Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft kosmetische Reinigungsmittel, die in einem geeigneten Träger a) mindestens ein Alkylsulfat- und/oder ein Alkylpolyglykolethersulfatsalz, b) mindestens ein amphoteres und/oder zwitterionisches Tensid nach einer der allgemeinen Formeln (I) oder (II) in denen der Rest R jeweils für einen geradkettigen oder verzweigten, gesättigten oder ein- bzw. mehrfach ungesättigten Alkyl- oder Alkenlyrest mit 8 bis 24 Kohlenstoffatomen und n für eine Zahl von 1 bis 6 steht, c) mindestens einen Sorbitansäureester und d) mindestens einen nichtionischen Celluloseether enthalten, mit der Maßgabe, dass das Gewichtsverhältnis des(der) Alkylsulfat- und/oder Alkylpolyglykolethersulfatsalzes(e) a) zum (zu den) amphoteren bzw. zwitterionischen Tensid(en) der Formeln (I) oder (II) im Bereich von 1 : 0,65 bis 1 : 1,5 liegt.
Description
"Pflegendes kosmetisches Reinigungsmittel mit verbesserten Schaumeigenschaften"
Die Erfindung liegt auf dem Gebiet der Kosmetik und betrifft Reinigungsmittel, die eine spezielle Tensidmischung in einem bestimmten Verhältnis, einen Sorbitansäureester und einen nichtionischen Celluloseether enthalten.
Kosmetische Reinigungsmittel für die Haut und/oder die Haare wie flüssige Seifen, Shampoos, Duschbäder, Schaumbäder sowie Dusch- und Waschgele müssen neben der Reinigung eine gute Haut- und/oder Schleimhautverträglichkeit aufweisen, und dürfen auch bei häufiger Anwendung nicht zu einer Schädigung der Hautbarriere führen.
Daher enthalten moderne Reinigungsmittel oftmals zusätzliche Pflegekomponenten wie kationische Polymere, sogenannte Moisturizing-Komponenten und/oder Rückfettungsmittel, um den Feuchtigkeitsgehalt der Haut (der Kopfhaut) so wenig wie möglich aus seinem natürlichen Gleichgewicht zu bringen.
Neben der Einarbeitung zusätzlicher Pflegekomponenten ist man bestrebt, diese mit besonders milden Tensidmischungen zu kombinieren.
In der Offenlegungsschrift WO 2007/006402 werden milde Reinigungsmittel mit verbesserten Schaum- und Schäumeigenschaften offenbart, die eine Kombination aus
a) anionischen Schwefelsäureestern,
b) amphoteren Tensiden und
c) > 1 ,2 Gew.-% ethoxylierten Glycerin-Fettsäureestern mit 3 bis 12 Ethylenoxid-Einheiten enthalten, wobei der Gesamttensidgehalt (a), b), c) und ggfs. weiterer Tenside) < 16 Gew.-% beträgt.
Die Zusammensetzungen sind mild. Es konnte jedoch beobachtet werden, dass die Schaumstabilität der Mittel nicht immer zufriedenstellend war.
In der Patentanmeldung EP 1422288 werden Flüssigseifen mit verbesserten
Schaumeigenschaften offenbart, die eine Kombination aus maximal 10 Gew.-% anionischen und amphoteren Tensiden, Alkaliseifen und nichtionischen Celluloseethern enthalten.
Die Flüssigseifen liefern einen reichhaltigen, sich schnell bildenden, cremigen Schaum, der sich leicht wieder von der Haut abspülen lässt. Die sich bildende Schaummenge war jedoch nicht zufriedenstellend.
Es besteht demnach weiterhin der Bedarf nach milden kosmetischen Reinigungsmitteln mit ausgezeichneter reinigender Wirkung, gutem Schäumvermögen und guten Schaumeigenschaften.
Der vorliegenden Erfindung lag die Aufgabe zugrunde, besonders milde kosmetische Reinigungsmittel mit sehr guter Pflegeleistung und Hautverträglichkeit herzustellen.
Die Reinigungsmittel sollten weiterhin hervorragende Schaumeigenschaften aufweisen.
Der Schaum sollte gut auf der Haut verteilbar und stabil sein. Er sollte sich zudem leicht von der
Haut wieder abspülen lassen und ein spannungsfreies Hautgefühl hinterlassen.
Gegenstand der Erfindung ist ein kosmetisches Reinigungsmittel, das in einem geeigneten Träger a) mindestens ein Alkylsulfat- und/oder ein Alkylpolyglykolethersulfatsalz,
b) mindestens ein amphoteres und/oder zwitterionisches Tensid nach einer der allgemeinen Formeln (I) oder (II)
in denen der Rest R jeweils für einen geradkettigen oder verzweigten, gesättigten oder ein- bzw. mehrfach ungesättigten Alkyl- oder Alkenlyrest mit 8 bis 24 Kohlenstoffatomen und n für eine Zahl von 1 bis 6 steht,
c) mindestens einen Sorbitansäureester und
d) mindestens einen nichtionischen Celluloseether enthält,
mit der Maßgabe, dass das Gewichtsverhältnis des(der) Alkylsulfat- und/oder Alkylpolyglykolethersulfatsalzes(e) a) zum (zu den) amphoteren bzw. zwitterionischen Tensid(en) der Formeln (I) oder (II) im Bereich von 1 : 0,65 bis 1 : 1 ,5 liegt.
Unter einem geeigneten Träger wird bevorzugt ein wässriger oder wässrig-alkoholischer Träger verstanden.
Bevorzugt enthält der kosmetische Träger mindestens 50 Gew.-%, mehr bevorzugt mindestens 60 Gew.-% und besonders bevorzugt mindestens 70 Gew.-% Wasser.
Weiterhin kann der kosmetische Träger 0,01 bis 40 Gew.-%, bevorzugt 0,05 bis 35 Gew.-% und insbesondere 0, 1 bis 30 Gew.-% mindestens eines Alkohols enthalten, der ausgewählt sein kann aus Ethanol, Ethyldiglykol, 1-Propanol, 2-Propanol, Isopropanol, 1 ,2-Propylenglycol, Glycerin, Diglycerin, Triglycerin, 1-Butanol, 2-Butanol, 1 ,2-Butandiol, 1 ,3-Butandiol, 1-Pentanol, 2-Pentanol, 1 ,2-Pentandiol, 1 ,5-Pentandiol, 1 , Hexanol, 2-Hexanol, 1 ,2-Hexandiol, 1 ,6-Hexandiol, Polyethylenglycole, Sorbitol, Sorbitan, Benzylalkohol, Phenoxyethanol oder Mischungen dieser Alkohole.
Bevorzugt sind die wasserlöslichen Alkohole.
Insbesondere bevorzugt sind Ethanol, Ethyldiglykol, 1-Propanol, 2-Propanol, Isopropanol, 1 ,2- Propylenglycol, Glycerin, Benzylalkohol und/oder Phenoxyethanol sowie Mischungen dieser Alkohole.
Bevorzugte erfindungsgemäße Reinigungsmittel weisen zur Erzielung optimaler Milde und Pflege bevorzugt ein Gewichtsverhältnis des(der) Alkylsulfat- und/oder Alkylpolyglykolethersulfat-salzes(e) a) zum (zu den) amphoteren bzw. zwitterionischen Tensid(en) der Formeln (I) oder (II) im Bereich von 1 : 0,70 bis 1 : 1 ,25 und besonders bevorzugt im Bereich von 1 : 0,75 bis 1 : 1 auf.
Geeignete Alkylsulfat- und/oder Alkylpolyglykolethersulfatsalze a), die in den erfindungsgemäßen Reinigungsmitteln eingesetzt werden können, entsprechen bevorzugt der Formel R-0(CH2-CH20)x- OS03 " X+, in der R bevorzugt für eine lineare oder verzweigte, gesättigte oder ungesättigte Alkyl- gruppe mit 8 bis 30 C-Atomen, x für 0 oder eine Zahl von 1 bis 12 und X für ein Alkali-, ein Erdalkali-, ein Ammonium- oder ein Alkanolaminion steht.
Besonders bevorzugt aufgrund ihrer sehr guten Schäumeigenschaften und Milde sind geradkettige oder verzweigte Alkylethersulfate, die einen Alkylrest mit 8 bis 18 und insbesondere mit 10 bis 16 C-Atomen, sowie 1 bis 6 und insbesondere 2 bis 4 Ethylenoxideinheiten enthalten.
Insbesondere bevorzugt sind die Natrium-, Magnesium und/oder Triethanolaminsalze linearer oder verzweigter Lauryl-, Tridecyl- und/oder Myristylsulfate, die einen mittleren Ethoxylierungsgrad von 2 bis 4 aufweisen.
Das oder die Alkylsulfat- und/oder Alkylpolyglykolethersulfatsalz(e) a) wird (werden) in den erfindungsgemäßen Reinigungsmitteln bevorzugt in Mengen von 0, 1 bis 20 Gew.-%, mehr bevorzugt von 0,5 bis 15 Gew.-%, besonders bevorzugt von 1 bis 10 Gew.-% und insbesondere von 4 bis 8,5 Gew.-% eingesetzt, wobei sich die Mengenangaben auf das Gesamtgewicht des Reinigungsmittels beziehen.
Geeignete amphotere/zwitterionische Tenside b), die in den erfindungsgemäßen Reinigungsmitteln eingesetzt werden können, entsprechen einer der nachfolgenden Formeln (I) oder (II), in denen der Rest R jeweils für einen geradkettigen oder verzweigten, gesättigten oder ein- bzw. mehrfach ungesättigten Alkyl- oder Alkenlyrest mit 8 bis 24 Kohlenstoffatomen und n für eine Zahl von 1 bis 6 steht,

Bevorzugte amphotere und/oder zwitterionische Tenside einer der zuvor genannten Formeln (I) oder (II) enthalten als Rest R überwiegend einen geradkettigen oder verzweigten, gesättigten oder ein- bzw. mehrfach ungesättigten Alkylrest mit 8 bis 20, mehr bevorzugt von 8 bis 16 und insbesondere mit 8 bis 12 C-Atomen. Bei Tensiden der Formel (II) steht n bevorzugt für die Zahlen 1 , 2 oder 3.
Mehr bevorzugte amphotere/zwitterionische Tenside sind C8-Ci2-Alkyl- und/oder C8-Ci2-Alkyl amido(Ci-C4)alkylbetaine einer der zuvor genannten Formeln (I) oder (II).
Zu den besonders bevorzugten amphoteren/zwitterionischen Tensiden zählen die unter der INCI- Bezeichnung bekannten Tenside Coco Betaine, Lauryl Betaine, Myristyl Betaine, Lauramidopropylbetain und/oder Cocamidopropylbetain.
Insbesondere bevorzugt ist ein unter der INCI-Bezeichnung Cocamidopropylbetain bekanntes und im Handel von mehreren Anbietern erhältliches amphoteres Tensid.
Das oder die amphotere(n)/zwitterionische(n) Tensid(e) nach einer der zuvor genannten Formeln (I) oder (II) wird (werden) in den erfindungsgemäßen Reinigungsmitteln bevorzugt in Mengen von 0,1 bis 20 Gew.-%, mehr bevorzugt von 0,5 bis 15 Gew.-%, besonders bevorzugt von 1 bis 10 Gew.-% und insbesondere von 3 bis 8 Gew.-% eingesetzt, wobei sich die Mengenangaben auf das Gesamtgewicht des Reinigungsmittels beziehen.
Zur Erzielung eines optimalen Leistungsprofils der Tensidmischung (optimale Schaumeigenschaften und Milde) ist es bevorzugt, wenn die Summe aller Tenside a) und b) in den erfindungsgemäßen Reinigungszusammensetzungen maximal 15 Gew.-%, mehr bevorzugt maximal 14,5 Gew.-% und insbesondere maximal 14 Gew.-% beträgt, wobei sich die Mengenangabe auf das Gesamtgewicht der Reinigungszusammensetzung bezieht.
Durch die Zugabe eines geeigneten Sorbitansäureesters sowie eines geeigneten nichtionischen Celluloseethers zu der zuvor genannten Tensidmischung können die Schaumbildung und die Schaumeigenschaften der Tensidmischung signifikant verbessert werden.
Auch die Einarbeitung pflegender Komponenten in die erfindungsgemäßen Reinigungsmittel ist möglich, ohne dass die Schaumbildung und die Schaumeigenschaften der erfindungsgemäßen Reinigungsmittel negativ beeinträchtigt werden.
Geeignete Pflegekomponenten werden an späterer Stelle der Anmeldung näher beschrieben.
Unter geeigneten Sorbitansäureestern c), die in den erfindungsgemäßen Reinigungsmitteln eingesetzt werden können, sind bevorzugt Ester des Sorbitans mit geradkettigen oder verzweigten, gesättigten oder ungesättigten Carbonsäuren mit 4 bis 16, bevorzugt mit 5 bis 12 und insbesondere mit 6 bis 10 Kohlenstoffatomen im Molekül zu verstehen.
Sorbitane leiten sich von dem Zuckeralkohol Sorbitol ab, der unter Abspaltung von Wasser cyclische innere Ether bildet. Sorbitane stellen üblicherweise ein Produktgemisch dar, das überwiegend aus Ethern der nachfolgenden Formeln (III) bis (V) besteht:
1 ,5-Sorbitan 1 ,4-Sorbitan
Isosorbit
In untergeordneten Mengen enthalten Sorbitane auch weitere Kondensationsprodukte sowie Sorbitol.
Unter Sorbitanestern werden demnach bevorzugt Gemische der zuvor genannten Polyolgemische mit den zuvor genannten Carbonsäuren verstanden, wobei es weiterhin bevorzugt ist, wenn ein Mol des Polyolgemisches mit 1 bis 3 Mol Carbonsäure verestert wird.
Erfindungsgemäß besonders bevorzugte Reinigungsmittel enthalten zuvor beschriebene Sorbitanester c), die durch Veresterung des Sorbitans mit Capronsäure, Önanthsäure, Caprylsäure, Pelargonsäure und/oder Caprinsäure gebildet werden.
Besonders bevorzugt sind Sorbitanester, die aus Sorbitan und Caprylsäure gebildet werden.
Weiterhin besonders bevorzugte Reinigungsmittel enthalten zuvor beschriebene Sorbitancarbonsäureester, die bevorzugt eine Hydroxylzahl von mehr als 350, mehr bevorzugt von mehr als 400 und besonders bevorzugt von mehr als 450 aufweisen.
Die Hydroxylzahl kann nach den üblichen und im Stand der Technik bekannten Bestimmungsverfahren ermittelt werden, beispielsweise nach DGF C-V 17a (53), Ph. Eur. 2.5.3 Method A und DIN 53240.
Insbesondere bevorzugte Reinigungsmittel enthalten mindestens einen Sorbitansäureester c), der bevorzugt einem unter der INCI-Bezeichnung Sorbitan Sesquicaprylat bekannten, und im Handel
beispielsweise unter der Bezeichnung Antil Soft SC von der Firma Evonik erhältlichen Ester c) entspricht.
Der oder die Sorbitansäureester c) wird (werden) in den erfindungsgemäßen Reinigungsmitteln bevorzugt in Mengen von 0,01 bis 5 Gew.-%, mehr bevorzugt von 0,025 bis 4 Gew.-%, besonders bevorzugt von 0,05 bis 3 Gew.-% und insbesondere von 0, 1 bis 2 Gew.-% eingesetzt, wobei sich die Mengenangaben auf das Gesamtgewicht des Reinigungsmittels beziehen.
Geeignete nichtionische Celluloseether d), die in den erfindungsgemäßen Reinigungsmitteln eingesetzt werden können, sind Derivate der Cellulose, in denen die freien Hydroxylgruppen teilweise durch Alkoxy- und/oder Hydroxyalkoxyreste ersetzt wurden.
Unter Alkoxyresten sind bevorzugt Ci-C4-Alkoxyreste, und unter Hydroxyalkoxyresten sind bevorzugt Hydroxy-Ci-C4-alkoxyreste zu verstehen.
Beispiele für bevorzugte nichtionische Celluloseether d) sind Carboxymethylcellulose, Methylcellulose, Ethylcellulose, Propylcellulose, Hydroxymethylcellulose, Hydroxyethylcellulose, Hydroxypropylcellulose, Hydroxybutylcellulose, Methylhydroxyethylcellulose,
Ethylhydroxyethylcellulose, Methylhydroxypropylcellulose und Methylhydroxybutylcellulose.
Es ist prinzipiell möglich, den erfindungsgemäßen Reinigungsmitteln sowohl einfache Celluloseether als auch sogenannte Mischether (die zwei oder mehrere unterschiedliche Substituenten enthalten) hinzuzufügen.
Bevorzugte Reinigungsmittel enthalten Mischether, die sowohl Hydroxyalkoxy- als auch Alkoxygruppen enthalten.
Besonders bevorzugte Reinigungsmittel enthalten als nichtionischen Celluloseether d) mindestens einen gemischten Hydroxyalkyl-alkylcelluloseether (Mischether), dessen Alkyl- bzw. Hydroxyalkylreste bevorzugt 1 bis 4 Kohlenstoffatome enthalten.
Insbesondere bevorzugte Reinigungsmittel enthalten mindestens einen nichtionischen Celluloseether d), der bevorzugt einem der unter der INCI-Bezeichnung Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose bekannten, und im Handel beispielsweise unter den Bezeichnungen Tegocel® oder Methocel® von verschiedenen Anbietern erhältlichen Ether d) entspricht.
Der oder die nichtionische(n) Celluloseether d) wird (werden) in den erfindungsgemäßen Reinigungsmitteln bevorzugt in Mengen von 0,01 bis 5 Gew.-%, mehr bevorzugt von 0,025 bis 4 Gew.-%, besonders bevorzugt von 0,05 bis 3 Gew.-% und insbesondere von 0, 1 bis 2 Gew.-% eingesetzt, wobei sich die Mengenangaben auf das Gesamtgewicht des Reinigungsmittels beziehen.
In einer ersten bevorzugten Ausführungsform enthalten erfindungsgemäße kosmetische
Reinigungsmittel - bezogen auf ihr Gesamtgewicht - a) 0,5 bis 15 Gew.-% mindestens eines Alkylsulfat- und/oder Alkylpolyglycolethersulfatsalzes der Formel R-0(CH2-CH20)x-OS03 " X+, in der R eine lineare oder verzweigte, gesättigte oder ungesättigte Alkylgruppe mit 8 bis 30 C-Atomen, x 0 oder eine Zahl von 1 bis 12 und X ein Alkali-, ein Erdalkali-, ein Ammonium- oder ein Alkanolaminion bedeutet, b) 0,5 bis 15 Gew.-% mindestens eines amphoteren und/oder zwitterionischen Tensids nach einer der zuvor genannten Formeln (I) oder (II), in denen der Rest R überwiegend einen geradkettigen oder verzweigten, gesättigten oder ein- bzw. mehrfach ungesättigten Alkylrest mit 8 bis 20, mehr bevorzugt von 8 bis 16 und insbesondere mit 8 bis 12 C- Atomen und n die Zahlen 1 , 2 oder 3 bedeutet,
c) 0,01 bis 5 Gew.-% mindestens eines Sorbitansäureesters, dessen Carbonsäureanteil sich von einer geradkettigen oder verzweigten, gesättigten oder ungesättigten Carbonsäure mit 4 bis 16, bevorzugt mit 5 bis 12 und insbesondere mit 6 bis 10 Kohlenstoffatomen im Molekül ableitet, und
d) 0,01 bis 5 Gew.-% mindestens eines nichtionischen Celluloseethers, der ausgewählt ist aus Carboxymethylcellulose, Methylcellulose, Ethylcellulose, Propylcellulose,
Hydroxymethylcellulose, Hydroxyethylcellulose, Hydroxypropylcellulose,
Hydroxybutylcellulose, Methylhydroxyethylcellulose, Ethylhydroxyethylcellulose,
Methylhydroxypropylcellulose und/oder Methylhydroxybutylcellulose,
mit der Maßgabe, dass das Gewichtsverhältnis des(der) Alkylsulfat- und/oder Alkylpolyglykolethersulfatsalzes(e) a) zum (zu den) amphoteren bzw. zwitterionischen Tensid(en) der Formeln (I) oder (II) im Bereich von 1 : 0,65 bis 1 : 1 ,5 liegt.
Innerhalb dieser Ausführungsform ist es mehr bevorzugt, wenn erfindungsgemäße
Reinigungsmittel - bezogen auf ihr Gesamtgewicht - a) 1 bis 10 Gew.-% mindestens eines Alkylethersulfats, das einen Alkylrest mit 8 bis 18 und insbesondere mit 10 bis 16 C-Atomen sowie 1 bis 6 und insbesondere 2 bis 4
Ethylenoxideinheiten aufweist,
b) 1 bis 10 Gew.-% mindestens eines der unter der unter den INCI-Bezeichnungen Coco Betaine, Lauryl Betaine, Myristyl Betaine, Lauramidopropylbetain und/oder
Cocamidopropylbetain bekannten amphoteren bzw. zwitterionischen Tenside,
c) 0,05 bis 3 Gew.-% mindestens eines Sorbitancapronsäureesters,
Sorbitanönanthsäureesters, Sorbitancapylsäureesters, Sorbitanpelargonsäureesters und/oder Sorbitancaprinsäureesters mit einer Hydroxylzahl von jeweils mehr als 350, und d) 0,05 bis 3 Gew.-% mindestens eines nichtionischen Celluloseethers enthält, der
ausgewählt ist aus Methylhydroxyethylcellulose, Ethylhydroxyethylcellulose und/oder Methylhydroxypropylcellulose,
mit der Maßgabe, dass das Gewichtsverhältnis des(der) Alkylethersulfats(e) a) zum (zu den) amphoteren bzw. zwitterionischen Tensid(en) b) im Bereich von 1 : 0,70 bis 1 : 1 ,25 liegt.
Innerhalb dieser Ausführungsform ist es besonders bevorzugt, wenn erfindungsgemäße Reinigungsmittel - bezogen auf ihr Gesamtgewicht - a) 3 bis 8,5 Gew.-% mindestens eines Natrium-, Magnesium- und/oder
Triethanolaminlaurylsulfatsalzes mit einem mittleren Ethoxylierungsgrad von 2 bis 4, b) 3 bis 8 Gew.-% mindestens eines des unter der INCI-Bezeichnung Cocamidopropylbetain bekannten amphoteren Tensids,
c) 0,1 bis 2 Gew.-% mindestens eines des unter der INCI-Bezeichnung Sorbitan
Sesquicaprylat bekannten Sorbitansäureesters mit einer Hydroxylzahl von mehr als 450, und
d) 0,1 bis 2 Gew.-% mindestens eines des unter der INCI-Bezeichnung Hydroxypropyl
Methylcellulose bekannten nichtionischen Celluloseethers enthält,
mit der Maßgabe, dass das Gewichtsverhältnis des (der) Laurylethersulfatsalzes(e) a) zum Cocamidopropylbetain im Bereich von 1 : 0,75 bis 1 : 1 liegt.
Wie bereits ausgeführt, ist es in einer weiteren Ausführungsform bevorzugt, wenn die erfindungsgemäßen Reinigungsmittel weiterhin mindestens eine die Haut pflegende Komponente enthalten.
Die pflegende(n) Komponente(n) kann (können) bevorzugt ausgewählt sein aus natürlichen, synthetischen und/oder mineralischen Ölkomponenten, sogenannten Moisturizing- und/oder Rückfettungskomponenten sowie aus kationischen Polymeren.
Für besonders milde Reinigungsmittel kann es bevorzugt sein, eine Kombination aus mindestens zwei der zuvor genannten Pflegekomponenten einzusetzen, wobei es mehr bevorzugt ist, wenn die mindestens zwei Pflegekomponenten aus zwei unterschiedlichen Gruppen der zuvor genannten Gruppen von Pflegekomponenten stammen.
Als natürliche (pflanzliche) Öle werden üblicherweise Triglyceride und Mischungen von Triglyceriden eingesetzt. Bevorzugte natürliche Öle sind Kokosnussöl, (süßes) Mandelöl, Walnussöl, Pfirsichkernöl, Aprikosenkernöl, Avocadoöl, Teebaumöl (Tea Tree Oil), Sojaöl, Sesamöl, Sonnenblumenöl, Tsubakiöl, Nachtkerzenöl, Reiskleieöl, Palmkernöl, Mangokernöl, Wiesenschaumkrautöl, Distelöl, Macadamianussöl, Traubenkernöl, Amaranthsamenöl, Arganöl, Bambusöl, Olivenöl, Weizenkeimöl, Kürbiskernöl, Malvenöl, Haselnussöl, Safloröl, Canolaöl, Sasanquaöl, Jojobaöl, Rambutanöl, Kakaoabutter und Shea-Butter.
Als mineralische Öle kommen insbesondere Mineralöle, Paraffin- und Isoparaffinöle sowie synthetische Kohlenwasserstoffe zum Einsatz. Ein Beispiel für einen einsetzbaren
Kohlenwasserstoff ist beispielsweise das als Handelsprodukt erhältliche 1 ,3-Di-(2-ethylhexyl)- cyclohexan (Cetiol® S).
Als synthetische Öle können Dialkylether, beispielsweise Di-n-octylether, Fettsäuren, Fettalkohole sowie natürliche und synthetische Wachse eingesetzt werden, welche sowohl in fester Form als auch flüssig in wässriger Dispersion vorliegen können.
Beispiele für geeignete Fettsäuren sind Capronsäure, Caprylsäure, 2-Ethylhexansäure, Caprinsäure, Laurinsäure, Isotridecansäure, Myristinsäure, Palmitinsäure, Palmitoleinsäure, Stearinsäure, Isostearinsäure, Ölsäure, Elaidinsäure, Petroselinsäure, Linolsäure, Linolensäure, Elaeostearinsäure, Arachinsäure, Gadoleinsäure, Behensäure und Erucasäure sowie deren technische Mischungen.
Bevorzugt sind üblicherweise die Fettsäureschnitte, welche aus Cocosöl oder Palmöl erhältlich sind; insbesondere bevorzugt ist in der Regel der Einsatz von Stearinsäure.
Geeignete Fettalkohole sind beispielsweise Decanol, Octanol, Octenol, Dodecenol, Decenol,
Octadienol, Dodecadienol, Decadienol, Oleylalkohol, Erucaalkohol, Ricinolalkohol, Stearylalkohol,
Isostearylalkohol, Cetylalkohol, Laurylalkohol, Myristylalkohol, Arachidylalkohol, Caprylalkohol,
Caprinalkohol, Linoleylalkohol, Linolenylalkohol und Behenylalkohol, sowie deren Guerbetalkohole.
Als natürliche oder synthetische Wachse können eingesetzt werden feste Paraffine oder
Isoparaffine, Carnaubawachse, Bienenwachse, Candelillawachse, Ozokerite, Ceresin, Walrat,
Sonnenblumenwachs, Fruchtwachse wie beispielsweise Apfelwachs oder Citruswachs,
Microwachse aus PE- oder PP.
Weitere geeignete Fettstoffe sind beispielsweise
Esteröle. Unter Esterölen sind zu verstehen die Ester von C6 - C30 - Fettsäuren mit C2 - C30 - Fettalkoholen. Bevorzugt sind beispielsweise Isopropylmyristat (Rilanit® IPM), Isononansäure- C16-18-alkylester (Cetiol® SN), 2-Ethylhexylpalmitat (Cegesoft® 24), Stearinsäure-2- ethylhexylester (Cetiol® 868), Cetyloleat, Glycerintricaprylat, Kokosfettalkohol-caprinat/-caprylat (Cetiol® LC), n-Butylstearat, Oleylerucat (Cetiol® J 600), Isopropylpalmitat (Rilanit® IPP), Oleyl Oleate (Cetiol®), Laurinsäurehexylester (Cetiol® A), Di-n-butyladipat (Cetiol® B),
Myristylmyristat (Cetiol® MM), Cetearyl Isononanoate (Cetiol® SN), Ölsäuredecylester (Cetiol® V).
Dicarbonsäureester wie Di-n-butyladipat, Di-(2-ethylhexyl)-adipat, Di-(2-ethylhexyl)-succinat und Di-isotridecylacelaat sowie Diolester wie Ethylenglykol-dioleat, Ethylenglykol-di- isotridecanoat, Propylenglykol-di(2-ethylhexanoat), Propylenglykol-di-isostearat,
Propylenglykol-di-pelargonat, Butandiol-di-isostearat, Neopentylglykoldicaprylat,
symmetrische, unsymmetrische oder cyclische Ester der Kohlensäure mit Fettalkoholen, Glycerincarbonat oder Dicaprylylcarbonat (Cetiol® CC),
ethoxylierte oder nicht ethoxylierte Mono,- Di- und Trifettsäureester von gesättigten und/oder ungesättigten linearen und/oder verzweigten Fettsäuren mit Glycerin, wie beispielsweise Monomuls® 90-018, Monomuls® 90-L12, Cetiol® HE oder Cutina® MD.
Besonders bevorzugte Ölkomponenten, die in den erfindungsgemäßen Reinigungsmitteln eingesetzt werden können, sind ausgewählt aus zuvor genannten natürlichen Ölen, Esterölen und/oder ethoxylierten oder nicht ethoxylierten Mono,- Di- und Trifettsäureestern von gesättigten und/oder ungesättigten linearen und/oder verzweigten Fettsäuren mit Glycerin.
Die zuvor genannten Ölkomponenten dienen bevorzugt auch als Rückfettungsmittel für die Haut.
Insbesondere bevorzugte erfindungsgemäße Reinigungsmittel enthalten mindestens eine die Haut pflegende Komponente, die ausgewählt ist aus mindestens einem natürlichen Öl und/oder 2 bis 30- fach, bevorzugt von 3 bis 20-fach und insbesondere von 5 bis 10-fach ethoxylierten Mono,- Di- und/oder Trifettsäureestern von gesättigten und/oder ungesättigten linearen und/oder verzweigten C8-C24-Fettsäuren, bevorzugt von Ci0-Ci8-Fettsäuren mit Glycerin (beispielsweise die unter den INCI-Bezeichnungen PEG-10 Olivenfettsäureglyceride, PEG-9 Kokosfettsäureglyceride, Glycereth- 5 Cocoate, PEG-7 Glyceryl Cocoate, PEG-6 Caprylic/Capric Glyceride bekannten Komponenten). Ganz besonders bevorzugt ist PEG-7 Glyceryl Cocoate.
Die zuvor genannten, bevorzugten Ölkomponenten - insbesondere die (gegebenenfalls ethoxylierten) Mono-, Di- und/oder Triesters des Glycerins mit mindestens einer C8-C24-Fettsäure - können in den erfindungsgemäßen Reinigungsmitteln bevorzugt in Mengen von 0,01 bis 5 Gew.-%, mehr bevorzugt von 0,025 bis 4 Gew.-%, besonders bevorzugt von 0,05 bis 3 Gew.-% und insbesondere von 0, 1 bis 2 Gew.-% eingesetzt werden, wobei sich die Mengenangaben auf das Gesamtgewicht der Reinigungsmittel beziehen.
Unter geeigneten Moisturizing-Komponenten werden kosmetisch geeignete Wirkstoffe verstanden, die der Austrocknung der Hornschicht der Epidermis während der Reinigung entgegenwirken und damit zur erhöhten Geschmeidigkeit und Elastizität der Haut beitragen können.
Beispiele für geeignete Moisturizing-Komponenten sind Kollagenpräparate, ethoxylierte Glycosederivate, Glycerin, Sorbitol und/oder Hyaluronsäure.
Geeignete Moisturizing-Komponenten können den erfindungsgemäßen Reinigungsmitteln - bezogen auf deren Gesamtgewicht - bevorzugt in Mengen von 0,001 bis 15 Gew.-%, besonders bevorzugt von 0,005 bis 7,5 und insbesondere von 0,01 bis 5 Gew.-% zugegeben werden.
Geeignete kationische Polymere sind beispielsweise:
quaternisierte Cellulose-Derivate, wie sie unter den Bezeichnungen Celquat® und Polymer JR® im Handel erhältlich sind,
hydrophob modifizierte Cellulosederivate, beispielsweise die unter dem Handelsnamen SoftCat® vertriebenen kationischen Polymere,
kationische Alkylpolyglycoside,
kationiserter Honig, beispielsweise das Handelsprodukt Honeyquat® 50,
kationische Guar-Derivate, wie insbesondere die unter den Handelsnamen Cosmedia Guar N-Hance® und Jaguar® vertriebenen Produkte,
polymere Dimethyldiallylammoniumsalze und deren Copolymere mit Estern und Amiden von Acrylsäure und Methacrylsäure. Die unter den Bezeichnungen Merquat®100
(Poly(dimethyldiallylammoniumchlorid)) und Merquat®550 (Dimethyldiallylammoniumchlorid- Acrylamid-Copolymer) im Handel erhältlichen Produkte sind Beispiele für solche kationischen Polymere,
Copolymere des Vinylpyrrolidons mit quaternierten Derivaten des Dialkylaminoalkylacrylats und -methacrylats, wie beispielsweise mit Diethylsulfat quaternierte Vinylpyrrolidon- Dimethylaminoethylmethacrylat-Copolymere. Solche Verbindungen sind unter den Be
Zeichnungen Gafquat®734 und Gafquat®755 im Handel erhältlich,
Vinylpyrrolidon-Vinylimidazoliummethochlorid-Copolymere, wie sie unter den Bezeichnungen Luviquat® FC 370, FC 550, FC 905 und HM 552 angeboten werden,
quaternierter Polyvinylalkohol,
sowie die unter den Bezeichnungen
Polyquaternium 2, Polyquaternium 17, Polyquaternium 18, Polyquaternium-24,
Polyquaternium 27, Polyquaternium-32, Polyquaternium-37, Polyquaternium 74 und
Polyquaternium 89 bekannten Polymere.
Bevorzugte kationische Polymere sind quaternisierte Cellulosepolymere, kationische Guarderivate und/oder kationische Polymere auf Acrylsäure(derivat)basis, die besonders bevorzugt ausgewählt sind aus den unter den INCI-Bezeichnungen bekannten Polymeren Guar Hydroxypropyltnmonium Chloride, Polyquaternium-6, Polyquaternium-7, Polyquaternium-10, Polyquaternium-37 und/oder Polyquaternium-67.
Insbesondere bevorzugt für den Einsatz in den erfindungsgemäßen Reinigungsmitteln ist ein unter der INCI-Bezeichnung Polyquaternium-7 bekanntes kationisches Polymer.
Das oder die kationische(n) Polymer(e), kann (können) in den erfindungsgemäßen
Reinigungsmitteln (bezogen auf ihr Gesamtgewicht) bevorzugt in einer Menge 0,01 bis 5 Gew.-%, mehr bevorzugt von 0,025 bis 4 Gew.-%, besonders bevorzugt von 0,05 bis 3 Gew.-% und insbesondere von 0, 1 bis 2 Gew.-% eingesetzt werden.
In einer zweiten bevorzugten Ausführungsform enthalten erfindungsgemäße kosmetische
Reinigungsmittel - bezogen auf ihr Gesamtgewicht - a) 0,5 bis 15 Gew.-% mindestens eines Alkylsulfat- und/oder Alkylpolyglycolethersulfatsalzes der Formel R-0(CH2-CH20)x-OS03 " X+, in der R eine lineare oder verzweigte, gesättigte oder ungesättigte Alkylgruppe mit 8 bis 30 C-Atomen, x 0 oder eine Zahl von 1 bis 12 und X ein Alkali-, ein Erdalkali-, ein Ammonium- oder ein Alkanolaminion bedeutet,
b) 0,5 bis 15 Gew.-% mindestens eines amphoteren und/oder zwitterionischen Tensids nach einer der zuvor genannten Formeln (I) oder (II), in denen der Rest R überwiegend einen geradkettigen oder verzweigten, gesättigten oder ein- bzw. mehrfach ungesättigten Alkylrest mit 8 bis 20, mehr bevorzugt von 8 bis 16 und insbesondere mit 8 bis 12 C- Atomen und n die Zahlen 1 , 2 oder 3 bedeutet,
c) 0,01 bis 5 Gew.-% mindestens eines Sorbitansäureesters, dessen Carbonsäureanteil sich von einer geradkettigen oder verzweigten, gesättigten oder ungesättigten Carbonsäure mit 4 bis 16, bevorzugt mit 5 bis 12 und insbesondere mit 6 bis 10 Kohlenstoffatomen im Molekül ableitet,
d) 0,01 bis 5 Gew.-% mindestens eines nichtionischen Celluloseethers, der ausgewählt ist aus Carboxymethylcellulose, Methylcellulose, Ethylcellulose, Propylcellulose,
Hydroxymethylcellulose, Hydroxyethylcellulose, Hydroxypropylcellulose,
Hydroxybutylcellulose, Methylhydroxyethylcellulose, Ethylhydroxyethylcellulose,
Methylhydroxypropylcellulose und/oder Methylhydroxybutylcellulose, und
e) 0,01 bis 5 Gew.-% mindestens einer Ölkomponente, die ausgewählt ist aus natürlichen Ölen, Esterölen und/oder ethoxylierten oder nicht ethoxylierten Mono,- Di- und
Trifettsäureestern von gesättigten und/oder ungesättigten linearen und/oder verzweigten Fettsäuren mit Glycerin,
mit der Maßgabe, dass das Gewichtsverhältnis des(der) Alkylsulfat- und/oder Alkylpolyglykolethersulfatsalzes(e) a) zum (zu den) amphoteren bzw. zwitterionischen Tensid(en) der Formeln (I) oder (II) im Bereich von 1 : 0,65 bis 1 : 1 ,5 liegt.
Innerhalb dieser Ausführungsform ist es mehr bevorzugt, wenn erfindungsgemäße
Reinigungsmittel - bezogen auf ihr Gesamtgewicht - a) 1 bis 10 Gew.-% mindestens eines Alkylethersulfats, das einen Alkylrest mit 8 bis 18 und insbesondere mit 10 bis 16 C-Atomen, sowie 1 bis 6 und insbesondere 2 bis 4
Ethylenoxideinheiten aufweist,
b) 1 bis 10 Gew.-% mindestens eines der unter der unter den INCI-Bezeichnungen Coco Betaine, Lauryl Betaine, Myristyl Betaine, Lauramidopropylbetain und/oder
Cocamidopropylbetain bekannten amphoteren bzw. zwitterionischen Tensids,
c) 0,05 bis 3 Gew.-% mindestens eines Sorbitancapronsäureesters,
Sorbitanönanthsäureesters, Sorbitancapylsäureesters, Sorbitanpelargonsäureesters und/oder Sorbitancaprinsäureesters mit einer Hydroxylzahl von jeweils mehr als 350, d) 0,05 bis 3 Gew.-% mindestens eines nichtionischen Celluloseethers, der ausgewählt ist aus Methylhydroxyethylcellulose, Ethylhydroxyethylcellulose und/oder
Methylhydroxypropylcellulose, und
e) 0,05 bis 3 Gew.-% mindestens eines natürlichen Öls und/oder eines 2 bis 30-fach,
bevorzugt 3 bis 20-fach und insbesondere 5 bis 10-fach ethoxylierten Mono,- Di- und/oder
Trifettsäureesters einer gesättigten und/oder ungesättigten, linearen und/oder verzweigten C8-C24-Fettsäure, bevorzugt einer Ci0-Ci8-Fettsäure, mit Glycerin enthält,
mit der Maßgabe, dass das Gewichtsverhältnis des(der) Alkylethersulfats(e) a) zum (zu den) amphoteren bzw. zwitterionischen Tensid(en) b) im Bereich von 1 : 0,70 bis 1 : 1 ,25 liegt.
Innerhalb dieser Ausführungsform ist es besonders bevorzugt, wenn erfindungsgemäße Reinigungsmittel - bezogen auf ihr Gesamtgewicht - a) 3 bis 8,5 Gew.-% mindestens eines Natrium-, Magnesium- und/oder
Triethanolaminlaurylsulfatsalzes mit einem mittleren Ethoxylierungsgrad von 2 bis 4, b) 3 bis 8 Gew.-% mindestens eines des unter der INCI-Bezeichnung Cocamidopropylbetain bekannten amphoteren Tensids,
c) 0,1 bis 2 Gew.-% mindestens eines des unter der INCI-Bezeichnung Sorbitan
Sesquicaprylat bekannten Sorbitansäureesters mit einer Hydroxylzahl von mehr als 450, d) 0,1 bis 2 Gew.-% mindestens eines des unter der INCI-Bezeichnung Hydroxypropyl
Methylcellulose bekannten nichtionischen Celluloseethers, und
e) 0,1 bis 2 Gew.-% mindestens eines natürlichen Öls und/oder einer der unter der INCI- Bezeichnung PEG-7 Glyceryl Cocoate bekannten Ölkomponente (bzw. eines
Rückfettungsmittels) enthält,
mit der Maßgabe, dass das Gewichtsverhältnis des (der) Laurylethersulfatsalzes(e) a) zum Cocamidopropylbetain im Bereich von 1 : 0,75 bis 1 : 1 liegt.
In einer dritten bevorzugten Ausführungsform enthalten erfindungsgemäße kosmetische
Reinigungsmittel - bezogen auf ihr Gesamtgewicht - a) 0,5 bis 15 Gew.-% mindestens eines Alkylsulfat- und/oder Alkylpolyglycolethersulfatsalzes der Formel R-0(CH2-CH20)x-OS03 " X+, in der R eine lineare oder verzweigte, gesättigte oder ungesättigte Alkylgruppe mit 8 bis 30 C-Atomen, x 0 oder eine Zahl von 1 bis 12 und X ein Alkali-, ein Erdalkali-, ein Ammonium- oder ein Alkanolaminion bedeutet, b) 0,5 bis 15 Gew.-% mindestens eines amphoteren und/oder zwitterionischen Tensids nach einer der zuvor genannten Formeln (I) oder (II), in denen der Rest R überwiegend einen geradkettigen oder verzweigten, gesättigten oder ein- bzw. mehrfach ungesättigten Alkylrest mit 8 bis 20, mehr bevorzugt von 8 bis 16 und insbesondere mit 8 bis 12 C- Atomen und n die Zahlen 1 , 2 oder 3 bedeutet,
c) 0,01 bis 5 Gew.-% mindestens eines Sorbitansäureesters, dessen Carbonsäureanteil sich von einer geradkettigen oder verzweigten, gesättigten oder ungesättigten Carbonsäure mit 4 bis 16, bevorzugt mit 5 bis 12 und insbesondere mit 6 bis 10 Kohlenstoffatomen im Molekül ableitet,
d) 0,01 bis 5 Gew.-% mindestens eines nichtionischen Celluloseethers, der ausgewählt ist aus Carboxymethylcellulose, Methylcellulose, Ethylcellulose, Propylcellulose,
Hydroxymethylcellulose, Hydroxyethylcellulose, Hydroxypropylcellulose,
Hydroxybutylcellulose, Methylhydroxyethylcellulose, Ethylhydroxyethylcellulose,
Methylhydroxypropylcellulose und/oder Methylhydroxybutylcellulose,
e) 0,01 bis 5 Gew.-% mindestens einer Ölkomponente, die ausgewählt ist aus natürlichen Ölen, Esterölen und/oder ethoxylierten oder nicht ethoxylierten Mono,- Di- und
Trifettsäureestern von gesättigten und/oder ungesättigten linearen und/oder verzweigten Fettsäuren mit Glycerin, und
f) 0,01 bis 5 Gew.-% mindestens eines kationischen Polymeren,
mit der Maßgabe, dass das Gewichtsverhältnis des(der) Alkylsulfat- und/oder Alkylpolyglykolethersulfatsalzes(e) a) zum (zu den) amphoteren bzw. zwitterionischen Tensid(en) der Formeln (I) oder (II) im Bereich von 1 : 0,65 bis 1 : 1 ,5 liegt.
Innerhalb dieser Ausführungsform ist es mehr bevorzugt, wenn erfindungsgemäße
Reinigungsmittel - bezogen auf ihr Gesamtgewicht - a) 1 bis 10 Gew.-% mindestens eines Alkylethersulfats, das einen Alkylrest mit 8 bis 18 und insbesondere mit 10 bis 16 C-Atomen, sowie 1 bis 6 und insbesondere 2 bis 4
Ethylenoxideinheiten aufweist,
b) 1 bis 10 Gew.-% mindestens eines der unter der unter den INCI-Bezeichnungen Coco Betaine, Lauryl Betaine, Myristyl Betaine, Lauramidopropylbetain und/oder
Cocamidopropylbetain bekannten amphoteren bzw. zwitterionischen Tensids,
c) 0,05 bis 3 Gew.-% mindestens eines Sorbitancapronsäureesters,
Sorbitanönanthsäureesters, Sorbitancapylsäureesters, Sorbitanpelargonsäureesters und/oder Sorbitancaprinsäureesters mit einer Hydroxylzahl von jeweils mehr als 350, d) 0,05 bis 3 Gew.-% mindestens eines nichtionischen Celluloseethers, der ausgewählt ist aus Methylhydroxyethylcellulose, Ethylhydroxyethylcellulose und/oder
Methylhydroxypropylcellulose,
e) 0,05 bis 3 Gew.-% mindestens eines natürlichen Öls und/oder eines 2 bis 30-fach,
bevorzugt 3 bis 20-fach und insbesondere 5 bis 10-fach ethoxylierten Mono,- Di- und/oder Trifettsäureesters einer gesättigten und/oder ungesättigten, linearen und/oder verzweigten C8-C24-Fettsäure, bevorzugt einer Ci0-Ci8-Fettsäure, mit Glycerin, und
f) 0,05 bis 3 Gew.-% mindestens eines der unter den INCI-Bezeichnungen Guar
Hydroxypropyltrimonium Chloride, Polyquaternium-6, Polyquaternium-7, Polyquaternium- 10, Polyquaternium-37 und/oder Polyquaternium-67 bekannten kationischen Polymere enthält,
mit der Maßgabe, dass das Gewichtsverhältnis des(der) Alkylethersulfats(e) a) zum (zu den) amphoteren bzw. zwitterionischen Tensid(en) b) im Bereich von 1 : 0,70 bis 1 : 1 ,25 liegt.
Innerhalb dieser Ausführungsform ist es besonders bevorzugt, wenn erfindungsgemäße Reinigungsmittel - bezogen auf ihr Gesamtgewicht -
a) 3 bis 8,5 Gew.-% mindestens eines Natrium-, Magnesium- und/oder
Triethanolaminlaurylsulfatsalzes mit einem mittleren Ethoxylierungsgrad von 2 bis 4, b) 3 bis 8 Gew.-% mindestens eines des unter der INCI-Bezeichnung Cocamidopropylbetain bekannten amphoteren Tensids,
c) 0,1 bis 2 Gew.-% mindestens eines des unter der INCI-Bezeichnung Sorbitan
Sesquicaprylat bekannten Sorbitansäureesters mit einer Hydroxylzahl von mehr als 450, d) 0,1 bis 2 Gew.-% mindestens eines des unter der INCI-Bezeichnung Hydroxypropyl
Methylcellulose bekannten nichtionischen Celluloseethers,
e) 0,1 bis 2 Gew.-% mindestens eines natürlichen Öls und/oder einer der unter der INCI- Bezeichnung PEG-7 Glyceryl Cocoate bekannten Ölkomponente (bzw. eines
Rückfettungsmittels), und
f) 0,1 bis 2 Gew.-% mindestens eines der unter der der INCI-Bezeichnung Polyquaternium-7 bekannten kationischen Polymere enthält,
mit der Maßgabe, dass das Gewichtsverhältnis des (der) Laurylethersulfatsalzes(e) a) zum Cocamidopropylbetain im Bereich von 1 : 0,75 bis 1 : 1 liegt.
Für manche Anwendungsformen der erfindungsgemäßen Reinigungsmittel kann es von Vorteil sein, dass sie eine besonders reichhaltige, cremige Textur aufweisen.
Zur Erreichung dieses Ziels ist es vorteilhaft, wenn die erfindungsgemäßen Reinigungsmittel zur Viskositätseinstellung so genannte Assoziativverdicker enthalten.
Gegebenenfalls kann (können) der (die) Assoziativverdicker mit weiteren nachfolgend beschriebenen Verdickungsmitteln kombiniert werden.
Geeignete Assoziativverdicker können beispielsweise (müssen jedoch nicht ausschließlich) ausgewählt sein aus ethoxylierten Propylenglycolmono- und/oder -diestern und/oder Glycerinmono- und/oder -diestern, wobei der Carbonsäureanteil in den Estern bevorzugt eine Kettenlänge von 2 bis 24 aufweist.
Bevorzugt werden als Assoziativverdicker in den erfindungsgemäßen Reinigungsmitteln zuvor beschriebene Ester eingesetzt, die einen Ethoxylierungsgrad von mindestens 10, mehr bevorzugt von mindestens 12 und insbesondere von mindestens 15 aufweisen.
Beispiele für besonders geeignete Assoziativverdicker sind unter den INCI-Bezeichnungen PEG-18 Glyceryl Oleate/Cocoate, PEG-55 Propylene Glycol Oleate, PEG-150 Distearate und/oder PEG- 200 Hydrogenated Glyceryl Palmate bekannt, und im Handel unter den Bezeichnungen Antil® oder Atlas® erhältlich.
Die Assoziativverdicker können in den erfindungsgemäßen Reinigungsmitteln - bezogen auf deren Gesamtgewicht - bevorzugt in Mengen von 0,01 bis 10 Gew.-%, mehr bevorzugt von 0,05 bis 7,5 Gew.-%, besonders bevorzugt von 0,075 bis 5 Gew.-% und insbesondere von 0, 1 bis 4 Gew.-% eingesetzt werden.
Die erfindungsgemäßen Reinigungsmittel können weitere Verdickungsmittel enthalten, die beispielsweise ausgewählt sein können aus polymeren Verdickungsmitteln.
Unter geeigneten polymeren Verdickungsmitteln sind beispielsweise Polymere auf Acrylatbasis zu verstehen, die z. T. relativ hohe Molekularmassen im Bereich von > 1.000.000 g/Mol aufweisen können.
Geeignete Produkte sind beispielsweise die von der Firma Rohm & Haas unter der Bezeichnung Acusol® vertriebenen Polymere und/oder Copolymere, die überwiegend Polyacrylate mit unterschiedlicher Alkylierung oder Vernetzung oder hydrophob modifizierte nichtionische Polyole sind, oder die von der Firma B.F. Goodrich unter der Bezeichnung Carbopol® vertriebenen Produkte, die Polyacrylate oder Copolymere aus Acrylsaeure und alkylierten (vorzugsweise C5- bis C10-alkylierten) Acrylsaeuren sind, oder die von der Firma B.F. Goodrich unter der Bezeichnung Pemulen® vertriebenen Produkte, die hochmolekulare Acrylsäure-Copolymere vom Typ Acrylat/C10- bis C30-Alkylacrylat- Crosspolymer sind.
Weitere für die erfindungsgemäßen Reinigungsmittel geeignete Verdickungsmittel können ausgewählt sein aus micellaren Verdickungsmitteln.
Unter micellaren Verdickungsmitteln sind bevorzugt C8-C24-Carbonsäuresäure(C-|-C4- )alkanolamide, ethoxylierte C8-C24-Fettalkohole und/oder Elektrolyte zu verstehen, wobei die unter den INCI-Bezeichnungen Cocamide MEA, Cocamide DEA, Cocamide MIPA, Laureth-2 und/oder Laureth-4 bekannten Verbindungen sowie NaCI und Na2S04 besonders bevorzugt sind.
Die polymeren und/oder micellaren Verdickungsmittel können in den erfindungsgemäßen Reinigungsmitteln - bezogen auf deren Gesamtgewicht - bevorzugt in Mengen von 0,01 bis 10 Gew.-%, mehr bevorzugt von 0,05 bis 7,5 Gew.-%, besonders bevorzugt von 0,075 bis 5 Gew.-% und insbesondere von 0, 1 bis 4 Gew.-% eingesetzt werden.
Neben den zuvor genannten Wirkstoffen können die erfindungsgemäßen Reinigungsmittel noch eine Reihe weiterer Wirkstoffe enthalten, die ihnen vorteilhafte Eigenschaften verleihen.
Zu den bevorzugten fakultativen Wirkstoffen, die in den erfindungsgemäßen Reinigungsmitteln eingesetzt werden können, zählen beispielsweise nichtionische Tenside und/oder nichtionische Emulgatoren sowie weitere - von a) verschiedene - anionische Tenside.
Die nichtionischen Tenside und/oder nichtionischen Emulgatoren sowie die weiteren - von a) verschiedenen - anionischen Tenside können in den erfindungsgemäßen Reinigungsmitteln (bezogen auf ihr Gesamtgewicht) bevorzugt in einer Menge von 0, 1 bis 7,5 Gew.-%, besonders bevorzugt von 0,25 bis 5 Gew.-% und insbesondere von 0,5 bis 3 Gew.-% eingesetzt werden.
Zu den geeigneten nichtionischen Tensiden/Emulgatoren zählen beispielsweise
Aminoxide,
Anlagerungsprodukte von 2 bis 50 Mol Ethylenoxid und/oder 0 bis 5 Mol Propylenoxid an lineare und verzweigte Fettalkohole mit 8 bis 30 C-Atomen, an Fettsäuren mit 8 bis 30 C- Atomen und an Alkylphenole mit 8 bis 15 C-Atomen in der Alkylgruppe,
Anlagerungsprodukte von 5 bis 60 Mol Ethylenoxid an Rizinusöl und/oder gehärtetes
Rizinusöl,
Zuckerfettsäureester und Anlagerungsprodukte von Ethylenoxid an Zuckerfettsäureester, Fettsäurealkanolamide,
Anlagerungsprodukte von Ethylenoxid an Fettamine und/oder
Alkylpolyglucoside.
Besonders geeignete nichtionische Tenside/Emulgatoren sind Alkyloligoglucoside, insbesondere Alkyloligoglucoside auf der Basis von gehärtetem Ci2/i4-Kokosalkohol mit einem DP von 1-3, wie sie beispielsweise unter der INCI-Bezeichnung„Coco-Glucoside" im Handel erhältlich sind.
Weiterhin bevorzugte nichtionische Tenside/Emulgatoren sind Anlagerungsprodukte von 5 bis 60 Mol Ethylenoxid an Rizinusöl und/oder gehärtetes Rizinusöl, wie beispielsweise die unter den INCI- Bezeichnungen bekannten Emulgatoren PEG-40 Hydrogenated Castor Oil und/oder PEG-60 Hydrogenated Castor Oil.
Zu den geeigneten weiteren - von a) verschiedenen - anionischen Tensiden zählen beispielsweise: lineare und verzweigte Fettsäuren mit 8 bis 30 C-Atomen (Seifen),
Ethercarbonsäuren der Formel R-0-(CH2-CH20)x-CH2-COOH, in der R eine lineare oder verzweigte, gesättigte oder ungesättigte Alkylgruppe mit 8 bis 30 C-Atomen und x = 0 oder 1 bis 16 ist,
Acylsarcoside mit 8 bis 24 C-Atomen in der Acylgruppe,
Acyltauride mit 8 bis 24 C-Atomen in der Acylgruppe,
Acylglutamate mit 8 bis 24 C-Atomen in der Acylgruppe,
Acylisethionate mit 8 bis 24 C-Atomen in der Acylgruppe,
Sulfobernsteinsäuremono- und/oder -dialkylester mit 8 bis 24 C-Atomen in der Alkylgruppe und Sulfobernsteinsäuremono-alkylpolyoxyethylester mit 8 bis 24 C-Atomen in der Alkylgruppe und 1 bis 6 Oxyethylgruppen, und/oder
Alpha-Olefinsulfonate mit 8 bis 24 C-Atomen.
Zu den weiteren fakultativen Komponenten, die in den erfindungsgemäßen Reinigungsmitteln eingesetzt werden können, zählen beispielsweise
Vitamine, Vitaminderivate und/oder Vitaminvorstufen,
Pflanzenextrakte,
Perlglanzmittel und/oder
Trübungsmittel.
Unter geeigneten Vitaminen sind bevorzugt die folgenden Vitamine, Provitamine und
Vitaminvorstufen sowie deren Derivate zu verstehen:
Vitamin A: zur Gruppe der als Vitamin A bezeichneten Substanzen gehören das Retinol (Vitamin A-i) sowie das 3,4-Didehydroretinol (Vitamin A2). Das ß-Carotin ist das Provitamin des Retinols. Als Vitamin A-Komponente kommen beispielsweise Vitamin A-Säure und deren Ester, Vitamin A- Aldehyd und Vitamin A-Alkohol sowie dessen Ester wie das Palmitat und das Acetat in Betracht. Vitamin B: zur Vitamin B-Gruppe oder zu dem Vitamin B-Komplex gehören u. a.
• Vitamin B-ι (Thiamin)
• Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin)
• Vitamin B3. Unter dieser Bezeichnung werden häufig die Verbindungen Nicotinsäure und Nicotinsäureamid (Niacinamid) geführt.
• Vitamin B5 (Pantothensäure und Panthenol). Im Rahmen dieser Gruppe wird bevorzugt das Panthenol eingesetzt. Einsetzbare Derivate des Panthenols sind insbesondere die Ester und Ether des Panthenols sowie kationisch derivatisierte Panthenole. Einzelne Vertreter sind beispielsweise das Panthenoltriacetat, der Panthenolmonoethylether und dessen Monoacetat sowie kationische Panthenolderivate.
• Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxin sowie Pyridoxamin und Pyridoxal).
Vitamin C (Ascorbinsäure): die Verwendung in Form des Palmitinsäureesters, der Glucoside oder Phosphate kann bevorzugt sein. Die Verwendung in Kombination mit Tocopherolen kann ebenfalls bevorzugt sein.
Vitamin E (Tocopherole, insbesondere a-Tocopherol).
Vitamin F: unter dem Begriff "Vitamin F" werden üblicherweise essentielle Fettsäuren, insbesondere Linolsäure, Linolensäure und Arachidonsäure, verstanden.
Vitamin H: Als Vitamin H wird die Verbindung (3aS,4S, 6aR)-2-Oxohexahydrothienol[3,4-d]- imidazol-4-valeriansäure bezeichnet, für die sich aber zwischenzeitlich der Trivialname Biotin durchgesetzt hat.
Die erfindungsgemäßen Reinigungsmittel können bevorzugt Vitamine, Provitamine und Vitaminvorstufen aus den Gruppen A, B, E und H enthalten.
Insbesondere bevorzugt sind Nicotinsäureamid, Biotin, Pantolacton und/oder Panthenol.
Vitamine, Vitaminderivate und/oder Vitaminvorstufen können in den Reinigungsmitteln (bezogen auf deren Gesamtgewicht) bevorzugt in einer Menge von 0,001 bis 2 Gew.-%, besonders bevorzugt von 0,005 bis 1 Gew.-% und insbesondere von 0,01 bis 0,5 Gew.-% eingesetzt werden.
Unter geeigneten Pflanzenextrakten sind Extrakte zu verstehen, die aus allen Teilen einer Pflanze hergestellt werden können.
Üblicherweise werden diese Extrakte durch Extraktion der gesamten Pflanze hergestellt. Es kann aber in einzelnen Fällen auch bevorzugt sein, die Extrakte ausschließlich aus Blüten und/oder Blättern der Pflanze herzustellen.
Geeignet sind vor allem die Extrakte aus Grünem Tee, Eichenrinde, Brennessel, Hamamelis, Hopfen, Kamille, Klettenwurzel, Schachtelhalm, Weißdorn, Lindenblüten, Litschi, Mandel, Aloe Vera, Fichtennadel, Roßkastanie, Sandelholz, Wacholder, Kokosnuß, Mango, Aprikose, Limone, Weizen, Kiwi, Melone, Orange, Grapefruit, Salbei, Rosmarin, Birke, Malve, Wiesenschaumkraut, Quendel, Schafgarbe, Thymian, Melisse, Hauhechel, Huflattich, Eibisch, Ginseng, Ingwerwurzel, Echinacea purpurea, Olea europea, Boerhavia Diffusa-Wurzeln, Foeniculum vulgaris und Apim graveolens.
Besonders bevorzugt für die Verwendung in den erfindungsgemäßen Reinigungsmitteln sind die Extrakte aus Grünem Tee, Brennessel, Hamamelis, Kamille, Aloe Vera, Ginseng, Echinacea purpurea, Olea europea und/oder Boerhavia Diffusa-Wurzeln.
Als Extraktionsmittel zur Herstellung der genannten Pflanzenextrakte können Wasser, Alkohole sowie deren Mischungen verwendet werden. Unter den Alkoholen sind dabei niedere Alkohole wie Ethanol und Isopropanol, insbesondere aber mehrwertige Alkohole wie Ethylenglykol und Propylenglykol, sowohl als alleiniges Extraktionsmittel als auch in Mischung mit Wasser, bevorzugt. Pflanzenextrakte auf Basis von Wasser/Propylenglykol im Verhältnis 1 : 10 bis 10:1 haben sich als besonders geeignet erwiesen.
Die Pflanzenextrakte können sowohl in reiner als auch in verdünnter Form eingesetzt werden. Sofern sie in verdünnter Form eingesetzt werden, enthalten sie üblicherweise ca. 2 - 80 Gew.-% Aktivsubstanz und als Lösungsmittel das bei ihrer Gewinnung eingesetzte Extraktionsmittel oder Extraktionsmittelgemisch.
Die Pflanzenextrakte können in den erfindungsgemäßen Mitteln (bezogen auf ihr Gesamtgewicht) bevorzugt in einer Menge von 0,01 bis 10 Gew.-%, mehr bevorzugt von 0,05 bis 7,5 Gew.-% und insbesondere von 0, 1 bis 5 Gew.-% eingesetzt werden.
Die erfindungsgemäßen Reinigungsmittel können weiterhin - bezogen auf ihr Gesamtgewicht - bevorzugt 0,001 bis 5 Gew.-%, mehr bevorzugt 0,005 bis 4 Gew.-%, besonders bevorzugt 0,01 bis 3 Gew.-% und insbesondere 0,05 bis 2 Gew.-% mindestens eines Trübungsmittels und/oder Perlglanzmittels enthalten.
Unter geeigneten Perlglanzmitteln und Trübungsmitteln sind beispielsweise
- Mono- und/oder Diester des Ethylenglycols, 1 ,2-Propandiols und/oder Glycerins mit C8- C24-Fettsäuren,
- Ester aus Polyethylenglycolen mit C8-C24-Fettsäuren und/oder
- Styrol/Acrylat-Copolymere zu verstehen.
Besonders geeignet sind die unter den INCI-Bezeichnungen bekannten Trübungs- und/oder Perlglanzmittel:
Glycol Distearate, wie beispielsweise das Handelsprodukt Cutina® AGS der Firma Cognis, Glycol Monostearate, wie beispielsweise das Handelsprodukt Cutina® EGMS der Firma Cognis, PEG-3 Distearate, wie beispielsweise das Handelsprodukt Genapol® TS der Firma Clariant, PEG-2 Distearate, wie beispielsweise das Handelsprodukt Kessco® DEGMS der Firma Akzo Nobel, Propylen Glycol Stearate, wie beispielsweise das Handelsprodukt Tegin® P der Firma Goldschmidt und/oder Styrol/Acrylates-Copolymere wie beispielsweise die Handelsprodukte Joncryl® 67 der Firma Johnson Polymers, Suprawal® WS der Firma BASF und/oder Acusol® OP 301 der Firma Rohm & Haas.
Insbesondere geeignet für die Verwendung in den erfindungsgemäßen Reinigungsmitteln sind die unter den INCI-Bezeichnungen bekannten Trübungs- und/oder Perlglanzmittel:
Glycol Distearate, Glycol Monostearate, PEG-3 Distearate und/oder Styrol/Acrylates-Copolymer.
Weitere Wirk-, Hilfs- und Zusatzstoffe, die in den erfindungsgemäßen Reinigungsmitteln eingesetzt werden können, sind beispielsweise:
- UV-Filter,
Strukturanten wie Maleinsäure und Milchsäure,
Farbstoffe zum Anfärben des Mittels,
Substanzen zur Einstellung des pH-Wertes, beispielsweise a- und ß-Hydroxycarbonsäuren wie
Citronensäure, Milchsäure, Äpfelsäure, Glycolsäure, sowie NaOH,
Hautberuhigende Wirkstoffe wie Allantoin und/oder Bisabolol,
Komplexbildner wie EDTA, NTA, ß-Alanindiessigsäure und Phosphonsäuren,
Ceramide. Unter Ceramiden werden N-Acylsphingosin (Fettsäureamide des Sphingosins) oder synthetische Analogen solcher Lipide (sogenannte Pseudo-Ceramide) verstanden,
Treibmittel wie Propan-Butan-Gemische, N20, Dimethylether, C02 und Luft,
Antioxidantien,
Parfüms,
Konservierungsmittel, wie beispielsweise Benzoesäure und/oder Salicylsäure bzw. deren physiologisch verträgliche Salze.
Die erfindungsgemäßen Reinigungsmittel weisen bevorzugt einen pH-Wert in einem hautschonenden Bereich von 4 bis 7, bevorzugt von 4 bis 6 und insbesondere von 4,5 bis 5,5 auf.
Erfindungsgemäß bevorzugte kosmetische Reinigungsmittel weisen bevorzugt eine Viskosität im Bereich von 5,000 bis 18,000 mPas, bevorzugt von 6,000 bis 13,000 mPas und insbesondere von 7,500 bis 1 1 ,000 mPas auf (jeweils gemessen mit einem Haake Rotationsviskosimeter VT550; 20°C; Meßeinrichtung MV; Spindel MV II; 8 UPM).
Zusammensetzungen dieser Viskosität lassen sich bequem und einfach aus einem Behälter auf die Hand oder die Anwendungsoberfläche applizieren, ohne zwischen den Fingern hindurchzulaufen und zu tropfen. Gleichzeitig ist die Viskosität der Zusammensetzung niedrig genug, damit eine zufriedenstellende Verteilung auf der Anwendungsoberfläche unter Zuhilfenahme der Hände gewährleistet ist.
Die erfindungsgemäßen Reinigungsmittel weisen hervorragende Eigenschaften in der Anwendung auf der Haut auf.
Sie sind besonders sehr gut hautverträglich und liefern einen besonders stabilen, cremigen
Schaum, der sich schnell entwickelt und gut auf der Haut verteilbar ist. Nach dem Abspülvorgang hinterlässt der Schaum ein angenehmes, spannungsfreies Hautgefühl.
Die Textur der erfindungsgemäßen Reinigungsmittel ist besonders reichhaltig.
Ein weiterer Vorteil der erfindungsgemäßen Reinigungsmittel besteht darin, dass sie ohne anwendungstechnische Nachteile (bezüglich Schaummenge, Schaumentwicklung,
Schaumeigenschaften, Reinigung und Pflege) bereits ab einem Gesamttensidgehalt von nur 14
Gew.-% formuliert werden können. Die Herstellung besonders sensitiver Zusammensetzungen ist daher möglich.

Die folgende Tabelle enthält Beispiele für erfindungsgemäße Reinigungszusammensetzungen (Duschgel-Zusammensetzungen).
Die Mengenangaben in der Tabelle beziehen sich - sofern nicht anders angegeben - auf Gew.-%.
Es wurden die folgenden Handelsprodukte eingesetzt:
1 INCI-Bezeichnung: Sorbitan Sesquicaprylat; Evonik Goldschmidt,
2 INCI-Bezeichnung: Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose; Evonik,
3 INCI-Bezeichnung: PEG-7 Glyceryl Cocoate; Cognis,
4 INCI-Bezeichnung: Propylene Glycol, PEG-55 Propylene Glycol Oleate; Goldschmidt,
5 INCI-Bezeichnung: Styrol Acrylates Copolymer; Rohm & Haas,
6 INCI-Bezeichnung: Glycol Distearate, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Laureth-4; Cognis
Claims
1. Kosmetisches Reinigungsmittel, enthaltend in einem geeigneten Träger
a) mindestens ein Alkylsulfat- und/oder ein Alkylpolyglykolethersulfatsalz,
b) mindestens ein amphoteres und/oder zwitterionisches Tensid nach einer der
allgemeinen Formeln (I) oder (II) in denen der Rest R jeweils für einen geradkettigen oder verzweigten, gesättigten oder ein- bzw. mehrfach ungesättigten Alkyl- oder Alkenlyrest mit 8 bis 24 Kohlenstoffatomen und n für eine Zahl von 1 bis 6 steht,
c) mindestens einen Sorbitansäureester und
d) mindestens einen nichtionischen Celluloseether,
mit der Maßgabe, dass das Gewichtsverhältnis des(der) Alkylsulfat- und/oder Alkylpolyglykolethersulfatsalzes(e) a) zum (zu den) amphoteren bzw. zwitterionischen Tensid(en) der Formeln (I) oder (II) im Bereich von 1 : 0,65 bis 1 : 1 ,5 liegt.
2. Kosmetisches Reinigungsmittel nach Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gewichtsverhältnis des(der) Alkylsulfat- und/oderAlkylpolyglykolethersulfatsalzes(e) a) zum (zu den) amphoteren bzw. zwitterionischen Tensid(en) der Formeln (I) oder (II) im Bereich von 1 0,70 bis 1 : 1 ,25 und bevorzugt im Bereich von 1 : 0,75 bis 1 : 1 liegt.
3. Kosmetisches Reinigungsmittel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es - bezogen auf sein Gesamtgewicht - 0,01 bis 5 Gew.-%, bevorzugt
0,025 bis 4 Gew.-%, mehr bevorzugt 0,05 bis 3 Gew.-% und insbesondere 0,1 bis 2 Gew.-% des Sorbitanesters c) enthält.
4. Kosmetisches Reinigungsmittel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich der Carbonsäureanteil des Sorbitansäureesters c) von einer geradkettigen oder verzweigten, gesättigten oder ungesättigten Carbonsäure mit 6 bis 10 Kohlenstoffatomen ableitet.
5. Kosmetisches Reinigungsmittel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es als Sorbitansäureester c) einen unter der INCI-Bezeichnung Sorbitan Sesquicaprylat bekannten Sorbitansäureester enthält.

Kosmetisches Reinigungsmittel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es - bezogen auf sein Gesamtgewicht - 0,01 bis 5 Gew.-%, bevorzugt 0,025 bis 4 Gew.- %, mehr bevorzugt 0,05 bis 3 Gew.-% und insbesondere 0,1 bis 2 Gew.-% des nichtionischen Celluloseethers d) enthält, der ausgewählt ist aus gemischten Hydroxyalkyl-alkylcellulosen mit jeweils 1 bis 4 Kohlenstoffatomen in der Alkylkette.
7. Kosmetisches Reinigungsmittel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es als nichtionischen Cellulosether d) einen unter der INCI-Bezeichnung Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose bekannten Celluloseether enthält.

Kosmetisches Reinigungsmittel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es - bezogen aus sein Gesamtgewicht - 0,01 bis 5 Gew.-%, bevorzugt 0,025 bis 4 Gew.- %, mehr bevorzugt 0,05 bis 3 Gew.-% und insbesondere 0,1 bis 2 Gew.-% mindestens eines (gegebenenfalls ethoxylierten) Mono-, Di- und/oder Triesters des Glycerins mit mindestens einer C8-C24-Fettsäure enthält.
9. Kosmetisches Reinigungsmittel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es - bezogen auf sein Gesamtgewicht - 0,01 bis 5 Gew.-%, bevorzugt 0,025 bis 4 Gew.- %, mehr bevorzugt 0,05 bis 3 Gew.-% und insbesondere 0,1 bis 2 Gew.-% mindestens eines kationischen Polymeren enthält.
10. Kosmetisches Reinigungsmittel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es - bezogen auf sein Gesamtgewicht - 0,01 bis 10 Gew.-%, bevorzugt 0,05 bis 7,5 Gew.-%, mehr bevorzugt 0,075 bis 5 Gew.-% und insbesondere 0,1 bis 4 Gew.-% mindestens eines assoziativen Verdickungsmittels enthält.
