- each pair of arms must have a nominal separation in accordance with the width of the packages to be transported, said pair of arms also being associated with actuating means capable of carrying out the approximation thereof to the necessary extent for opening the mouth of the package clamped by the same and once the package has been filled with the product to be packaged, triggers the return of said arms to the original position, tightening the mouth of the package and thereby closing the same.
- the endless conveyor used to move the transport device through different packaging machine work stations comprises two chains parallel to those which are fixed, the respective arms of each transport device being required to change the chains or mount the arms on the said chains at different positions so that the nominal separation between said arms is suited to the package to be transported.

- the means for regulating the separation between each pair of arms furthermore comprises guide sections distributed in the packaging machine, parallel to the route of the transport device and provided with a longitudinal track for guiding the roller means of the scissor mechanisms associated with each pair of parallel arms; said guide sections being associated with actuating means for moving each guide section in a transversal direction and positioning the latter in a suitable, fairly advanced, position for determining the separation of each pair of parallel arms at each area of the route of the transport device.

Claims (3)
- Flexible Pakettransportvorrichtung für Verpackungsmaschinen; wobei die Vorrichtung geeignet ist, um mit einem Endlosförderer gekoppelt zu werden, der für das Bewegen der letzteren entlang den verschiedenen Arbeitsstationen einer Verpackungsmaschine verantwortlich ist, und die Vorrichtung mindestens ein Paar an parallelen Armen (1, 2), welche Klammern (11, 21) auf den gegenüberliegenden Seiten zum Klemmen der zu transportierenden Pakete (E) und Mittel zum Regulieren des Abstands zwischen den parallelen Armen (1, 2) aufweisen, und ein Stützteil (3), das mit einer Längsführung (31) versehen ist, umfasst; wobei die parallelen Arme (1, 2) jedes Paars von der Längsführung (31) geführt werden und mit der Möglichkeit montiert sind, sich bezüglich eines Stützteils (3) der Länge nach zu bewegen, das geeignet ist, um an einem Endlosförderer der Verpackungsmaschine befestigt zu werden, und die Mittel zum Regulieren des Abstands zwischen jedem Paar an Armen (1, 2), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung Folgendes umfasst:- einen Scherenmechanismus (4), der auf einer Ebene vorgesehen ist, die parallel zu jener ist, die durch das parallele Paar an Armen (1, 2) definiert ist, und welcher zwei Stangen (41, 42) umfasst, die durch einen Zwischenbereich über eine vertikale Drehachse (43) miteinander verbunden sind; wobei die Stangen (41, 42) jeweils vordere Enden umfassen, die durch beide vertikalen Drehachsen (44, 45) mit dem hinteren Ende der parallelen Arme (1, 2) angelenkt sind; und beide hinteren Enden Rollenmittel (46, 47) tragen;- Führungsabschnitte (5, 5a...), die auf der Verpackungsmaschine montiert werden können, die parallel zur Wegstrecke der Transportvorrichtung sind, die mit einer Längsspur (51) zum Führen der Rollenmittel (46, 47) des Scherenmechanismus (4) versehen sind, die mit jedem Paar an parallelen Armen (1, 2) verknüpft sind;- Betätigungsmittel (7) zum Bewegen jedes Führungsabschnitts (5, 5a) in einer Querrichtung und Anordnen des letzteren in einer Position, die geeignet ist, um den Abstand jedes Paars der parallelen Arme (1, 2) in jedem Bereich der Wegstrecke der Transportvorrichtung durch eine Veränderung der Länge des Scherenmechanismus (4) zu bestimmen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die vertikale Drehachse (43), die die Stangen (41, 42) des Scherenmechanismus durch deren Zwischenbereich verbindet, mit Führungsmitteln bezüglich des Stützteils (3) in einer Richtung senkrecht zur Richtung der Längsbewegung der parallelen Arme (1, 2) versehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führungsmittel der vertikalen Drehachse der Stangen ein Rollenelement (6) umfassen, das in einer geschlitzten Öffnung (32) aufgenommen ist, die auf der Stützplatte (3) definiert ist und in einer Richtung senkrecht zur Bewegungsrichtung der Arme (1, 2) ausgerichtet ist.
