Definitions

  • the invention relates to a stem for a road cleaning vehicle for cleaning a floor surface, in particular road or traffic area, of impurities, preferably for removing oils, fats and paints.
  • a stem for a street cleaning vehicle is a unit that is attached to the front of a vehicle, ie in the direction of travel, for cleaning a floor surface. With road cleaning vehicle so every vehicle is meant, which can be used by such a stem for cleaning a floor surface.
  • the publication DE 20 2010 010286 U1 relates to such a stem with in the working direction successively arranged work areas sweeping or sweeping unit, spraying or liquid unit and suction or suction unit, which are such that the respective cleaning tools in the respective work area are separately height adjustable and adjustable and / or folded up. This has the effect that, if necessary, the different work area or units can be switched on or off separately.
  • the publication EP 1 593 334 A2 discloses a mobile floor cleaning machine in which various modes of operation can be selected. Cleaning tools such as sweeping roller, disc brush and scouring roller can be activated. Through the floor cleaning machine, a cleaning liquid can be sprayed and sucked.
  • a stem is provided in the following unit or work area can only be activated together.
  • the liquid unit with the liquid can be applied to the ground, together with the suction unit for sucking off the liquid and impurities.
  • the sweeping and vacuuming operations can also be activated only together, so as to introduce dirt into a cleaning hood of the stem and to suck.
  • dirt or impurity solid and / or liquid dirt or contaminants of any kind are meant in untreated and / or bound by detergent or treated condition.
  • the idea behind this is the realization that either applying liquid together with suction is required, or sweeping and sucking. It is therefore not necessary to be able to activate all units separately from each other, as the document DE 20 2010 010286 U1 provides.
  • a drive unit for separately moving the suction unit or a suction tube can be saved, whereby the stem can be made with very little effort.
  • the sweeping unit and the suction unit as well as the liquid unit and the suction unit can only be combined be deactivated.
  • a stem with particularly low control effort can be provided.
  • the stem is inventively constructed so that a movement can be performed, which is able to move the cleaning hood from a starting position to a working position and vice versa.
  • There are two different working positions namely an inclined position, in which the cleaning hood is inclined so that it encloses an angle with the horizontal when the stem is mounted on a street cleaning vehicle. This inclination is intended for sweeping and sweeping. It remains between the substrate and cleaning hood in operation a gap on the front. At the rear then preferably no gap between the substrate and usshaube.Mit front meant the side that lies during the usual driving the street cleaning vehicle forward, If the cleaning hood has been moved to the second working position, the cleaning hood is in a horizontal position. In the horizontal position, the cleaning hood extends parallel to the horizontal. During cleaning, there is basically no gap or at least substantially no gap between the cleaning hood and the substrate. In this working position, liquid is applied and then suctioned off. This serves to provide a technically simple constructed and reliable working stem.
  • the cleaning hood In the initial position, the cleaning hood is always above its working position when the stem is attached to the street cleaning vehicle.
  • the stem is lowered starting from this starting position and / or tilted to get into the working position.
  • the movement into the working position takes place in a technically simple embodiment by gravity.
  • the movement back to the starting position is preferably carried out by machine, for example hydraulically, pneumatically or electrically.
  • the initial position of the cleaning hood is preferably also a horizontal position to keep the required space low.
  • the stem is constructed so that a tilting movement can be performed, which can tilt the cleaning hood from a substantially horizontal horizontal position in an inclined position and vice versa.
  • a tilting movement can be made possible in a particularly simple manner that without an additional drive unit for separately moving the suction unit, the sweeping and sucking operations by the inclination and the operations apply liquid and suction can be realized by the horizontal position of the cleaning hood.
  • the tilting allows a manual activation to take the horizontal position or the inclination, whereby an additional hydraulic unit can be saved.
  • additional parts could be saved by the tilting movement, which generate when sweeping and sucking an opening to the cleaning hood for introducing the dirt in the cleaning hood and apply this opening in the operations liquid and close suction.
  • the stem is such that when taking the inclined position of the cleaning hood, the sweeping unit and the suction unit are automatically activated and / or the liquid unit and the suction unit are automatically activated when the horizontal position of the cleaning hood is removed.
  • a time delay of the activation can preferably be provided.
  • the sweeping unit comprises at least one rotating sweeping brush, preferably exactly two sweeping brushes, for sweeping impurities centrally in front of the cleaning hood.
  • one or more sweeping brush pairs in front of the cleaning hood ie in the direction of travel, arranged and rotate against each other from outside to inside.
  • the liquid unit is such that liquid is applied at high pressure to the bottom surface, preferably at 150 bar to 250 bar, preferably 180 bar to 220 bar, more preferably 190 bar to 210 bar at a flow rate of preferably 20 l / min to 40 l / min, preferably 25 l / min to 35 l / min, more preferably 28 l / min to 32 l / min. Tests have shown that such a pressure and flow rate allow particularly effective cleaning.
  • the liquid unit is such that the liquid applied to the bottom surface comprises a surfactant
  • Component comprises, preferably in a proportion of 1% to 5%, preferably 2% to 4%, more preferably 2.5% to 3.5%.
  • surfactant enables particularly effective cleaning.
  • a spraying device for a pre-cleaning can additionally be activated, preferably with already activated sweeping unit and suction unit.
  • the spraying device for pre-spraying liquid for a pre-cleaning brings liquid - separate from the aforementioned liquid unit for applying liquid - preferably in the area of sweeping brushes of the sweeping unit, for example on the sweeping brushes or next to the sweeping brushes.
  • a special cleaning agent is used as spraying agent for the spraying device, which usually contains a surfactant and is sprayed at low pressure.
  • the special cleaning agent instead of, for example, water as a spray it is possible that even heavy dirt can be solved particularly reliable.
  • a bottom lip which is disposed close to the vehicle, on the bottom surface, when the cleaning hood has been brought into the inclined position and drained.
  • the bottom lip is preferably attached to the cleaning hood and in particular at the rear end, ie opposite to the direction of travel. But the bottom lip can also be arranged separately from the cleaning hood. With the help of such a bottom lip dirt can be introduced into the cleaning hood in an inclined position and sucked off, which would otherwise remain lying. A particularly thorough cleaning or a particularly high cleaning speed can be achieved.
  • the inclined position releases a gap in the direction of travel, which may preferably be 20 mm to 200 mm, preferably 50 mm to 150 mm, particularly preferably 80 mm to 120 mm.
  • a gap in the direction of travel, which may preferably be 20 mm to 200 mm, preferably 50 mm to 150 mm, particularly preferably 80 mm to 120 mm.
  • the stem provides a horizontal position, which is designed in the discharged state so that between the cleaning hood and the ground surface, a closed space can be generated.
  • drained state it is meant that the cleaning hood is located in a position lying mostly near the ground or lying on the ground, which is provided for cleaning the ground surface. Leakage of liquid and impurities can thus be minimized and a particularly thorough cleaning possible.
  • the cleaning hood has at least one sealing lip, which seals the cleaning hood to the bottom surface in a horizontal position in the deflated state and is lifted off the bottom surface in an inclined position of the cleaning hood.
  • a sealing lip is made in one piece with the bottom lip, the term “sealing lip” refers to the section which is lifted off the bottom surface in an inclined position in the deflated state of the cleaning hood.
  • the sealing lip and / or bottom lip made of plastic and in particular of elastic rubber mats.
  • a sealing lip or bottom lip made of plastic allows a particularly good seal to the soil surface. A particularly thorough cleaning can be realized with little effort.
  • the suction unit comprises at least one suction pipe arranged on the rear side of the cleaning hood, preferably exactly two suction pipes, in particular fixedly attached to the cleaning hood.
  • Firmly attached means not movable or firmly mounted.
  • the stem is arranged so that the stem for rapid driving of the road cleaning vehicle can be brought into a raised from the ground basic position, in particular by a hydraulic device. You can raise or lower with a hydraulic device. By providing a basic position even a far away place of use can be reached very quickly and the contamination can be eliminated.
  • the tilting of the cleaning hood into the oblique position and / or the movement into the horizontal position takes place electronically, preferably with a hydraulic adjusting unit, which is usually driven by a motor. Due to the electronic activation and the provision of a particular motor-operated hydraulic adjusting unit, via which the activation is motorized or automated, a particularly simple and associated with little effort handling for the user is possible.
  • the tilting of the cleaning hood in the skew and / or the movement can be manually activated in the horizontal position.
  • Manual activation of tilting in this context means a mechanical release, usually with the use of physical strength. Pressing a button is not a manual activation of tilting.
  • a manual activation can be realized, for example, by manually releasing or locking a fuse. By manual activation, a stem can be made with very little effort.
  • a cover for protection of hydraulics and electronics is provided. Through the cover a particularly long life of the stem and a low maintenance costs can be achieved.
  • the stem has at least one roller and / or a pair of rollers for spacing the cleaning hood from the bottom surface in the drained state.
  • a pair of rollers at the rear of the stem, a further pair of rollers in the front and a steering roller are arranged at the front.

  • the cover for hydraulics and electrics is made narrower than the cleaning hood and in particular 500 mm to 1000 mm, preferably 600 mm to 900 mm. Through a cover of this width, the user is granted a particularly large field of view on the contaminated floor surface when driving the street cleaning vehicle. A dirty floor surface can be cleaned very quickly and efficiently.
  • the cleaning hood can be moved to the left and right relative to the cover and in particular 300 mm to 900 mm, preferably 450 mm to 750 mm. Edge areas of the soil surface, such as gutters, can be better achieved as needed. Furthermore, the field of view is not restricted by the relative movement of the cleaning hood to the cover. A dirty floor surface can be cleaned very quickly and efficiently.
  • a lever mechanism for generating a tilting movement of the cleaning hood from the horizontal position to the inclined position and vice versa is provided.
  • the lever mechanism is such that the tilting movement is realized by means of a folding movement.
  • a manual activation by manually releasing or locking a fuse for tilting in the skew or horizontal position can be so easily realized and a stem can be made with little effort.
  • At least one fuse in particular locking bolt, provided for releasing and locking the horizontal position and tilt.
  • a manual activation of tilting in the skew or horizontal position can be particularly easily realized and a stem can be made with little effort.
