Claims (7)

  1. Verfahren zur Unterstützung der Ferndiagnose eines Fahrzeugs (100), wobei das Fahrzeug (100) einen ersten Computer (102) und mindestens einen zweiten Computer (103) umfasst, der mit dem ersten Computer (102) verbunden ist, wobei das Verfahren umfasst:
    - Übertragung einer Diagnoseanforderung (201) von einem Diagnosewerkzeug (101) an den ersten Computer (102) über eine drahtlose Verbindung,
    - Senden einer Anforderung zur Eröffnung einer Ferndiagnosesitzung (202) vom ersten Computer (102) an den zweiten Computer (103),
    - Übertragung der Diagnoseanforderung (204) vom ersten Computer (102) zum zweiten Computer (103),
    - Prüfen (306), um zu steuern, ob die Anforderung für eine Ferndiagnosesitzung autorisiert ist, und wenn die Anforderung autorisiert ist, Senden einer Nachricht (205) von dem zweiten Computer (103) an den ersten Computer (102), wobei die Nachricht Antwortdaten auf die Anforderung enthält,
    - Übertragung der Antwortnachricht (206) vom ersten Computer (102) an das Diagnosewerkzeug (101),
    - Senden einer Anforderung zum Schließen der Ferndiagnosesitzung (207) von dem ersten Computer (102) an den zweiten Computer (103), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zweite Computer (103) eine Sitzung hat, die der Diagnose unter Verwendung eines direkt mit dem Fahrzeug verbundenen Werkzeugs gewidmet ist,
    wobei der zweite Computer (103) eine Tabelle umfasst, die eine Liste von Anforderungen enthält und für jede Anforderung angibt, ob sie während einer Ferndiagnosesitzung autorisiert ist und ob sie während einer der Diagnose gewidmeten Sitzung unter Verwendung eines direkt mit dem Fahrzeug verbundenen Werkzeugs autorisiert ist, die Tabelle, die im Verifikationsschritt verwendet wird (306),
    wobei das Verfahren ferner einen Filterschritt umfasst, der von dem ersten Computer (102) bei jedem Empfang einer Anforderung durchgeführt wird und darin besteht, die Anforderung zurückzuweisen, wenn die Anforderung eine Anforderung zur Eröffnung einer Sitzung ist.
  2. Verfahren zur Unterstützung der Diagnose nach Anspruch 1, das ferner als Antwort auf die Übertragung einer Anforderung zur Eröffnung einer Ferndiagnosesitzung (202) die Übertragung einer Nachricht (203) von dem zweiten Computer (103) zu dem ersten Computer (102) umfasst, die anzeigt, dass die Sitzung offen ist.
  3. Verfahren zum Unterstützen der Diagnose in Übereinstimmung mit irgendeinem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, ferner umfassend, als Antwort auf die Übertragung einer Anforderung zum Schließen einer Ferndiagnosesitzung (207), Übertragen einer Nachricht (208) von dem zweiten Computer (103) zu dem ersten Computer (102), die anzeigt, dass die Sitzung geschlossen ist.
  4. Verfahren zur Unterstützung der Diagnose in Übereinstimmung mit einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei der erste Computer (102) und der zweite Computer (103) durch einen Datenbus (104) verbunden sind, wobei die Diagnoseanforderungen und die ausgetauschten Nachrichten auf dem Datenbus zirkulieren.
  5. Verfahren zur Diagnoseunterstützung nach Anspruch 4, wobei die Diagnoseanforderungen jeweils eine Adresse zur Identifizierung des Zielcomputers (ADR_REQ) und eine Adresse zur Identifizierung des Computers, an den die Antwort auf die Anforderung gesendet werden soll (ADR_REP), umfassen.
  6. System zur Unterstützung bei der Ferndiagnose eines Fahrzeugs (100), wobei das System das Fahrzeug umfasst und so konfiguriert ist, dass es das Verfahren gemäß einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche durchführt, und wobei das Fahrzeug (100) einen ersten Computer (102) und mindestens einen zweiten Computer (103) aufweist, der mit dem ersten Computer (102) verbunden ist, wobei der erste Computer (102) so konfiguriert ist, dass er eine Diagnoseanforderung von einem Diagnosewerkzeug über eine drahtlose Verbindung empfängt,
    - wobei der zweite Computer (103) eine Ferndiagnosesitzung umfasst, wobei die Diagnosesitzung einen Satz von Anforderungen definiert, die zur Ausführung autorisiert sind, wobei das System dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass der zweite Computer (103) eine Sitzung umfasst, die der Diagnose unter Verwendung eines direkt mit dem Fahrzeug verbundenen Werkzeugs gewidmet ist,
    der zweite Computer (103) eine Tabelle umfasst, die eine Liste von Anforderungen enthält und für jede Anforderung angibt, ob sie während einer Ferndiagnosesitzung autorisiert ist und ob sie während einer Sitzung autorisiert ist, die der Diagnose unter Verwendung eines direkt mit dem Fahrzeug verbundenen Werkzeugs gewidmet ist, und der erste Computer (102) einen Filtermodus enthält, der so konfiguriert ist, dass er eine Anforderung
  7. Diagnosehilfesystem nach Anspruch 6, bei dem das Fahrzeug (410) außerdem einen dritten Rechner (105) aufweist, wobei der zweite Rechner (103) über den dritten Rechner (105) mit dem ersten Rechner (102) verbunden ist, wobei der zweite Rechner (103) über einen Datenbus (104) mit dem dritten Rechner (105) verbunden ist, wobei zwischen dem ersten Rechner (102) und dem Zielrechner (103) ausgetauschte Nachrichten oder Anfragen den dritten Rechner (105) durchlaufen.
