périphérique sensiblement radiale lorsque les deux éléments constitutifs sont couplés au moyen desdits organes d'emboîtement complémentaires.
Selon une variante de réalisation ledit dispositif de verrouillage peut comporter deux protubérances périphériques sensiblement radiales ménagées sur l'un desdits organes d'emboîtement complémentaires et deux gorges axiales ménagées sur l'autre desdits organes d'emboîtement complémentaires, lesdites gorges étant agencées pour recevoir et bloquer en position lesdites protubérances périphériques sensiblement radiales lorsque les deux éléments constitutifs sont couplés au moyen desdits organes d'emboîtement complémentaires.
Lesdites protubérances périphériques sensiblement radiales comportent chacune préférentiellement un picot approximativement cylindrique.
Pour permettre un positionnement correct des deux éléments constitutifs de l'ustensile, lesdits picots cylindriques ont de préférence un diamètre différent.
Lesdites gorges sont avantageusement ménagées dans une douille disposée longitudinalement, parallèle à l'axe dudit organe d'emboîtement correspondant, et sont dimensionnées pour recevoir lesdits picots.
Selon un mode de réalisation particulier, ladite douille longitudinale est constituée d'un premier secteur, dit secteur de guidage, et d'un second secteur, dit secteur de verrouillage, ledit secteur de guidage comportant lesdites gorges qui ont un profil similaire à celui desdits picots et ledit secteur de verrouillage ayant, sur un premier tronçon, des parois latérales souples et élastiques qui définissent un étranglement de section légèrement inférieure à celle desdits picots et sur un second tronçon, des parois latérales qui définissent un logement sensiblement circulaire dont le diamètre est sensiblement égal à la section des picots de l'embout.
Ledit embout de l'un desdits éléments constitutifs a de préférence au moins un tronçon de forme cylindrique de section circulaire et est disposé sensiblement dans le prolongement de l'axe de l'élément constitutif correspondant et ladite douille de l'autre desdits éléments constitutifs comporte au moins un tronçon creux de section circulaire dont le diamètre est légèrement supérieur au diamètre extérieur du tronçon de section circulaire correspondant de l'embout du premier desdits éléments constitutifs.
Pour permettre l'emboîtement des deux éléments, les gorges axiales sont ménagées dans la paroi du tronçon creux de la douille et les picots cylindriques sont disposés sur le tronçon de section circulaire de l'embout.
Selon une variante avantageuse, lesdits éléments constitutifs équipés d'organes d'emboîtement complémentaires agencés pour les coupler de façon amovible, comportent en outre respectivement un premier aimant et un second aimant, ledit second aimant étant agencé pour entrer dans une zone d'attraction magnétique dudit premier aimant lorsque ledit embout de l'un desdits éléments constitutifs est engagé dans ladite douille de l'autre desdits éléments constitutifs.
De façon préférentielle, lesdits premier et second aimants d'une part et le dispositif de verrouillage de l'un des éléments constitutifs par rapport à l'autre d'autre part sont agencés pour que le couplage des deux éléments constitutifs par attraction magnétique et leur couplage mécanique réalisé par ledit dispositif de verrouillage s'effectuent sensiblement simultanément.
Selon une forme de réalisation particulière, ladite première rampe transversale de la pièce d'extrémité fonctionnelle et ladite seconde rampe transversale de forme complémentaire dudit manche comportent au moins un secteur incurvé dont le rayon de courbure est compris entre cinq millimètres et l'infini.
Ce rayon de courbure du secteur incurvé des rampes transversales peut être défini de telle manière qu'une rotation relative de l'un des deux éléments constitutifs autour de son axe provoque un déplacement axial relatif de ces éléments. Description sommaire des dessins

Meilleures manières de réaliser l'invention
En référence à la figure 1A, l'ustensile selon l'invention se présente sous la forme d'un composant d'un couvert de table et plus particulièrement sous celle d'une cuillère 10 qui comporte une pièce d'extrémité fonctionnelle 1 1 et un manche amovible 12 qui constituent les éléments constitutifs de la cuillère 10, ces éléments constitutifs étant équipés d'organes d'emboîtement complémentaires agencés pour les coupler de façon amovible. L'intérêt de réaliser des couverts en deux éléments amovibles est de permettre de modifier l'aspect, le style, le décor en vue d'adapter une décoration de table selon les circonstances d'un repas. A cet effet il convient de développer des moyens de couplage des deux éléments, ces moyens devant être à la fois discrets et efficaces, c'est-à-dire quasi invisibles pour les utilisateurs et d'une résistance à toute épreuve pour éviter une quelconque désolidarisation accidentelle des deux éléments.
La figure 1 B montre la cuillère 10 assemblée et illustre les moyens de couplage des deux éléments constitutifs de cette cuillère. Ces moyens seront décrits plus en détail en référence aux figures 2 et 3. La pièce d'extrémité fonctionnelle 1 1 est, dans ce cas, équipée d'un embout 13 qui est soit réalisé avec cette pièce, soit usiné ou moulé séparément et solidarisé avec cette pièce par des techniques connues en soi. Le manche 12 est, dans ce cas, équipé d'une douille 14 agencée pour recevoir et loger ledit embout 13. A cet effet, ladite douille 14 comporte au moins un tronçon creux 14a de section circulaire dont le diamètre est légèrement supérieur au diamètre extérieur d'un tronçon de section circulaire 13a correspondant de l'embout 13. La douille 14 peut être usinée ou moulée séparément et mise en place dans un alésage approprié ménagé dans le manche 12 ou pourrait être remplacée par un alésage ayant un profil correspondant sensiblement à celui de l'embout 13.
Pour compléter et renforcer l'assemblage de la pièce d'extrémité fonctionnelle 1 1 et du manche 12, la douille 14 est équipée d'un aimant 34, sous la forme d'une pièce cylindrique enchâssée à l'intérieur de ladite douille et l'embout 13 est équipé d'un aimant 33, également en forme de pièce cylindrique, fixé dans son extrémité coopérant avec la douille 14. Ces deux aimants sont agencés pour s'attirer et pour compléter ou renforcer la liaison entre les deux éléments constitutifs de la cuillère 10 et, le cas échéant, constituer des moyens de fixation supplémentaires par rapport aux autres moyens qui seront décrits plus en détail ci-après.
La figure 1 C montre la cuillère 10 désassemblée et représente plus particulièrement la pièce d'extrémité fonctionnelle 1 1 pourvue de l'embout 13 destiné au couplage de cette pièce avec le manche 12. On notera que l'embout
13, formant l'un des organes d'emboîtement et illustré plus en détail par la figure 2, a une forme cylindrique de section circulaire et comporte sur son tronçon 13a au moins une protubérance sous la forme d'un picot 15 sensiblement cylindrique disposé perpendiculairement à l'axe de la cuillère 10. Un second picot 16 peut être prévu et disposé dans ce cas de façon diamétralement opposée au picot 15. Le picot 15 ou les picots 15 et 16 sont agencés pour pouvoir coulisser dans des gorges correspondantes de la douille
14, formant l'autre organe d'emboîtement, afin d'assurer le guidage de l'embout 13 de l'extrémité fonctionnelle 1 1 dans la douille 14 du manche 12 lors du couplage des deux éléments constitutifs. Par ce moyen on assure un positionnement relatif correct des deux éléments. Pour améliorer ce positionnement lorsque l'embout 13 est pourvu de deux picots 15 et 16, lesdits picots ne sont pas identiques et le picot 16 présente un diamètre supérieur à celui du picot 15.
La pièce d'extrémité fonctionnelle 1 1 et le manche 12 comportent respectivement une rampe 1 1 a et une rampe 12a qui présentent des formes complémentaires de manière à se juxtaposer lorsque les deux éléments sont assemblés. Ces rampes comportent avantageusement au moins un secteur incurvé dont le rayon de courbure peut varier entre quelques millimètres, par exemple cinq millimètres, et l'infini. Dans ce dernier cas, les rampes sont planes et la rotation relative de l'un des éléments par rapport à l'autre n'induit aucun déplacement axial relatif. En revanche si le rayon de courbure est faible, une rotation relative engendre un déplacement axial relatif plus important des deux éléments.
Les figures 3A et 3B représentent plus en détail le dispositif de verrouillage pour lier l'un des éléments constitutifs, à savoir la pièce d'extrémité fonctionnelle 1 1 et le manche 12, lorsque ces deux éléments constitutifs sont couplés au moyen desdits organes d'emboîtement complémentaires. En termes généraux, le dispositif de verrouillage se compose d'une protubérance périphérique disposée radialement et ménagée sur l'un desdits organes d'emboîtement complémentaires, et un évidement ménagé sur l'autre desdits organes d'emboîtement complémentaires, cet évidement étant agencé pour recevoir ladite protubérance. Dans la présente réalisation, la protubérance périphérique a la forme d'un segment de tige cylindrique ou celle du picot 15 dressé perpendiculairement à la périphérie de l'embout 13. Le second picot 16, diamétralement opposé ou non, est prévu pour parfaire le guidage de l'embout 13 dans la douille 14. A cet effet, la douille 14 est constituée d'un premier secteur, dit secteur de guidage 20, et d'un second secteur, dit secteur de verrouillage 21 , ledit secteur de guidage 20 comportant au moins une gorge axiale 22, ménagée dans le tronçon creux 14a, qui a un profil similaire à celui dudit picot 15, et ledit secteur de verrouillage 21 ayant, sur un premier tronçon 23, des parois latérales souples et élastiques 23a et 23b qui définissent un étranglement 24 de section légèrement inférieure à celle dudit picot 15 et sur un second tronçon 25, des parois latérales qui définissent un logement 26 sensiblement circulaire dont le diamètre est sensiblement égal à la section du picot 15. Le tronçon creux 14a du secteur de guidage 20 peut comporter une seconde gorge intérieure 22a, éventuellement diamétralement opposée à la gorge 22 ayant un profil similaire à celui dudit picot 16 pour assurer le guidage dudit picot 16. Dans ce cas, les autres composants du guidage et du verrouillage correspondant au picot 16 doivent également être présents.
D'autres solutions sont envisageables, notamment des dispositifs de verrouillage du type à baïonnette avec lesquels les deux éléments constitutifs doivent être engagés axialement et ensuite tournés l'un par rapport à l'autre. Le verrouillage mécanique combiné avec le verrouillage magnétique constitue une solution très sûre et très efficace, même si cette combinaison n'est pas une nécessité absolue.

Claims

REVENDICATIONS
1 . Ustensile manuel, notamment un article de vaisselle tel qu'un composant d'un couvert de table, ledit ustensile (10) comprenant deux éléments constitutifs, d'une part, une pièce d'extrémité fonctionnelle (1 ) et, d'autre part, un manche amovible (12), lesdits éléments constitutifs étant équipés d'organes d'emboîtement complémentaires agencés pour les coupler de façon amovible, l'un (1 1 ) desdits éléments constitutifs étant pourvu d'un embout (13), l'autre (12) desdits éléments constitutifs étant pourvu d'une douille (14) agencée pour recevoir ledit embout (13), ladite pièce d'extrémité fonctionnelle (1 1 ) comportant une première rampe transversale (1 1 a) et ledit manche (12) comportant une seconde rampe transversale (12a) de forme complémentaire à celle de la première rampe transversale (1 a) pour permettre une juxtaposition desdites deux rampes transversales, la forme de ces rampes transversales étant définie pour provoquer un déplacement axial relatif des deux éléments constitutifs lorsque l'un est tourné autour de son axe par rapport à l'autre, caractérisé en ce que lesdits organes d'emboîtement complémentaires comportent en outre un dispositif de verrouillage agencé pour lier l'un des éléments constitutifs à l'autre élément, lorsque ces deux éléments constitutifs (1 1 , 12) sont couplés au moyen desdits organes d'emboîtement complémentaires.
2. Ustensile manuel selon la revendication 1 , caractérisé en ce que ledit dispositif de verrouillage comporte au moins une protubérance périphérique (15) sensiblement radiale ménagée sur l'un (13) desdits organes d'emboîtement complémentaires, et au moins une gorge axiale (22) ménagée dans l'autre (14) desdits organes d'emboîtement complémentaires, ladite gorge (22) étant agencée pour recevoir et bloquer en position ladite protubérance périphérique (15) sensiblement radiale lorsque les deux éléments constitutifs (1 1 , 12) sont couplés au moyen desdits organes d'emboîtement complémentaires.
3. Ustensile manuel selon la revendication 1 , caractérisé en ce que ledit dispositif de verrouillage comporte deux protubérances périphériques ( 5, 16) sensiblement radiales ménagées sur l'un (13) desdits organes d'emboîtement complémentaires et deux gorges axiales (22, 22a) ménagées dans l'autre (14) desdits organes d'emboîtement complémentaires, lesdites gorges (22, 22a) étant agencées pour recevoir et bloquer en position lesdites protubérances périphériques (15, 16) sensiblement radiales lorsque les deux éléments constitutifs (1 1 , 12) sont couplés au moyen desdits organes d'emboîtement complémentaires.
4. Ustensile manuel selon les revendications 2 et 3, caractérisé en ce que lesdites protubérances périphériques sensiblement radiales comportent chacune un picot (15, 16) approximativement cylindrique.
5. Ustensile manuel selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que lesdits picots cylindriques (15, 16) ont un diamètre différent.
6. Ustensile manuel selon les revendications 2 à 5, caractérisé en ce que lesdites gorges axiales (22, 22a) sont ménagées dans une douille (14) disposée longitudinalement, parallèle à Taxe dudit organe d'emboîtement correspondant, et sont dimensionnées pour recevoir lesdits picots (15, 16).
7. Ustensile manuel selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que ladite douille longitudinale (14) est constituée d'un premier secteur (20), dit secteur de guidage, et d'un second secteur (21 ), dit secteur de verrouillage, ledit secteur de guidage (20) comportant lesdites gorges axiales (22, 22a) qui ont un profil similaire à celui desdits picots (15, 16) et ledit secteur de verrouillage (21) ayant, sur un premier tronçon (23), des parois latérales souples et élastiques (23a, 23b) qui définissent un étranglement (24) de section légèrement inférieure à celle desdits picots (15, 16) et, sur un second tronçon (25), des parois latérales qui définissent un logement (26) sensiblement circulaire dont le diamètre est sensiblement égal à la section des picots (15, 16) de l'embout (13).

Ustensile manuel selon la revendication 1 , caractérisé en ce que ledit embout (13) de l'un (1 1 ) desdits éléments constitutifs comporte au moins un tronçon (13a) de forme . cylindrique de section circulaire et est disposé sensiblement dans le prolongement de l'axe de l'élément constitutif correspondant (1 1 ), et en ce que ladite douille (14) de l'autre (12) desdits éléments constitutifs comporte au moins un tronçon creux (14a) de section circulaire dont le diamètre est légèrement supérieur au diamètre extérieur du tronçon (13a) de section circulaire correspondant de l'embout (13) du premier (1 1 ) desdits éléments constitutifs.
9. Ustensile manuel selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que lesdites gorges axiales (22, 22a) sont ménagées dans la paroi du tronçon creux (14a) de la douille (14), et en ce que les picots cylindriques (15, 16) sont disposés sur le tronçon (13a) de section circulaire de l'embout (13).

Ustensile manuel selon la revendication 1 , caractérisé en ce que lesdits éléments constitutifs (11 , 12) équipés d'organes d'emboîtement complémentaires agencés pour les coupler de façon amovible, comportent en outre respectivement un premier aimant (33) et un second aimant (34), ledit second aimant étant agencé pour entrer dans une zone d'attraction magnétique dudit premier aimant lorsque ledit embout (13) de l'un desdits éléments constitutifs
(1 1 ) est engagé dans ladite douille (14) de l'autre (12) desdits éléments constitutifs. 1 . Ustensile manuel selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que lesdits premier et second aimants d'une part et le dispositif de verrouillage de l'un des éléments constitutifs par rapport à l'autre d'autre part sont agencés pour que le couplage des deux éléments constitutifs (1 1 , 12) par attraction magnétique et leur couplage mécanique réalisé par ledit dispositif de verrouillage s'effectuent sensiblement simultanément.
12. Ustensile manuel selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ladite première rampe transversale (1 1 a) de la pièce d'extrémité fonctionnelle et ladite seconde rampe transversale (12a) de forme complémentaire dudit manche (12) comportent au moins un secteur incurvé dont le rayon de courbure est compris entre cinq millimètres et l'infini.
13. Ustensile manuel selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que le rayon de courbure du secteur incurvé des rampes transversales (1 1 a, 12a) est défini de telle manière qu'une rotation relative de l'un des deux éléments constitutifs (1 1 , 12) autour de son axe provoque un déplacement axial relatif de ces éléments.
