Claims (15)

  1. Procédé de commande de véhicules (108, 111, 601) ferroviaires,
    - dans lequel une voie (101) a un premier et un deuxième dispositifs (106, 107; 605) de mémorisation, dans lequel au plus l'un des dispositifs (106, 107; 605) de mémorisation met à disposition un droit (110) exclusif de passer sur la voie (101),
    - dans lequel le droit (110) exclusif de passer sur la voie (101) est lu par un véhicule (108) ferroviaire dans le premier dispositif (106) de mémorisation et on met le premier dispositif (106) de mémorisation dans un état dans lequel il ne met pas (504) à disposition de droit (110) exclusif de passer sur la voie (101),
    - dans lequel on transmet (506), par le véhicule (108) ferroviaire, le droit (110) exclusif au deuxième dispositif (107) de mémorisation.
  2. Procédé suivant la revendication 1, dans lequel la voie (101) est une voie à un seul rail.
  3. Procédé suivant l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel on transmet, par le véhicule ferroviaire, le droit exclusif au deuxième dispositif de mémorisation peu avant, peu après ou alors qu'il quitte la voie.
  4. Procédé suivant l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel les dispositifs de mémorisation sont disposés dans la partie des extrémités de la voie à un seul rail.
  5. Procédé suivant l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le premier dispositif de mémorisation et le deuxième dispositif de mémorisation ont une balise RFID, le droit exclusif correspondant au moins à une valeur ou un signal donné à l'avance de la balise RFID.
  6. Procédé suivant l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel, pour que le véhicule ferroviaire passe sur la voie, on lit le droit exclusif dans le premier dispositif de mémorisation et on le mémorise.
  7. Procédé suivant la revendication 6, dans lequel, après avoir lu le droit exclusif, on note le droit exclusif dans le premier dispositif de mémorisation comme non valable, on l'écrase, on l'écarte ou on l'efface.
  8. Procédé suivant l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le véhicule (601) ferroviaire a un dispositif (603) de communication pour lire dans le premier et dans le deuxième dispositifs (106, 107; 605) de mémorisation et pour y écrire.
  9. Procédé suivant l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel on freine le véhicule (601) ferroviaire, lorsque, à l'entrée dans la voie, il n'a pas obtenu (503) le droit exclusif.

  12. Procédé suivant l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel on indique un état de la première unité de mémorisation et/ou de la deuxième unité de mémorisation en ce qui concerne une disponibilité du droit exclusif.
  13. Voie (101), qui a deux dispositifs (106, 107; 605) de mémorisation, dans laquelle au plus l'un des dispositifs (106, 107; 605) de mémorisation se trouve dans un état dans lequel il met à dispositif un droit (110) exclusif pour passer sur la voie,

  14. Véhicule (108, 111; 601) ferroviaire,
    - comprenant un dispositif (603) de communication pour la communication avec un premier et un deuxième dispositifs (106, 107; 605) de mémorisation d'une voie,
    - dans lequel, à l'aide du dispositif (603) de communication, un droit (110) exclusif de passer sur la voie (101; 606) peut être lu dans le premier dispositif (106) de mémorisation et le premier dispositif de mémorisation peut être mis dans un état dans lequel il ne met pas à disposition de droit (110) exclusif de passer sur la voie (101),

Véhicule ferroviaire suivant la revendication 14, comprenant un dispositif (604) de contrôle à l'aide duquel, lors du passage sur la voie (101) sans avoir obtenu un droit (110) exclusif, une action donnée à l'avance, notamment l'émission d'un avertissement ou le déclenchement d'une opération de freinage, peut être effectuée.
