Abstract

La présente invention concerne un flacon refermable (1) destiné à contenir un produit (4) fluide, pulvérulent ou colloïdal, notamment un produit cosmétique, médical ou pharmaceutique, qui comprend : un corps de contenant (2) comprenant une cavité (3) destinée à contenir le produit (4), ledit corps de contenant (2) ayant une extrémité avec un goulot (5); et un moyen de fermeture (7) comprenant un élément obturateur (8), qui peut être associé au goulot (5) pour fermer la cavité (3). Le corps de contenant (2) et l'élément obturateur (8) sont constitués d'une pièce de corps unique en un matériau élastiquement déformable, l'élément obturateur (8) étant amovible par déchirure du corps de contenant (2) pour définir, en correspondance avec le goulot (5), une ouverture de distribution (9) communiquant avec la cavité (3) et adaptée à permettre la distribution du produit (4). La cavité (3) comprend un passage cylindrique (10) qui commence dans l'ouverture de distribution (9) et s'étend à l'intérieur du goulot (5), le passage (10) ayant sa propre étendue (A); l'élément obturateur comprend une goupille (8) ayant une partie de prise (11), avec une surface latérale cylindrique qui définit une dimension transversale maximale (B) de la goupille (8), la partie de prise (11) ayant une section transversale (B) plus grande que l'étendue (A) de telle manière que la partie de prise (11) peut être insérée dans le passage (10), à travers l'ouverture de distribution (9), réalisant un accouplement par interférence avec le goulot (5), de façon à fermer l'ouverture de distribution (9) de manière amovible.
