Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Schließzylinder-Schlüssel-System mit einem Zylindergehäuse, in dem ein Zylinderkern drehbar gelagert ist, der seinerseits einen einen einführbaren, mit einer Profilierung der Seitenfläche versehenen, Schlüssel aufnehmenden Schlüsselkanal aufweist, wobei in dem Zylinderkern und im Zylindergehäuse zusammenwirkende, aus Kernstift und Gehäusestift bestehende Zuhaltungen vorgesehen sind. Dabei weist der Schlüsselkanal eine mit einer der seitlichen Profilierungen des Schlüssels korrespondierende Profilierung auf und die seitliche Profilierung des Schlüsselkanals ist mit einer Freimachung versehen, in die eine im Schlüssel federnd gelagerte Kugel hineinragt. Der letzte Kernstift im Zylinderkern weist eine Nut oder Ausnehmung auf, mit der ein im Zylinderkern drehbar gelagerter Fingerstift in Eingriff bringbar ist, um den Kernstift in seiner Sperrstellung zu halten, wobei der Fingerstift beim Einführen des Schlüssels durch die Kugel dreh- und außer Eingriff mit der Nut des Kernstiftes bringbar ist.

Description

Schließzylinder - Schlüssel-System
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Schließzyiinder - Schlüssel - System, mit einem Zylindergehäuse, in dem ein Zylinderkern drehbar gelagert ist, der seinerseits einen einen einführbaren, mit einer Profilierung der Seitenfläche versehenen, Schlüssel aufnehmenden Schlüsseikanal aufweist, wobei in dem Zylinderkern und im Zylindergehäuse zusammen wirkende, aus Kernstift und Gehäusestift bestehende, Zuhaltungen vorgesehen sind, die die mechanische Kodierung des Schlüssels abtasten und bei passender Kodierung eine Drehung des
Zylinderkernes zulassen und damit einen Schließvorgang ermöglichen.
Derartige Schließzylinder-Schlüssel-Systeme sind allgemein bekannt.
Bekannt sind auch durch Merkmale im Schlüsselprofil gesteuert, drehbare im Zylinderkern gelagerte Fingerstifte bekannt, die mit einer radial zwischen Zylinderkern und
Schließzylindergehäuse beweglichen Sperrleiste zusammenwirken (DE 10 2009 026 117 A1).
Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, für ein derartiges System einen verbesserten technischen Kopierschutz zu schaffen.
Gelöst wird diese Aufgabe erfindungsgemäß bei einem Schließzylinder - Schlüssel - System, mit einem Zylindergehäuse, in dem ein Zylinderkern drehbar gelagert ist, der seinerseits einen einen einführbaren, mit einer Profilierung der Seitenfläche versehenen, Schlüssel aufnehmenden Schlüsselkanal aufweist, wobei in dem Zylinderkern und im Zylindergehäuse zusammen wirkende, aus Kernstift und Gehäusestift bestehende,
Zuhaltungen vorgesehen sind, die die mechanische Kodierung des Schlüssels abtasten und bei passender Kodierung eine Drehung des Zylinderkernes zulassen und damit einen Schließvorgang ermöglichen,
dadurch, dass der Schlüsselkanal eine mit einer der seitlichen Profilierungen des Schlüssels korrespondierende Profilierung aufweist, dass die seitliche Profilierung des Schlüsselkanals eine Freimachung aufweist, in die eine im Schlüssel federnd gelagerte Kugel hineinragt,
dass der letzte Kernstift im Zylinderkern eine Nut oder Ausnehmung aufweist, mit der ein im Zylinderkern drehbar gelagerter Fingerstift in Eingriff bringbar ist, um den Kernstift in seiner Sperrstellung zu halten, wobei der Fingerstift beim Einführen des Schlüssels durch die Kugel dreh- und außer Eingriff mit der Nut des Kernstiftes bringbar ist.
Vorzugsweise Weiterbildungen ergeben sich aus den Unteransprüchen und werden nachfolgend noch erläutert.
Die Erfindung soll nachfolgend mit Bezug auf die Zeichnungen erläutert werden. Dabei zeigt: Fig. 1 schematisch einen teilweise in den Schließzylinder eingeführten Schlüssel, Fig. 2a einen Schnitt durch den Schließzylinder gemäß der Linie B-B in Figur 1 und Fig. 2b einen Schnitt gemäß A-A in Figur 1.
Dargestellt ist hier der Sperrzustand, der beim weiteren Einführen des Schlüssels
aufgehoben werden würde.
Im Schlüssel 2 befindet sich eine gefederte Kugel 6, 7, die im ersten parazentrischen Profilmerkmal 8 sitzt und - bei dem hier gezeigten Ausführungsbeispiel - sich nach oben, in Richtung Schlüsselrücken bewegen kann.
In Abwandlung dieser Ausführung könnte diese Kugel auch in der Schlüsselseite angeordnet sein, vorausgesetzt, dass das dem Schlüsselprofil zugeordnete parazentrische Profil im Zylinderkern (Schlüsselkanal) die Kugel beim Einführen des Schlüssels in den
Schlüsselschaft hinein drücken kann.
Im Zylinderkern 1 hat der letzte Kernstift 3 eine Nut 9, in die ein drehbar - parallel zum Schlüsselkanal - gelagerter Fingerstift 4 mit dem Finger 12 eingreift.
Dieser Stift hat einen zweiten Finger 10, der in Höhe des ersten parazentrischen
Profilmerkmals sitzt und von diesem "verdeckt" wird. Das Profilmerkmal des Kerns ist an dieser Stelle ausgenommen.
Wird der Schlüssel nun in den Schlüsselkanal eingeführt, dann drückt das parazentrische Profil des Zylinderkernes die Kugel in den Schlüssel 1 , bis die Freimachung erreicht ist und die Kugel durch die Feder 7 wieder nach unten gedrückt wird. Beim weiteren Einführen des Schlüssels nimmt die Kugel den zweiten Finger 10 des Fingerstiftes 4 mit und verdreht ihn etwas, bis der Kernstift 3 freigegeben wird und von der Schlüsselspitze herunter gedrückt werden kann, wobei der Kernstift soweit verschoben wird, dass er unter Mitwirkung des üblichen Gehäusestiftes die Trennebene Zylinderkern/Zylindergehäuse und damit seine bisherige Sperrstellung freigibt..
Der Fingerstift 4 wird beim Herausziehen des Schlüssels durch die Feder 5 wieder in die Ursprungslage zurück gedreht.
Ist keine Kugel im Schlüssel 2, oder nicht an der richtigen Position, dann kann der Schlüssel 2 nicht komplett in den Schlüsselkanal des Zylinderkernes 1 eingeführt werden, da der letzte Kernstift 3 durch den Fingerstift 4 bzw. dessen Finger 12 blockiert wird und somit nicht herunter gedrückt werden kann.
Der Vorteil der erfindungsgemäßen Lösung besteht darin, dass sie einerseits einen technischen Schlüsselkopierschutz darstellt und zum Anderen in bestehende Systeme integrierbar ist.

Claims

Ansprüche
1. Schließzylinder - Schlüssel - System, mit einem Zylindergehäuse, in dem ein
Zylinderkern drehbar gelagert ist, der seinerseits einen einen einführbaren, mit einer
Profilierung der Seitenfläche versehenen, Schlüssel aufnehmenden Schlüsselkanal aufweist, wobei in dem Zylinderkern und im Zylindergehäuse zusammen wirkende, aus Kernstift und Gehäusestift bestehende, Zuhaltungen vorgesehen sind, die die mechanische Kodierung des Schlüssels abtasten und bei passender Kodierung eine Drehung des Zylinderkernes zulassen und damit einen Schließvorgang ermöglichen,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass der Schlüsselkanal eine mit einer der seitlichen Profilierungen (8) des Schlüssels (2) korrespondierende Profilierung aufweist,
dass die seitliche Profilierung (8) des Schlüsselkanals eine Freimachung (11) aufweist, in die eine im Schlüssel federnd gelagerte Kugel (6,7) hineinragt,
dass der letzte Kernstift (3) im Zylinderkern eine Nut (9) oder Ausnehmung aufweist, mit der ein im Zylinderkern drehbar gelagerter Fingerstift (4) in Eingriff bringbar ist, um den Kernstift (3) in seiner Sperrstellung zu halten, wobei der Fingerstift (4) beim Einführen des Schlüssels durch die Kugel (6) dreh- und außer Eingriff mit der Nut des Kernstiftes bringbar ist.
2. Schließzylinder - Schlüssel - System nach Anspruch 1 ,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass der Fingerstift (4) an seinem mit der Kugel (6) in Berührung kommenden oberen Ende einen Finger (10) aufweist, der in die Profilierung des Schlüssels (2) hineinragt.
3. Schließzylinder - Schlüssel - System nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass der Fingerstift (4) an seinem unteren Ende einen Finger (12) aufweist, der mit der Nut (9) am Kernstift (3) in Eingriff bringbar ist.
4. Schließzylinder - Schlüssel - System nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass der Fingerstift (4) gegen die Kraft einer Feder (5) außer Eingriff mit der Nut (9) bringbar ist.
5. Schließzylinder - Schlüssel - System nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die seitliche Profilierung (8) parazentrisch ausgebildet ist.
6. Schließzylinder - Schlüssel - System nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die Kugel (6) vom Schlüsselrücken her in die Freimachung (11) hineinragt.
