This will be explained in more detail below.

Due to the kinematics of the lever, this means that it is not possible to unmate the two connectors. For unmating, an operator has to first deflect the locking latch 23 downwardly in the figure, such that the common web can move over the top surface of locking latch 23. However, in the position shown in Fig.
  • the blocking portion 46 of CPA 40 is arranged underneath the free, flexible end of locking latch 23. Therefore, it is not possible to press the locking latch 23 downwardly and therefore a release of lever 30 is not possible.
  • the CPA 40 thus not only serves as an indicator for a successfully completed mating operation but at the same time as a secondary lock, that securely prevents any unintentional release movement of lever 30.

Claims (7)

  1. Elektrische Verbinderanordnung (10), die aufweist:
    ein Verbindergehäuse (20); und
    ein Verbinderpositionssicherungs(CPA - connector position assurance)-Element (40), das an dem Verbindergehäuse (20) bewegbar zwischen einer ersten und einer zweiten Position angeordnet ist, wobei das CPA-Element (40) ein Verriegelungselement (41, 42) aufweist, das einen Verriegelungsteil (21) an dem Verbindergehäuse (20) kontaktiert, um das CPA-Element (40) in der ersten Position an dem Gehäuse zu fixieren, wobei das Verriegelungselement (41, 42) ein Verriegelungsarm ist, der von dem CPA-Element (40) vorsteht, wobei das Verriegelungselement (41, 42) ausgebildet ist, aus dem Verriegelungsteil (21) durch einen entsprechenden Gegenverbinder gelöst zu werden bei einem Zusammenfügen des Verbindergehäuses mit dem entsprechenden Gegenverbinder, wobei der Verriegelungsarm (41, 42) in einer Zusammenfügen-Richtung des Verbindergehäuses (20) hervorragt und wobei der Verriegelungsarm (41, 42) einen geneigten Freigabeteil aufweist, der ausgebildet ist, um bei einem Zusammenfügen des Verbindergehäuses mit einem entsprechenden Gegenverbinder in Kontakt mit einem Teil des Gegenverbinders zu kommen, und wobei das Verbindergehäuse (20) zumindest eine Gleitrille (22) aufweist und das CPA-Element (40) einen entsprechenden Gleitteil (45) aufweist, der darin angeordnet ist, um eine kontrollierte Bewegung der CPA von der ersten zu der zweiten Position zu ermöglichen, wobei sich der entsprechende Gleitteil (45) in der Zusammenfügen-Richtung des Verbindergehäuses (20) erstreckt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die elektrische Verbinderanordnung (10) aufweist:
    einen rotierbaren Hebel (30), der an dem Verbindergehäuse (20) angebracht ist, um den Zusammenfügen-Vorgang des Verbindergehäuses (20) mit dem entsprechenden Gegenverbinder zu erleichtern, wobei der Hebel (30) von einer vorläufig zusammengefügten Position in eine vollständig zusammengefügte Position bewegbar ist, wobei eine Verriegelungsklinke (23), die an dem Verbindergehäuse (20) vorgesehen ist, hinter einem gemeinsamen Steg (33) des Hebels (30) verriegelt wird;
    wobei ein Blockierteil (46) des CPA-Elements (40) unter einem freien flexiblen Ende der Verriegelungsklinke (23) angeordnet ist, wenn das CPA-Element (40) in der zweiten Position ist;
    wobei das CPA-Element (40) eine Bewegung des Hebels (30) blockiert, wenn in der zweiten Position, und eine Bewegung des Hebels (30) ermöglicht, wenn in der ersten Position.
  2. Die elektrische Verbinderanordnung (10) gemäß dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verbindergehäuse (20) weiter einen zweiten Verriegelungsteil (25) aufweist, an dem das Verriegelungselement (41, 42) verriegelt, wenn das CPA-Element (40) in der zweiten Position ist.
  3. Die elektrische Verbinderanordnung (10) gemäß einem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das CPA-Element (40) ausgebildet ist, aus der zweiten Position manuell lösbar zu sein.
  4. Die elektrische Verbinderanordnung (10) gemäß einem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verriegelungselement (41, 42) durch zwei Verriegelungsarme gebildet wird.
  5. Die elektrische Verbinderanordnung (10) gemäß einem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verriegelungselement (41, 42) durch zwei Verriegelungsarme gebildet wird, wobei jeder Verriegelungsarm einen geneigten Freigabeteil aufweist, der ausgebildet ist, um bei einem Zusammenfügen des Verbindergehäuses mit einem entsprechenden Gegenverbinder in Kontakt mit einem Teil des Gegenverbinders zu kommen.
  6. Die elektrische Verbinderanordnung (10) gemäß einem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verriegelungselement (41, 42) einen L-förmigen Haken (43, 44) aufweist, der in den Verriegelungsteil (21) eingreift.
  7. Die elektrische Verbinderanordnung (10) gemäß einem vorhergehenden Anspruch, die weiter einen entsprechenden Gegenverbinder (11) aufweist.
