Claims (8)
- Lame de coupe rotative (11) qui découpe un ou des aliments en bâton (2) en une pluralité de tranches d'aliments (12), la lame de coupe étant prévue au niveau d'un logement de lame (8), au moins un moyen (3) étant prévu au niveau de la lame de coupe, et/ou une lame de coupe étant configurée de manière correspondante de telle sorte qu'un ou plusieurs courants de gaz, en particulier d'air, soient générés, lesquels forment chaque tranche d'aliment pendant la découpe et/ou après celle-ci et la stabilisent dans une forme souhaitée au moins partiellement et/ou temporairement et/ou lesquels appliquent un intercalaire sur une tranche d'aliment, caractérisée en ce que le moyen (3) est au moins une saillie qui est disposée du côté de la lame de coupe opposé à l'aliment en bâton, le moyen étant au moins une pale (13) qui génère le courant d'air.
- Lame de coupe rotative (11) selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la lame de coupe et le moyen (3) sont prévus d'une seule pièce.
- Lame de coupe rotative (11) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que l'orientation de la pale (13) peut être modifiée par rapport à la lame de coupe.
- Lame de coupe rotative (11) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le moyen tourne à la même vitesse de rotation que la lame de coupe.
