Claims (11)
- Dispositif d'estampage destiné à estamper une feuille (30) de carton ondulé (32) avec une épaisseur prédéfinie, comportant une plaque support (12), au sein de laquelle au moins une ligne d'estampage (18) est fixée de telle manière qu'elle fait saillie perpendiculairement à la plaque support (12) et présente une arrête d'estampage (22) au niveau de son extrémité libre saillante, dans lequel une surface presse-feuille (20) parallèle à l'arrête d'estampage (22), est agencée adjacente à au moins un côté longitudinal de la ligne d'estampage (18), dans lequel la distance de la surface presse-feuille (20) par rapport à la plaque support (12) est plus faible que la distance de l'arrête d'estampage (22) par rapport à la plaque support (12),
caractérisé en ce que- la distance entre arrête d'estampage (22) et surface presse-feuille (20) est comprise entre 0,40 mm et 2,00 mm en fonction de l'épaisseur comprimée de la feuille (30) à estamper, et- la surface presse-feuille (20) est constituée d'un matériau dur non élastique. - Dispositif d'estampage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la surface presse-feuille (20) est agencée adjacente à un côté longitudinal ou aux deux côtés longitudinaux de la ligne d'estampage (18).
- Dispositif d'estampage selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la surface presse-feuille (20) est constituée sur un abaisseur réalisé dans le matériau non élastique et est agencé adjacent au côté longitudinal correspondant de la ligne d'estampage (18).
- Dispositif d'estampage selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la surface presse-feuille forme une partie de la ligne d'estampage.
- Dispositif d'estampage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le matériau dur non élastique présente un module d'élasticité d'au moins 0,20 kN/mm2.
- Dispositif d'estampage selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que le matériau dur est de l'acier, de l'aluminium, un alliage d'aluminium, ou du plastique dur.
- Dispositif d'estampage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la largeur (a) de la surface presse-feuille (20) est comprise entre 0,50 mm et 10,00 mm, de manière préférée comprise entre 1,00 mm et 2,00 mm.
- Dispositif d'estampage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 4 à 7, caractérisé en ce que l'abaisseur (16) est en forme de plaque, dans lequel la surface presse-feuille (20) forme une surface latérale de l'abaisseur (16), et l'abaisseur (16) présente sur le côté opposé à la surface presse-feuille (20) une extrémité de fixation (17) au niveau de laquelle il est fixé adjacent à la ligne d'estampage (18) dans un évidement (14) de la plaque support (12).
- Dispositif d'estampage selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que la ligne d'estampage (18) et l'abaisseur (16) sont fixés dans un évidement commun (14) de la plaque support (12).
- Procédé d'estampage d'une feuille (30) de carton ondulé, dans lequel la distance d'une ligne d'estampage (18) par rapport à la feuille (30) est réduite jusqu'à ce que la ligne d'estampage (18) estampe la feuille avec son arrête d'estampage (22) et butte sur une contre-plaque (13), dans lequel la feuille (30) est comprimée contre la contre-plaque (13) juste à côté de la ligne d'estampage (18) pendant l'estampage,
caractérisé en ce que
