Claims (3)

  1. System (150) zum Trennen einer unteren Kunststoffkarte (C0) aus einem Stapel von Kunststoffkarten (C), umfassend:
    - eine Ladewalze (152), auf der ein erstes Ende (C1) einer unteren Kunststoffkarte (C0) liegt, und umfassend mindestens eine Nut (304), die sich parallel zur Achse der Ladewalze (152), über ihren Umfang und über ihre gesamte Länge, erstreckt,
    - eine bewegliche Einheit (154), die über der Ladewalze (152) angeordnet ist und eine Basis (158) und eine Laderolle (159) umfasst, die frei in Drehung an der Basis (158) montiert ist, wobei die Basis (158) vertikal zwischen einer Kontaktposition, in der die Laderolle (159) mit der Ladewalze (152) in Kontakt steht, und einer beabstandeten Position, in der sich die Laderolle (159) in einer Distanz von der Ladewalze (152) befindet, bewegbar ist, und
    - ein Rückholmittel (156), das bereitgestellt ist, um die bewegliche Einheit (154) in der Kontaktposition zu halten,
    wobei die Basis (158) eine stromaufwärtige Wand (302) aufweist, die sich stromaufwärts von der Laderolle (159) erstreckt und deren unteres Ende, in der Kontaktposition, sich in einer Distanz von der Ladewalze (152) befindet, die kleiner ist als die Dicke der unteren Kunststoffkarte (C0), und
    die oder jede Nut (304) eine Öffnung und eine Tiefe aufweist, die ausreicht, um zu gestatten, dass das erste Ende (C1) der unteren Kunststoffkarte (C0) in die Nut (304) derart abgesenkt wird, dass sich ihr erstes Ende (C1) unter das untere Ende der stromaufwärtigen Wand (302) bewegt, wobei jedoch die Öffnung und die Tiefe ungeachtet des Falls des ersten Endes (C1) der unteren Kunststoffkarte (C0) bleiben wie sie sind, wobei die ersten Enden (C1) der anderen Kunststoffkarten (C) hinter der stromaufwärtigen Wand (302) in Anlage bleiben.
  2. Maschine (100) zur Behandlung von Kunststoffkarten (C), umfassend ein Gestell, auf dem ein Reservoir (160) montiert ist, das einen Stapel von zu behandelnden Kunststoffkarten (C) enthält, mindestens ein Behandlungsmodul, das zur Behandlung jeder Kunststoffkarte (C) bestimmt ist, und ein Trennsystem (150) nach Anspruch 1, das zwischen dem Reservoir (160) und dem oder den Behandlungsmodulen angeordnet ist.
  3. Behandlungsmaschine (100) nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweiten Enden (C2) der Kunststoffkarten (C0, C) auf einem Träger (162) des Reservoirs (160) liegen, der eine geneigte Fläche (164) aufweist, die sich dem Trennsystem (150) durch Absenken nähert.
