Claims (10)
- Procédé pour appliquer des capsules d'étanchéité sur les goulots de bouteilles à bouchon de liège, prévues avec une cage de retenue de bouchon de liège réalisée avec un fil métallique (C) et ayant une languette de verrouillage (L) pliée vers la paroi de la bouteille, comprenant l'étape consistant à amener les bouteilles jusqu'à un distributeur de capsules (16) qui est adapté pour placer une capsule (20) ayant une fente (22) sur sa paroi latérale sur chacun des goulots de bouteille (N),
caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend également les étapes consistant à :- amener les bouteilles encapsulées vers un carrousel (28) prévu avec une pluralité de stations périphériques (30), dont chacune est adaptée pour recevoir une bouteille (B) respective et pour réaliser les opérations suivantes sur cette dernière :- lever la capsule (20) du goulot (N) de la bouteille par un dispositif de prise (38),- ouvrir vers l'extérieur la languette (L) de la cage (C) au moins partiellement, par un dispositif d'ouverture (44),- aligner ladite languette (L) avec ladite fente (22), en faisant tourner axialement au moins l'une parmi ladite bouteille (B) et la capsule (20),- reposer ladite capsule (20) sur le goulot de la bouteille, ladite languette (L) s'insérant dans la fente (22) et faisant saillie à l'extérieur de la capsule. - Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que, avant de poser la capsule (20) sur le goulot de la bouteille, la paroi latérale de la capsule est déformée au niveau de la fente (22) par des moyens de déformation (57) adaptés pour former de manière appropriée la fente (22) pour qu'elle reçoive ladite languette (L).
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ledit dispositif d'ouverture (44) ouvre la languette (L) vers l'extérieur à un angle d'environ 45° par rapport à la direction verticale.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ladite opération consistant à aligner ladite languette (L) avec ladite fente (22) sur la capsule (20), comprend les étapes consistant à :- faire tourner la bouteille (B) autour de son axe afin d'agencer la languette (L) de la cage à une orientation prédéterminée par rapport à la station (30) respective, et- faire tourner la capsule (20) autour de son axe afin d'agencer la fente (22) avec la même orientation prédéterminée par rapport à la station (30).
- Appareil pour appliquer des capsules d'étanchéité sur les goulots de bouteilles à bouchon de liège, prévues avec une cage de retenue de bouchon de liège réalisée avec du fil métallique (C) et ayant une languette de verrouillage (L) pliée vers la paroi de la bouteille, comprenant un distributeur de capsules (16) qui est adapté pour placer une capsule ayant une fente (22) sur sa paroi latérale sur chacun des goulots de bouteille, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend également un carrousel (28) prévu avec une pluralité de stations périphériques (30), chacune adaptée pour recevoir une bouteille respective et prévue avec :- des moyens de prise (40) pouvant fonctionner pour lever la capsule (20) à partir du goulot de bouteille (N) dans une position de sorte que l'accès à ladite languette (L) n'est pas obstrué, et la reposer successivement,- des moyens d'ouverture (44) pouvant fonctionner pour ouvrir la languette (L) vers l'extérieur au moins partiellement, alors que ladite capsule (20) est dans sa position levée,- des moyens d'orientation (32, 34, 38, 42) pouvant fonctionner pour faire tourner de manière axiale au moins l'une parmi ladite bouteille (B) et la capsule (20), afin d'aligner ladite languette (L) de la cage (C) avec ladite fente (22) de la capsule (20), avant que cette dernière ne soit reposée.
- Appareil selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend des moyens de déformation (57) pouvant fonctionner pour déformer la paroi latérale de la capsule au niveau de la fente (22) afin de former cette dernière de manière appropriée pour qu'elle reçoive ladite languette (L) avant que ladite capsule (20) ne soit reposée sur le goulot de la bouteille.
- Appareil selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que ladite fente (22) est formée comme un « I » et lesdits moyens de déformation comprennent un poinçon (57) pouvant fonctionner pour frapper la paroi latérale de la capsule (20) au niveau de ladite fente en forme de I (22) afin de plier vers l'intérieur les deux ailettes (23a, 23b) définies entre les segments horizontaux de la forme de I.
- Appareil selon l'une quelconque des revendications 5 à 7, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un dispositif de retenue (46) pour retenir latéralement la bouteille alors que la languette est ouverte.
- Appareil selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens d'orientation comprennent :- un plateau tournant (32) supportant la bouteille (B) dans la station (30) respective, qui peut fonctionner pour tourner afin d'agencer la languette (L) de la cage (C) avec une orientation prédéterminée par rapport à la station respective, sur la base de premiers moyens de référence (R) solidaires de la cage et détectables par des premiers moyens de capteur (34),- un dispositif de maintien de capsule (40) qui peut tourner autour de l'axe de la capsule (20), et est opérationnel pour tourner afin d'agencer ladite fente (22) avec la même orientation prédéterminée par rapport à la station (30) respective, sur la base de seconds moyens de référence (T) solidaires de la capsule et détectables par des seconds moyens de capteur (42).
- Appareil selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens de maintien de capsule (40) sont logés à l'intérieur d'un manchon vertical (38) qui entoure la capsule (20) au repos et ledit manchon est verticalement mobile dans une position n'interférant pas avec lesdits moyens de déformation (57), avant l'activation de ces derniers.
