Beiß-und Schmusevorrichtung (3) für Kleinkinder, mit einem Tuch (1), das zumindest eine schlitzförmige Öffnung (6) aufweist, und mit zumindest einem Beißelement (2), das zumindest eine umfangseitig geschlossene Durchgangsöffnung (16) aufweist, wobei die Durchgangsöffnung (16) und die schlitzförmige Öffnung (6) derart ausgestaltet sind, dass ein Abschnitt (20) des Tuchs (1) sowohl durch die Durchgangsöffnung (16) im Beißelement (2) als auch durch die schlitzförmige Öffnung (6) im Tuch (1) durchführbar ist, so dass das Beißelement (2)in einer schlaufenförmigen Anordnung des Tuchs (1) mit dem Tuch (1) verbindbar ist.

Description

BE Iß - UND SCHMUSEVORRICHTUNG FÜR KLE INKINDER
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Beiß- und Schmusevorrichtung für Kleinkinder, mit einem Tuch, das zumindest eine schlitzförmige Öffnung aufweist.
Es ist im Stand der Technik bereits eine Vielzahl von
Vorrichtungen auf dem Gebiet bekannt, beispielsweise werden Schmusetücher und -decken sowie Beißringe von vielen Müttern in der Kinderpflege eingesetzt. Die jeweils separat erzielten
Vorteile sind daher geläufig.
Die Kombination einer Beißvorrichtung mit einer
Schmusevorrichtung ist im Falle einer dauerhaften Verbindung, unter anderem aus hygienischer Sicht problematisch, da die hygienische Handhabung und Reinigung der beiden Vorrichtungen gänzlich verschieden sind. Für das Schmusetuch ist die Reinigung in einer Waschmaschine angezeigt. Hierbei besteht jedoch die Gefahr, dass die Beißvorrichtung, die eine gewisse Größe
aufweisen muss, um nicht von dem Kind verschluckt werden zu können, die Trommel der Waschmaschine bei Reinigung einer
Kombinationsvorrichtung beschädigt. Wird die Beißvorrichtung kleiner ausgestaltet, um die Waschtrommel nicht zu beschädigen, und vermeintlich dauerhaft mit dem Tuch verbunden, z.B. über eine Nahtverbindung, besteht wiederum die Gefahr, dass sich diese Verbindung ungewollter Weise löst; in diesem Fall ist bei einer nicht auf die Trennung der beiden Elemente ausgelegten Beißvorrichtung wiederum die Erstickungsgefahr für ein Kleinkind erheblich .
Die US 6,189,166 Bl offenbart ein Schmusetuch mit einem kleinen Schlitz in einer Ecke, wobei der Schlitz parallel zu einer
Diagonale von der nächsten Ecke zur Mitte des Tuchs verläuft. Durch den Schlitz kann das Tuch direkt mit einem Knopf an der Kleidung des Kleinkinds oder mit einem Halteband zur Befestigung beispielsweise an einem Kindersitz verbunden sein. Die
Befestigung des Tuchs soll ein Verrutschen, Fallenlassen oder einen Verlust des Tuchs verhindern. In der US 6,292,962 ist ein Schmusetuch gezeigt, welches in den Eckbereichen Beißelemente aus einem härteren Kunststoffmaterial aufweist. Zudem kann ein Schnappelement am Rand des Schmusetuchs angenäht sein, welches eine Aufnahmeöffnung zur Befestigung eines Saugers vorsieht.
Aus der US 2008/0134432 AI ist ebenfalls ein Schmusetuch
bekannt, wobei dieses Schmusetuch in einem Eckbereich ein
Schlaufenelement mit einer Verschlussvorrichtung aufweist, an welchem ein Schnuller oder ein Beißelement befestigt werden kann .
Aus der US 5,522,849 ist ein Schmusetuch bekannt, an dem ein Saugelement festgeklemmt ist.
Die US 7,254,849 Bl beschreibt eine Windel zum Einwickeln eines Kleinkinds mit einer Tasche zur Aufnahme des Kinds. An einer Seite weist die Windel einen Schlitz auf, durch den die
gegenüberliegende Seite der Windel durchgeführt und mit einem Klettverschluss an der Rückseite befestigt werden kann.
Eine mit einem Fausthandschuh verbundene Beißvorrichtung ist aus der US 2007/0288056 AI bekannt, wobei der Handschuh der
Befestigung der Beißvorrichtung an der Hand eines Kleinkinds dient. Eine Schmusevorrichtung ist hierin jedoch nicht
offenbart .
Gegenüber den bekannten Vorrichtungen ist es Aufgabe der
Erfindung, eine Beiß- und Schmusevorrichtung der eingangs angeführten Art zu schaffen, wobei das Tuch unmittelbar und ohne andersartige Verbindungselemente, wie z.B. Knöpfe, Bänder oder ähnliches, mit der Beißvorrichtung verbindbar ist und zugleich auf einfache Weise von der Beißvorrichtung getrennt werden kann.
Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, dass
zumindest ein Beißelement vorgesehen ist, das zumindest eine umfangseitig geschlossene Durchgangsöffnung aufweist, wobei die Durchgangsöffnung und die schlitzförmige Öffnung derart
ausgestaltet sind, dass ein Abschnitt des Tuchs sowohl durch die Durchgangsöffnung im Beißelement als auch durch die
schlitzförmige Öffnung im Tuch durchführbar ist, so dass das Beißelement in einer schlaufenförmigen Anordnung des Tuchs mit dem Tuch verbindbar ist.
Die schlaufenförmige Anordnung hat den Vorteil, dass eine äußerst zuverlässige Verbindung erzielt wird, wofür trotzdem nur geringfügige Modifikationen am Tuch erforderlich sind. Mit der Herstellung der schlitzförmigen Öffnung ist kaum Mehraufwand verbunden, da diese beispielsweise vergleichbar mit dem Tuchrand verarbeitet werden kann. Demzufolge setzt sich die
erfindungsgemäße Kombinationsvorrichtung aus einem Schmusetuch und einer Beißvorrichtung zusammen, die auf einfache Weise miteinander verbindbar sind, deren Verbindung jedoch auf
einfache und schnelle Weise auch wieder gelöst werden kann.
Daher kann das Schmusetuch - ohne die Beißvorrichtung - problemlos in einer Waschmaschine gereinigt werden, ohne dass die Gefahr eine Beschädigung der Wäschetrommel besteht. Sofern die beiden Elemente jedoch miteinander verbunden sind, bietet die Vorrichtung die Essentialen für jedes Kleinkind: eine weiches, anschmiegsames Element zum Kuscheln bzw. Schmusen, das z.B. aus Baumwolle, Naturfasern, oder dergleichen bestehen kann, und ein hartes Element, um den Schmerz des zahnenden Kleinkindes zu lindern. Zudem wird das Kleinkind die Eltern bei Herstellung der schlaufenförmigen Verbindung genau beobachten und das
Gesehene nachzuahmen versuchen, wodurch auch die
Fingerfertigkeit des Kleinkindes verbessert wird.
Für die Schlaufenbildung ist es vorteilhaft, wenn das Tuch zumindest drei, insbesondere vier, Ecken aufweist und zumindest ein, vorzugsweise ein einziger, Schlitz im Bereich einer der Ecken des Tuchs vorgesehen ist. Die Ecken erleichtern das
Durchführen eines Abschnitts des Tuchs durch die schlitzförmige Öffnung, da sie einen geringeren Querschnitt als beispielsweise eine zusammengerollte Kante des Tuchs aufweisen. Bei vier Ecken kann vorteilhafter Weise eine symmetrische Schlaufe hergestellt werden, indem die der schlitzförmigen Öffnung gegenüberliegende Ecke zuerst durch die Öffnung geführt wird. Auch wenn
grundsätzlich mehrere Schlitze vorgesehen sein können, wird eine Schlaufe zweckmäßig nur durch einen Schlitz gebildet, weshalb ein einziger Schlitz im Tuch genügt und den geringsten
Herstellungsaufwand darstellt.
Wenn die schlitzförmige Öffnung quer zu ihrer gedachten Linie zwischen der nächsten Ecke und einem Mittelpunkt des Tuchs angeordnet ist, lässt sich ein Abschnitt des Tuchs besonders einfach hindurchführen, da in diesem Fall nur eine geringe oder keine Verdrehung des Tuchs abgesehen vom zur Schlaufenbildung erforderlichen „Einrollen" erforderlich ist.
Um die Vorrichtung für ein Kleinkind attraktiv zu machen, kann eine Seite des Tuchs aus einem Plüschmaterial bestehen. Die dadurch erzielte Nachgiebigkeit beim Anschmiegen an die Haut des Kindes wird gewöhnlich als besonders angenehm empfunden und erhöht die Wahrscheinlichkeit, dass die gesamte Vorrichtung von einem Kind angenommen wird.
Ein höherer Wiedererkennungswert und ein gesteigertes Interesse des Kindes kann außerdem dadurch erzielt werden, dass zumindest eine Seite des Tuchs Bildmotive aufweist. Die Bildmotive bieten dem Kind eine Beschäftigungs- und Spielmöglichkeit,
beispielsweise durch Erkennen und Benennen der abstrakten
Formen. Außerdem ermöglichen die Bildmotive, falls verschiedene Gestaltungen verfügbar sind, eine Unterscheidung, wenn mehrere Kinder und/oder Tücher gleichzeitig in Verwendung sind.
Für eine einfache Herstellung und Lagerung ist es günstig, wenn das Tuch eine rechteckige, insbesondere eine quadratische Form aufweist. Die rechteckige Form erlaubt ein platzsparendes
Zusammenlegen des Tuchs und somit eine kompakte Lagerung. Bei einer quadratischen Form weist das zu einer Schlaufe geformte Tuch zumindest zwei im Wesentlichen gleich lange Zipfel auf, wodurch auch in der Schlaufenstellung ein optisch attraktives Erscheinungsbild ähnlich einem Kuscheltier vermittelt wird.
Für die Verwendung durch Kleinkinder ist es günstig, wenn zumindest eine Kantenlänge des Schmusetuchs zwischen 20 und 40 cm, insbesondere etwa 30 cm beträgt. Bei dieser Größe kann das Tuch auch als Schmusedecke dienen, ohne jedoch wegen einer zu großen Ausdehnung die Verwendung des Beißelements zu
erschweren .
Um einerseits ein Kauen an den Ecken des Schmusetuchs,
insbesondere an der dem Beißelement in einer Schlaufenstellung am nächsten liegenden Ecke mit der schlitzförmigen Öffnung, nicht anzuregen und andererseits auch, um ein optisch
ansprechendes Erscheinungsbild zu erzielen, können die Ecken des Tuchs abgerundet sein, mit einem Radius zwischen 1 cm und 5 cm, insbesondere mit einem Radius von etwa 3 cm.
Es ist Weiters vorteilhaft, wenn der Schlitz zumindest auf einer Seite des Tuchs farblich gegenüber der übrigen Tuchfläche hervorgehoben ist. Dadurch ist der Schlitz für eine Pflegeperson leicht und ohne zu suchen auffindbar und die Vorrichtung ist schnell einsatzbereit.
Das Beißelement kann ein Beißring, vorzugsweise ein Beißring im Wesentlichen in Form einer Acht sein. Ein Beißring ist die einfachste mit einer Schlaufe dauerhaft verbindbare Form und bietet außerdem die Möglichkeit verschiedener Beißbereiche entlang des Rings. Die Form einer Acht entspricht im
Wesentlichen zwei einstückig verbundenen Beißringen, hat
gegenüber dem Beißring jedoch den zusätzlichen Vorteil, dass jene Durchgangsöffnung, durch die das Tuch in einer
Schlaufenstellung gerade nicht durchgeführt ist, vom Kind vollständig und von allen Seiten genutzt werden kann. Darüber hinaus kann das Tuch derart durch die beiden Öffnungen des
Beißrings durchgefädelt werden, dass das Tuch zunächst durch eine Öffnung hindurchgeführt wird und dann - auf derselben Seite des Beißrings - in die andere Öffnung eintritt, so dass das Schmusetuch den Beißring sodann in Art einer Schnalle aufnimmt. Somit kann zusätzlich zu der Schlaufenstellung eine weitere attraktive Kombinationsstellung erzielt werden.
Als vorteilhafte Abmessungen des Beißrings haben sich eine maximale Dicke zwischen 3 und 8 mm, vorzugsweise 5 mm, bzw. eine Länge zwischen 50 und 100 mm, vorzugsweise 85 mm, bzw. eine Breite zwischen 30 und 80 mm, vorzugsweise 50 mm,
herausgestellt. Diese Abmessungen sind derart an der Größe des Mundraums und des Gebisses eines Kleinkinds orientiert, so dass der Beißring mit Zähnen an allen Positionen verwendet werden kann .
Für eine abwechslungsreiche Massage des Zahnfleischs bzw. der Zähne ist es günstig, wenn eine äußere Oberfläche des
Beißelements Profilelemente aufweist. Durch die Profilelemente können auch Zwischenräume erreicht und massiert werden und es können Bereiche des Beißelements von unterschiedlicher Härte erzielt werden. Das Beißelement kann hierbei z.B. aus einem elastomeren Kunststoffmaterial, Latex, Silikon, oder dergleichen bestehen .
Die Erfindung wird nachfolgend anhand von besonders bevorzugten Ausführungsbeispielen, auf die sie jedoch nicht beschränkt sein soll, und unter Bezugnahme auf die Zeichnung noch weiter
erläutert. In den Zeichnungen zeigen dabei im Einzelnen:
Fig. 1 die erfindungsgemäße Beiß- und Schmusevorrichtung in einer getrennten Lager- bzw. Auslieferungsstellung;
Fig. 2 die Vorrichtung gemäß Fig. 1 zu Beginn der
Schlaufenbildung; und
Fig. 3 die Vorrichtung gemäß Fig. 1 und 2 in einer
Schlaufenstellung .
Fig. 1 zeigt das Tuch 1 und das Beißelement 2 der
erfindungsgemäßen Vorrichtung 3 übereinander. In dieser Stellung nimmt die Vorrichtung 3 den geringsten Raum ein, wobei das Tuch 1 beispielsweise zwecks kompakter Lagerung zusätzlich noch gefaltet werden kann. Das Tuch 1 hat in der dargestellten bevorzugten Ausführungsform eine im Wesentlichen quadratische Form mit vier abgerundeten Ecken 4. Im Bereich der einen Ecke 5 weist das Tuch 1 eine schlitzförmige Öffnung 6 auf. Die Länge der Öffnung 6 entspricht etwa einem Siebtel der Kantenlänge des Tuchs 1. Der Abstand der beiden Enden 7 der Öffnung 6 vom Rand des Tuchs 1 entlang der Schlitzachse 8 entspricht auf beiden Seiten etwa der Länge der Öffnung 6. Die schlitzförmige Öffnung 6 ist dabei quer zu der durch ihre Mitte verlaufende Diagonale 9 des Tuchs 1 angeordnet. Gegenüber der Tuchfläche ist der Rand 10 der Öffnung 6 gesäumt bzw. abgenäht, wobei die Farbe des Saums zur Farbe zumindest einer Seite des Tuchs 1 in Kontrast steht und die Position der Öffnung 6 hervorhebt, so dass sie auf einen Blick erkennbar ist.
Im Bereich einer der Öffnung 6 gegenüberliegenden Ecke 11 weist das Tuch 1 Zierelemente 12 auf, die ein optisches Gegengewicht zur hervorgehobenen schlitzförmigen Öffnung 6 darstellen, jedoch nicht mit der Öffnung 6 zu verwechseln sind. An einem äußeren Rand 13 des Tuchs 1 ist ein Schild 14, beispielsweise ein
Stoffschild, mit einer Herstellerangabe und gegebenenfalls einer Pflegeanleitung befestigt.
In Fig. 1 liegt das Beißelement 2 auf dem flach ausgebreiteten Tuch 1. Die Form des Beißelements 2 entspricht der Form einer Acht, wobei ein Mittelteil 15 eine geringere Stärke als das übrige Beißelement 2 aufweist. Das Beißelement 2 umfasst zwei im Wesentlichen kreisförmige Durchgangsöffnungen 16. An der Ober- und Unterseite des Beißelements 2 sind Profilelemente 17
angeordnet, wobei die Profilelemente 17 der beiden
gegenüberliegenden Ringteile 18, 19 verschiedene Formen
aufweisen. Der eine Ringteil 18 ist mit kreisförmigen
Profilelementen 17 verschiedener Durchmesser versehen und der andere Ringteil 19 ist mit Profilelementen 17 versehen, welche an Vogelfußabdrücke erinnern. Die Form der Profilelemente 17 dieses Ringteils 19 stimmt mit der Form der Zierelemente 12 am Tuch 1 überein, so dass die Zusammengehörigkeit des Beißelements 2 mit dem Tuch 1 hervorgehoben wird. Der Durchmesser der
Durchgangsöffnungen 16 ist mit der schlitzförmigen Öffnung 6 des Tuchs 1 abgestimmt, da bei der Schlaufenbildung durch beide im Wesentlichen derselbe Tuchabschnitt 20 durchgeführt werden muss.
Fig. 2 zeigt den Beginn der Schlaufenbildung, wobei die der schlitzförmigen Öffnung 6 gegenüberliegende Ecke 11 des Tuchs 1 durch eine Durchgangsöffnung 16 des Beißelements 2 hindurch und in Richtung der schlitzförmigen Öffnung 6 geführt wurde. Wie hier erkennbar ist, weist das Tuch 1 neben einer Plüschseite 21 auch eine gegenüberliegende Seite 22 mit farbigen Bildmotiven 23 auf, die von einem textilen Material gebildet ist; demzufolge kann das Tuch 1 selbstverständlich mehrlagig ausgebildet sein. Nachdem die Ecke 11 auch durch die schlitzförmige Öffnung 6 durchgeführt wurde, kann die Schlaufe durch fortgesetztes Ziehen an der Ecke 11 eng um den aufnehmenden Ringteil 18 geschlossen werden (vgl. Fig. 3) . Wie aus Fig. 2 verständlich ist, muss die Durchgangsöffnung 16 des Beißelements 2 sowie die schlitzförmige Öffnung 6 am Tuch 1 ein Durchziehen des beinahe gesamten Tuchs 1 ermöglichen. Der durchführbare Abschnitt 20 entspricht somit im Wesentlichen dem gesamten Tuch 1 mit Ausnahme des Eckbereichs 24 jener Ecke 5, die im flachen Zustand des Tuchs 1 (vgl. Fig. 1) benachbart der schlitzförmigen Öffnung 6 angeordnet ist, wobei der Eckbereich 24 in Richtung zur Tuchmitte durch die Achse 8 der schlitzförmigen Öffnung 6 begrenzt ist. Sofern
sichergestellt werden soll, dass das Kind die Vorrichtung nur im verbundenen Zustand von Tuch 1 und Beißelement 2 zur Handhabe bekommt, kann nach Durchführung und Schlaufenbildung die
Schlaufe mit Kraftaufwand festgezurrt werden, so dass - sofern gewünscht - die Verbindung der Beiß- und Schmusevorrichtung 3 nicht vom Kind auf einfache Weise gelöst werden kann.
In Fig. 3 ist die erfindungsgemäße Vorrichtung 3 in einer
Schlaufen- bzw. Benutzungsstellung gezeigt. Der durchführbare Abschnitt 20 des Tuchs 1 ist hier vollständig durch eine
Durchgangsöffnung 16 und die schlitzförmige Öffnung 6 im Tuch 1 durchgeführt. Der in der Schlaufe angeordnete Ringteil 18 des Beißelements 2 ist von der Tuchschlaufe eingewickelt, während der gegenüberliegende Ringteil 19 frei zugänglich ist.
Wie in Fig. 3 zu sehen, weist das Tuch 1 an einer der
Plüschseite 21 gegenüberliegenden Seite 22 Bildmotive 23 auf, welche hier verschiedene Fahrzeuge darstellen. Das Tuch 1 bildet eine vom Beißelement 2 ausgehende Schürze 25, die aufgrund der quadratischen Form des Tuchs 1 eine ungefähr konstante Länge aufweist und als Decke während des Beißens verwendet werden kann. Da zum Lösen der Verbindung zwischen Beißelement und
Schmusetuch der Großteil 20 des Tuchs 1 erst wieder zurück durch den Tuchschlitz 6 und die Durchgangsöffnung 16 im Beißelement 2 geführt werden müsste, ist die hier dargestellte Konstruktion einerseits sehr stabil und von einem Kleinkind nicht aufzulösen. Andererseits ermöglicht sie einer Betreuungsperson trotzdem ein Auswechseln des Tuchs 1 oder des Beißelements 2 sowie
beispielsweise eine getrennte Reinigung beider Elemente.
Um ein Durchführen des Schilds 14 am Tuch 1 durch die
Durchgangsöffnung 16 und die schlitzförmige Öffnung 6 zu
vermeiden, was insbesondere bei größeren oder festeren Schilder sinnvoll sein kann, kann es in einem nicht durchführbaren
Bereich 24, beispielsweise am Rand derselben Ecke 5 wie die schlitzförmige Öffnung 6, angebracht sein.
Weiters kann das Tuch 1 auch - in einer nicht dargestellten Kombinationsstellung - durch die beiden Durchgangsöffnungen 16 des Beißrings 2 durchgefädelt werden. Hierbei wird das Tuch zunächst durch eine Öffnung 16 hindurchgeführt. Sodann wird das Tuch - auf derselben Seite des Beißrings 2, auf welche das Tuch zuvor hindurchgetreten ist - in die andere Öffnung 16
eingeführt, so dass das Tuch 1 den Beißring 3 in Art einer
Schnalle aufnimmt. Somit kann zusätzlich zu der
Schlaufenstellung eine weitere attraktive Kombinationsstellung erzielt werden. Selbstverständlich sind auch noch weitere
Verbindungsvarianten möglich.

Claims

Patentansprüche :
1. Beiß- und Schmusevorrichtung (3) für Kleinkinder, mit einem Tuch (1), das zumindest eine schlitzförmige Öffnung (6)
aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest ein Beißelement
(2) vorgesehen ist, das zumindest eine umfangseitig geschlossene Durchgangsöffnung (16) aufweist, wobei die Durchgangsöffnung
(16) und die schlitzförmige Öffnung (6) derart ausgestaltet sind, dass ein Abschnitt (20) des Tuchs (1) sowohl durch die Durchgangsöffnung (16) im Beißelement (2) als auch durch die schlitzförmige Öffnung (6) im Tuch (1) durchführbar ist, so dass das Beißelement (2) in einer schlaufenförmigen Anordnung des Tuchs (1) mit dem Tuch (1) verbindbar ist.
2. Beiß- und Schmusevorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Tuch (1) zumindest drei, insbesondere vier, Ecken (4) aufweist und zumindest ein, vorzugsweise ein einziger, Schlitz (6) im Bereich einer der Ecken (5) des Tuchs (1) vorgesehen ist.
3. Beiß- und Schmusevorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die schlitzförmige Öffnung (6) quer zu ihrer gedachten Linie (9) zwischen der nächsten Ecke und einem Mittelpunkt des Tuchs (1) angeordnet ist.
4. Beiß- und Schmusevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis
3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Seite (21) des Tuchs (1) aus einem Plüschmaterial besteht.
5. Beiß- und Schmusevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis
4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest eine Seite (22) des Tuchs (1) Bildmotive aufweist.
6. Beiß- und Schmusevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis
5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Tuch (1) eine rechteckige, insbesondere eine quadratische Form, aufweist.
7. Beiß- und Schmusevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis
6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest eine Kantenlänge des Tuchs (1) zwischen 20 und 40 cm, insbesondere etwa 30 cm beträgt .
8. Beiß- und Schmusevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis
7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ecken (4) abgerundet sind mit einem Radius zwischen 1 cm und 5 cm, insbesondere mit einem Radius von etwa 3 cm.
9. Beiß- und Schmusevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis
8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die schlitzförmige Öffnung (6) zumindest auf einer Seite des Tuchs (1) farblich gegenüber der übrigen Tuchfläche hervorgehoben ist.
10. Beiß- und Schmusevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis
9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Beißelement (2) ein
Beißring, vorzugsweise ein Beißring im Wesentlichen in Form einer Acht ist.
11. Beiß- und Schmusevorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Beißring (2) eine maximale Dicke zwischen 3 und 8 mm, vorzugsweise 5 mm, bzw. eine Länge zwischen 50 und 100 mm, vorzugsweise 85 mm, bzw. eine Breite zwischen 30 und 80 mm, vorzugsweise 50 mm, aufweist.
12. Beiß- und Schmusevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine äußere Oberfläche des Beißelements (2) Profilelemente (17) aufweist.
13. Verfahren zur Bildung einer Beiß- und Schmusevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, wobei der durchführbare
Abschnitt (20) des Tuchs (1) durch eine Durchgangsöffnung (16) des Beißelements (2) und anschließend durch eine schlitzförmige Öffnung (6) im Tuch (1) geführt wird, so dass das Tuch (1) eine Schlaufe durch das Beißelement (2) bildet und das Beißelement (2) mit dem Tuch (1) verbunden ist.
14. Verfahren nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der durchführbare Abschnitt (20) des Tuchs (1) beginnend mit einer der schlitzförmigen Öffnung (6) gegenüberliegenden Ecke (11) durch eine Durchgangsöffnung (16) des Beißelements (2) und anschließend durch eine schlitzförmige Öffnung (6) im Tuch (1) geführt wird.
