Claims (9)
- Procédé de découpage d'un boudin de produit (10) en tranches de produit (25) avec un dispositif de découpage (26), dans lequel les tranches de produit découpées (25) tombent directement sur une bande de feuille inférieure (14) ou dans une barquette d'emballage (13), qui constituent respectivement une partie d'un emballage et en ce qu'une portion incomplète, une portion défectueuse, au moins une tranche initiale et/ou une pièce finale sont triées avec un moyen de reprise et/ou un moyen d'enlèvement, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de découpage présente une lame de coupe qui tourne et dans lequel la bande de feuille inférieure (14) et/ou la barquette d'emballage et le dispositif de découpage sont déplacées l'un par rapport à l'autre pendant le découpage et dans lequel des coupes à vide pour un transfert des emballages sont effectuées.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que plusieurs tranches de produit sont déposées sur une bande de feuille inférieure (14) et/ou dans une barquette d'emballage sous forme de portion et/ou plusieurs portions sont déposées sur une bande de feuille inférieure (14) et/ou dans une barquette d'emballage.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'une bande de feuille inférieure (14) et/ou une barquette d'emballage sont inclinées pour le remplissage avec au moins une tranche de denrée alimentaire.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'une portion (15) se composant de plusieurs tranches de produit (25) est pesée dans l'emballage pendant le découpage ou immédiatement après le découpage.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de découpage (26) présente un système d'avancement (11) pour le boudin de produit (10) et une lame de coupe mobile, en particulier rotative (12), qui découpe des tranches de produit du boudin de produit et en ce que le mouvement du système d'avancement et/ou de la lame de coupe est commandé en fonction de l'avancement de la bande de feuille inférieure (14) et/ou de la barquette d'emballage (13) .
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de découpage (26) présente un système d'avancement (11) pour le boudin de produit (10) et une lame de coupe mobile, en particulier rotative (12), qui découpe des tranches de produit du boudin de produit et en ce que l'avancement de la bande de feuille inférieure (14) et/ou de la barquette d'emballage (13) est commandé en fonction du mouvement du système d'avancement et/ou de la lame de coupe.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que plusieurs boudins de produit sont découpés simultanément.
- Procédé selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que le nombre des boudins de produit (10) est identique ou différent du nombre des lignes (28) de la machine d'emballage.
- Procédé selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que les boudins de produit (10) sont différents et en ce que chaque portion présente des tranches de produit (25) de boudins de produit différents.
