Claims (12)

  1. Procédé pour forer des trous dans un matériau de sol ou de roche et pour fixer un ancrage dans un trou de forage, dans lequel un élément d'élargissement (3) fixé au niveau d'une tige de forage ou d'ancrage (1) ainsi qu'un élément d'écartement (7) d'élargissement, présentant en particulier une forme de douille, sont introduits, avec la tige de forage ou d'ancrage (1) pourvue d'un trépan (2), de manière simultanée avec la réalisation du trou de forage dans le matériau de sol ou de roche, en particulier par un forage à rotation et à percussion ou à rotation, l'élément d'écartement (7) est élargi en appui contre la paroi de trou de forage après la finalisation du trou de forage par un retrait par l'intérieur de l'élément d'écartement (7) de la tige de forage ou d'ancrage (1) et de l'élément d'élargissement (3) disposé au niveau de cette dernière et la tige de forage ou d'ancrage (1) est bloquée avec une plaque d'ancrage (12) au niveau d'un côté extérieur de trou de forage par son extrémité dépassant du trou de forage, caractérisé en ce que la tige de forage ou d'ancrage (1) est contrainte, après l'élargissement de l'élément d'écartement (7), par un déplacement en rotation en direction de l'intérieur de trou de forage (15) jusqu'à venir buter au niveau de l'intérieur de trou de forage (15), et en ce que la tige de forage ou d'ancrage (1) est fixée au niveau de l'extérieur de tige de forage par un assemblage par serrage de la plaque d'ancrage (12) au moyen d'un écrou (13) réalisé sous la forme d'un élément rapporté pour un dispositif d'introduction (14).
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la tige de forage ou d'ancrage (1) est introduite dans l'intérieur de trou de forage (15) après l'élargissement de l'élément d'écartement (7) par une contrainte jusqu'à la rupture d'une broche de cisaillement (5) fixée au niveau de la tige de forage ou d'ancrage (1) ou dépassant dans un évidement (4) de l'élément d'élargissement (3) tout en traversant ladite tige.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la tige de forage ou d'ancrage (1) réalisée sous la forme d'une tige filetée est contrainte exclusivement en rotation en vue de la contrainte de la broche de cisaillement (5).
  4. Procédé selon la revendication 1, 2, ou 3, caractérisé en ce que la plaque d'ancrage (12) est assemblée par serrage au niveau de l'extérieur de trou de forage par la contrainte exclusivement par rotation de l'écrou (13) fixé sur la tige de forage ou d'ancrage (1) au moyen d'un filetage intérieur.
  5. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce qu'une fermeture de trou de forage (11) reposant, en direction de l'intérieur de trou de forage (15), au niveau de la plaque d'ancrage (12) est introduite dans le trou de forage de manière simultanée avec l'assemblage par serrage de la plaque d'ancrage (12) en vue d'une étanchéification à l'extérieur du trou de forage.
  6. Dispositif pour forer des trous dans le matériau de sol ou de roche et pour fixer un système d'ancrage dans un trou de forage, comprenant un trépan (2) fixé au niveau d'une tige de forage ou d'ancrage (1) ainsi qu'un élément d'élargissement (3) fixé au niveau de la tige de forage ou d'ancrage (1) et un élément d'écartement (7) entourant au moins en partie la tige de forage ou d'ancrage, disposé à distance de l'élément d'élargissement (3), présentant en particulier une forme de douille, lequel peut être élargi par un retrait de la tige de forage et d'ancrage (1) et de l'élément d'élargissement (3) fixé au niveau de cette dernière en appui au niveau de la paroi de trou de forage, une plaque d'ancrage (12) étant disposée au niveau de la tige de forage ou d'ancrage (1) au niveau de son extrémité dépassant hors du trou de forage, caractérisé en ce que la tige de forage ou d'ancrage (1) est réalisée sous la forme d'une tige filetée pouvant être contrainte, après un élargissement de l'élément d'écartement (7), par un mouvement par rotation, la tige filetée coopérant avec un filetage intérieur de l'élément d'élargissement (3), et en ce que la tige de forage ou d'ancrage (1) interagit au moyen d'un écrou (13) réalisé en tant qu'élément rapporté pour un dispositif d'introduction (14) afin d'assembler par serrage la plaque d'ancrage (12) au niveau de l'extérieur de trou de forage.
  7. Dispositif selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que l'élément d'élargissement (3) est réalisé au niveau de sa zone d'extrémité tournée vers l'intérieur de trou de forage (15) avec au moins un évidement (4), qui coopère avec au moins une broche de cisaillement (5) venant en prise avec ledit évidement (4), faisant saillie du contour extérieur de la tige de forage ou d'ancrage (1).
  8. Dispositif selon la revendication 6 ou 7, caractérisé en ce que le filetage de l'élément d'élargissement (3) s'étend sur une zone partielle de la longueur de l'élément d'élargissement (3).
  9. Dispositif selon la revendication 6, 7 ou 8, caractérisé en ce que l'élément d'écartement (7) est réalisé sous la forme d'une douille à ressort, qui présente une entaille (8) s'étendant au moins sur une partie de sa longueur.
  10. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 6 à 9, caractérisé en ce que l'écrou (13) présente un filetage intérieur et un filetage extérieur.
  11. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 6 à 10, caractérisé en ce qu'une fermeture de trou de forage (17) présentant une forme sensiblement tronconique, reposant au niveau de la plaque d'ancrage (12) est disposée au niveau de la tige de forage ou d'ancrage (1).
  12. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 6 à 11, caractérisé en ce qu'un manchon de butée (9) pressé avec la tige de forage ou d'ancrage (1) est prévu pour l'élément d'écartement (7) d'une manière connue en soi au niveau de la tige de forage ou d'ancrage (1).
