Claims (7)
- Procédé de fonctionnement d'une machine à laver, en particulier d'une machine à laver à tambour, avec un tambour de lavage destiné à recevoir le linge à laver, un dispositif d'acheminement pour l'eau fraîche, une cuve de lessivage destinée à recevoir l'eau de lavage et de rinçage, un dispositif de chauffage pour le chauffage de l'eau de lavage et de rinçage dans la cuve de lessivage, un dispositif de production de vapeur pour l'acheminement de vapeur dans le tambour de lavage, un dispositif de pompage pour évacuer par pompage l'eau usée une fois achevé le processus de lavage, un capteur de niveau d'eau pour la régulation et la commande des niveaux d'eau prévus par programmes dans la machine,
et avec un dispositif de commande de programmes pour la commande des programmes de lavage et des déroulements de programmes,
caractérisé
en ce que le dispositif de production de vapeur (7) est alimenté en eau pour la génération de vapeur qui a été chauffée par le dispositif de chauffage (6) disposé dans la cuve de lessivage (4) au moins à une température qui suffit pour provoquer la précipitation d'agents de dureté dissous dans l'eau, en particulier du calcaire. - Procédé de fonctionnement d'une machine à laver selon la revendication 1, caractérisé
en ce qu'une quantité d'eau prédéfinie est acheminée à la cuve de lessivage (4) jusqu'à un niveau (17) auquel l'élément chauffant (6) est entouré d'eau,
en ce que cette quantité d'eau est chauffée à une température à laquelle de la vapeur est produite et cette vapeur peut par force ascensionnelle parvenir dans le linge situé dans le tambour de lavage (5),
en ce que l'eau résiduelle chauffée après ce traitement à la vapeur et demeurant dans la cuve de lessivage (4) est, au moyen d'un dispositif de pompage (10), acheminée au dispositif de production de vapeur (7) en vue de la génération de vapeur,
et en ce que la vapeur produite avec cette eau dans le dispositif de production de vapeur (7) est conduite dans le tambour de lavage (5). - Procédé de fonctionnement d'une machine à laver selon la revendication 2, caractérisé
en ce que la quantité d'eau prédéfinie et le niveau d'eau s'installant de ce fait dans la cuve de lessivage (4) sont surveillés et commandés par un pressostat (13),
et en ce que le pressostat (13) provoque le réapprovisionnement en eau fraîche quand le niveau de l'eau descend au-dessous de la surface du dispositif de chauffage (6). - Procédé de fonctionnement d'une machine à laver selon l'une des revendications précédentes 1 à 3,
caractérisé
en ce que, après une période pouvant être prédéfinie de traitement à la vapeur dans la machine à laver ou une fois atteint un nombre défini de traitements à la vapeur, il est réalisé un programme de détartrage, lequel comprend- l'acheminement d'un agent détartrant dans le bac d'introduction des produits de lavage et l'introduction dans la cuve de lessivage (4),- le chauffage de la solution détartrante par le dispositif de chauffage (6) dans la cuve de lessivage,- le transfert par pompage de la solution détartrante chauffée via le dispositif de production de vapeur,- l'enlèvement par pompage de la solution détartrante,- l'amenée d'une quantité prédéfinie d'eau fraîche et le transfert par pompage de cette quantité d'eau fraîche via le dispositif de production de vapeur pour l'évacuation de résidus de détartrage,- l'enlèvement par pompage de l'eau de rinçage après l'évacuation des résidus de détartrage dans le réseau des eaux usées. - Machine à laver pour la réalisation du procédé selon la revendication 1,
avec un tambour de lavage destiné à recevoir le linge à laver, un dispositif d'acheminement pour l'eau fraîche, une cuve de lessivage destinée à recevoir l'eau de lavage et de rinçage, un dispositif de chauffage pour le chauffage de l'eau de lavage et de rinçage dans la cuve de lessivage, un dispositif de production de vapeur pour l'acheminement de vapeur dans le tambour de lavage, un dispositif de pompage pour évacuer par pompage l'eau usée une fois achevé le processus de lavage, un capteur de niveau d'eau pour la régulation et la commande des niveaux d'eau prévus par programmes dans la machine,
et avec un dispositif de commande de programmes pour la commande des programmes de lavage et des déroulements de programmes,
caractérisée en ce que
l'amenée d'eau dans la cuve de lessivage (4) peut être commandée par le dispositif de commande de programmes (14) en liaison avec un pressostat (13) de telle sorte que le dispositif de chauffage (6) est recouvert d'eau et la quantité d'eau amenée peut être chauffée à une température à laquelle des agents de dureté dissous dans l'eau, en particulier le calcaire dissous dans l'eau, sont précipités et en ce que, après le chauffage, l'eau demeurant dans la cuve de lessivage (4) est pompée, au moyen d'une pompe de circulation (10), dans l'unité de génération de vapeur (7) dans laquelle cette eau est utilisée pour la génération de vapeur en vue du processus de traitement à la vapeur. - Machine à laver selon la revendication 5,
caractérisée en ce que
le pressostat (13) provoque le réapprovisionnement en eau fraîche quand le niveau de l'eau descend au-dessous de la surface du dispositif de chauffage (6). - Machine à laver pour la réalisation du procédé selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que,
par le dispositif de commande de programmes (14), un programme de détartrage peut être commandé dans lequel un agent de détartrage peut être introduit avec une quantité d'eau prédéfinie dans la cuve de lessivage (4),
en ce que l'eau mélangée avec l'agent de détartrage peut être chauffée par le dispositif de chauffage (6) à une température nécessaire pour l'action de la solution détartrante,
et en ce que cette solution détartrante chauffée peut être reconduite dans la cuve de lessivage (4) par une pompe de circulation (10) dans le circuit via le dispositif de production de vapeur (7).
