Claims (7)

  1. Scharniervorrichtung eines Deckels (1) und eines Toilettenkörpers, die zum Montieren einer Deckelkomponente an einem Keramikkörper einer Toilette verwendet wird, umfassend eine Drehwelle, die Deckelkomponente dreht sich um den Drehwelle, ein Basiselement (6) ist auf dem Keramikkörper angeordnet, das Basiselement (6) ist mit einem Stützstift (6-1) angeordnet, die Drehwelle umfasst ein Schaltelement (4) und einen Dämpfer (3), wobei:
    das Schaltelement (4) mit einer sich in radialer Richtung erstreckenden Bohrung (4-1) angeordnet ist,
    das Schaltelement (4) mit einem Schlitz (4-2) in axialer Richtung angeordnet ist, der Schlitz (4-2) und die Bohrung (4-1) verbunden sind;
    der Stützstift (6-1) mit einer Nut in radialer Richtung angeordnet ist, der Stützstift (6-1) des Basiselements (6) in die Bohrung (4-1) des Schaltelements (4) eingesetzt ist;
    ein Einsatz (7), der beweglich innerhalb des Schlitzes (4-2) des Schaltelements (4) angeordnet ist,
    der Einsatz (7) unter Einwirkung einer elastischen Kraft in der Nut des Stützstiftes (6-1) verriegelt ist, um den Stützstift (6-1) mit dem Schaltelement (4) zu verriegeln;
    am oberen Ende des Basiselements (6) eine Stufe (6-3) angeordnet ist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    die Unterseite der Scharniervorrichtung auf der Stufe (6-3) angeordnet ist, die Stufe (6-3) die Deckelkomponente trägt, und die radiale Bohrung (4-1) des Schaltelements (4) eine Durchgangsbohrung ist.
  2. Scharniervorrichtung eines Deckels (1) und eines Toilettenkörpers nach Anspruch 1, wobei an einer Seite des Schaltelements (4) der Dämpfer (3) in axialer Richtung, an der anderen Seite des Schaltelements (4) ein Knopf (5) angeordnet ist, der Knopf (5) mit dem Einsatz (7) verbunden ist oder der Knopf (5) und der Einsatz (7) integriert sind, eine dazwischen liegende Feder gegen den Knopf (5) und die Drehwelle anliegt, der Einsatz (7) in der Nut des Stützstiftes (6-1) unter Wirkung der elastischen Kraft verriegelt ist.
  3. Scharniervorrichtung eines Deckels (1) und eines Toilettenkörpers nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei die Höhe des Stützstiftes (6-1) des Bodens (6) niedriger ist als die Höhe des oberen Endes der Drehwelle, das Gewicht der Deckelkomponente nicht auf die Stirnseite des Stützstiftes (6-1) wirkt.
  4. Scharniervorrichtung eines Deckels (1) und eines Toilettenkörpers, die zum Montieren einer Deckelkomponente an einem Keramikkörper einer Toilette verwendet wird, umfassend eine Drehwelle, die Deckelkomponente dreht sich um den Drehwelle, ein Basiselement (6) ist auf dem Keramikkörper angeordnet, das Basiselement (6) ist mit einem Stützstift (6-1) angeordnet, die Drehwelle umfasst ein Schaltelement (4) und einen Dämpfer (3), wobei:
    das Schaltelement (4) mit einer Bohrung (4-1) in radialer Richtung ausgestattet ist;
    der Stützstift (6-1) des Basiselements (6) in die Bohrung (4-1) des Schaltelements (4) eingeführt ist, das an der Stufe (6-3) der Basis (6) anliegt;
    am oberen Ende des Basiselements (6) eine Stufe (6-3) angeordnet ist, wobei die radiale Bohrung (4-1) des Schaltelements (4), die an der Stufe (6-3) der Basis (6) anliegt, ein Durchgangsloch ist, wobei
    am oberen Ende des Stützstiftes (6-1) mindestens eine Nut (6-5) in axialer Richtung angeordnet ist, wobei der Stützstift (6-1) mit einem Verriegelungsflansch (6-4) ausgestattet ist, der sich aus der Oberseite des Schaltelements (4) heraus erstreckt und das obere Ende des Stützstiftes Elastizität aufweist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    die Unterseite der Drehwelle auf der Stufe (6-3) angeordnet ist, und die Stufe (6-3) die Deckelkomponente trägt.
  5. Scharniervorrichtung eines Deckels (1) und eines Toilettenkörpers nach Anspruch 4, wobei das obere Ende des Stützstiftes (6-1) mit zwei Nuten (6-5) in axialer Richtung ausgebildet ist, ein Ende des Schaltelements (4) mit dem Dämpfer (3), das andere Ende des Schaltelements (4) mit einem elastischen Stück (4-3) verbunden ist.
  6. Scharniervorrichtung eines Deckels (1) und eines Toilettenkörpers, die zum Montieren einer Deckelkomponente an einem Keramikkörper einer Toilette verwendet wird, umfassend einer Drehwelle, die Deckelkomponente dreht sich um den Drehwelle, ein Basiselement (6) ist auf dem Keramikkörper angeordnet, das Basiselement(6) ist mit einem Stützstift (6-1) ausgestattet, die Drehwelle umfasst ein Schaltelement (4) und einen Dämpfer (3), worin:
    das Schaltelement (4) mit einer Bohrung (4-1) in radialer Richtung ausgestattet ist;
    der Stützstift (6-1) mit mindestens einer Ringnut (6-2, 6-6) in radialer Richtung ausgebildet ist, der Stützstift (6-1) des Basiselements (6) in die Bohrung (4-1) des Schaltelements (4) eingesetzt ist;
    die Ringnut (6-2, 6-6) mit einem Dichtring (6-4, 6-5) ummantelt ist, wenn der Stützstift (6-1) in die Bohrung (4-1) eingeführt wird, die Innenwand der Bohrung (4-1) eng an dem Dichtring (6-4, 6-5) anliegt oder der Dichtring (6-4, 6-5) zum Verriegeln des Stützstiftes (6-1) mit dem Schaltelement (4) zusammenpasst;
    am oberen Ende des Basiselements (6) die Stufe (6-3) angeordnet ist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    die radiale Bohrung (4-1) des Schaltelements (4) eine Durchgangsbohrung ist,
    die Unterseite der Drehwelle auf der Stufe (6-3) angeordnet ist und die Stufe (6-3) die Deckelkomponente trägt.
  7. Scharniervorrichtung eines Deckels und eines Toilettenkörpers nach Anspruch 6, wobei der Stützstift (6-1) mit zwei Ringnuten (6-2, 6-6) ausgestattet ist, wobei ein Ende des Schaltelements (4) mit dem Dämpfer (3) und das andere Ende des Schaltelements (4) mit einem elastischen Stück verbunden ist.
