Definitions
- Loading device for crops in particular
- the invention relates to a loading device for bulbous or spherical crops such as potatoes, beets, celery and possibly also robust cabbage and pumpkin varieties.
- a loading device of the aforementioned type is known, which can be recognized as a hitch to a final tractors.
- This known loading device comprises an insertable under the fruit piles Aufgriffszunge, and over the width of Aufgriffszunge horizontally aligned conveyor belt device through which tapped across the Aufgriffszunge fruits and pulled out laterally and then passed on a sloping path and can be loaded onto a car.
- the invention has for its object to provide a loading device for tuberous crops, especially beets or potatoes, which is characterized by a cost-effective and compact design and through which a large part of the picked up on taking the fruit farmland can be largely separated.
- a loading device for loading tuberous crops with:
- a slide-in bucket which has a front transverse edge area, a left side area and a right side area and can be inserted into or under a field crop heap over the front transverse edge area along a heap stripping direction,
- transverse rollers extending between the left and right side sections and spaced from one another such that soil falling from the crops may fall down between the transverse rollers
- the conveyor belt device is integrated into the loading device such that it has a rising in the conveying direction section in a lying between the left and the right side region.
- the insertion blade is designed such that the transverse rollers cause a lateral displacement of the picked fruit towards a preferably off-center, low-lying input area of the conveyor belt device.
- the transverse rollers can be designed so that they form conveyor spindles with spiral flanks, at least in sections, for the corresponding lateral displacement of the crops resting thereon.
- the transverse roller arrangement and the conveyor belt device are preferably arranged such that the transfer of the crops to the conveyor belt device takes place in a region offset from the center of the insertion blade to the left or to the right side region.
- the cross roller arrangement can be designed so that the crops run in this band input area in each case in a short path.
- transverse roller arrangement by appropriate profiling of the transverse rollers in such a way that the crops are initially conveyed transversely away from the belt input area and only subsequently to this belt input area.
- the crops thus go through in the cross roller assembly a longer distance and rub against the cross rollers, and each other. As a result, the removal of soil from the crops is further supported.
- the conveyor belt device is preferably designed at least in the region of the insertion blade such that it comprises a continuous belt section. Through this sieve belt section can continue to fall soil from the crops down.
- the sieve belt section can be formed by laterally mounted, mutually parallel rods. The enclosure and connection of the rods can be done in a conventional manner by elastic links.
- the cross rollers are coupled in accordance with a particularly preferred embodiment of the invention with a drive device and can be set in rotation via this drive device.
- the drive device is preferably designed as an oil-hydraulic drive device and designed so that the rotational speed of the transverse rollers can be set adjustable.
- the transverse rollers are preferably in the left and in the right side region of the insertion blade stored.
- the drive of the cross rollers can also be accomplished purely by mechanical means, for example via a PTO connection.
- the PTO connection leads preferably first into an input gear and then, for example, to one of the transverse rollers.
- This driven transverse roller can then be coupled via a gear transmission, or a traction mechanism, in particular a chain drive with the other transverse rollers.
- This coupling is preferably carried out in a somewhat shielded region of the side cheeks, and in turn preferably via coupling heads or shaft journals protrude from the rollers bearings.
- the geared drive coupling of the transverse rollers with each other can be done via a gear transmission as already mentioned.
- This gear transmission can be designed as an open gear in which the gears are designed as largely pollution-resistant structures. It is also possible to provide geometries on the transverse rolls by which a drive coupling of the transverse rolls is achieved.
- the cross rollers can rotate partly in opposite directions, partly in the same direction.
- the loading device according to the invention is preferably designed as a mounting device for a tractor and provided with interface devices that are too widespread connection systems, especially a front linkage of a tractor compatible.
- the device according to the invention may also form part of a corresponding VerladespezialInstitutes.
- the three-point mount can be designed, for example, on a front lifting gear according to DIN ISO 730-1.
- the loading device preferably comprises a support structure which allows a connection of transport wheels, so that the loading device can be attached in the manner of a combine harvesting machine for transport to a tractor.
- the transport wheels can be integrated into the loading device in such a way that a bottom support is achieved via them when using the loading device so that vertical forces are absorbed by the wheels during the insertion into the field crop heap.
- the transport wheels are retractable and are thus not claimed in the tuber fruit loading process.
- FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a loading device according to the invention, here as a front attachment for a tractor;
- Figure 2 is a plan view of a further embodiment of an inventive
