Claims (7)
- Dispositif apt à l'utilisation dans des installations de biogaz destiné à fractionner et à broyer finement des melanges de matières solides-liquides, comprenant un broyeur à boulets (10) avec un tambour (24) chargé de billes (30) et entraîné en rotation autour d'un axe horizontal, une face dudit tambour (24) étant fermée par un couvercle (22) tandis que l'autre face est fermée par un fond (20), toutes les deux faces ayant un passage à rotation (26) pour le chargement continu du matériau à fractionner et respectivement pour la sortie continue du matériau fractionné, caractérisé par le fait que la paroi cylindrique intérieure (34) du tambour (24) est librement suspendue en position coaxiale dans une paroi cylindrique extérieure (36) de laquelle elle est mécaniquement découplée.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait qu'à la paroi intérieure (34) du tambour (24) sont appliquées des nervures longitudinales d'entraînement pour les billes (30).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé par le fait, qu'une couche isolante (38) de matériau élastique est inserée entre la paroi intérieure (34) et la paroi extérieure (36).
- Dispositif selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que dans ledit tambour (24) une plaque perforée (28) est positionnée devant le passage à rotation (26) pour la sortie du matériau fractionné.
- Dispositif selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait qu'à la paroi extérieure (36) du tambour (24) est fixée une couronne dentée (40) en prise perpétuelle avec une chaîne d'entraînement (42).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 5, caractérisé par le fait qu'un moteur de commande (46) pour l'entraînement de la chaîne (42) est positionné à côté du tambour (24).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 6, caractérisé par le fait que la vitesse de rotation du moteur (46) est régable.
