Definitions

  • the invention relates to a luminaire, which generally serves for the illumination of rooms.
  • such lights can be designed as ceiling lights, which are typically installed in larger spaces of buildings, such as entrance halls of office buildings, hotels or even theaters and other official buildings.
  • the lights on the one hand have the task of ensuring the widest possible illumination of the respective room. Furthermore, it is essential that the lights themselves form a stylistic device, which gives the respective room a representative appearance.
  • Such a lamp is from the DE 20 2008 009 783 U1 known.
  • the lamp described therein comprises a cavity enclosing annular body.
  • bulbs In the interior of which extending in the circumferential direction of the body bulbs are mounted, which emit light over a light exit surface, which is formed by the inner circumferential surface of the body, which defines the cavity.
  • the EP 2 562 473 A1 relates to a lamp suspended from a cord that also powers the lamp.
  • the EP 1 555 479 A1 relates to a suspension for an electrical device, wherein current-carrying wires are provided for suspension.
  • the current-carrying wires are not exposed but are surrounded by insulating layers.
  • the invention has for its object to provide a luminaire of the type mentioned, which has a further improved functionality and thereby meets high aesthetic requirements.
  • the luminaire according to the invention is formed with a body, in the interior of which bulbs are mounted.
  • the bulbs emit light via at least one light exit surface.
  • the body is fixed with a suspension on at least one receiving surface.
  • Elements of the suspension form power supply means by which a power supply to electrical and / or electronic elements in the body takes place.
  • the suspension has a plurality of power supply line forming wires, each fixed at one end to the body, and fixed at the other end to a receptacle on the receiving surface. At one end of a wire is guided in an existing electrically insulating material encapsulation and fixed in position there. The wire is passed through the bore of a circuit board and the encapsulation mounted on one side of the circuit board.
  • the suspension according to the invention Due to the dual function of the suspension according to the invention such that it not only serves to fix the luminaire to a receiving surface of a room but at the same time forms a current supply means, a high rationalization effect is achieved. In particular, the number of parts required to manufacture the luminaire is reduced, resulting in a significant reduction in manufacturing costs.
  • the luminaire with the suspension according to the invention can be designed as a wall luminaire.
  • the lamp is designed as a ceiling light, and is fixed by means of the suspension to a ceiling of a room.
  • the suspension has a plurality of power supply line forming wires, which are each fixed at one end to the body, and are fixed at the other end to a receptacle on the receiving surface.
  • wires are not only inconspicuous, not affecting the overall aesthetic impression suspensions. Rather, the wires made of metallic materials form good electrical conductors and thus form efficient power supply means.
  • the wires can be exposed between the canopy and the body of the luminaire, since only low voltages, which are smaller than 60 V, are needed to power the electrical and / or electronic components. A touch of wires, which rest against such low voltages are in no way critical for operators who install the lamp. During operation of the luminaire, persons generally do not come into contact with the luminaire because it hangs on a ceiling of a room.
  • one end of a wire is advantageously guided in each case in a sleeve which consists of an electronically insulating material and is secured in position there.
  • the sleeve is mounted in a bore of the receptacle.
  • connection part in the sleeve, can be fastened that can be fixed to the receptacle.
  • the connection part forms a means for electrical connection to a power supply.
  • the mounted in the bore of the receptacle sleeve forms a strain relief, that is, it absorbs the tensile forces of the hanging on the wire body. This ensures that no tensile forces acting on the connector, which is connected to a power supply.
  • a luminaire is provided with a body, in the interior of which lighting means are mounted. At the top and / or on the underside of the body, a light exit surface is provided. Particularly advantageous this forms a ceiling light, which is fixed with a suspension to the ceiling.
  • the elements of this suspension form power supply means, by means of which a power supply to electrical and / or electronic Competent takes place in the body.
  • These power supply means for the luminaire according to the invention may be formed according to the aforementioned embodiments.
  • a direct illumination of the room is obtained with a arranged on the underside of the body light exit surface.
  • an indirect room lighting is obtained with a arranged at the top of the body light exit surface. Since either on the top and / or on the bottom of a advantageously over the entire length of the body extending light exit surface can be provided, both lighting effects can be combined.
  • the luminaire according to the invention can be produced in different geometric designs, which on the one hand an adaptation to specific premises is possible and on the other hand, a wealth of different designs is possible.
  • the body forms a spiral structure.
  • the body of the lamp according to the invention form a closed ring.
  • This ring may be circular, oval polygonal and the like.
  • the ring-shaped body of the lamp oriented in a plane, wherein it is essential that the light exit surface of the luminaire is inclined to this plane.
  • the body advantageously has a hollow profile.
  • the hollow profile is advantageously made of a metallic material such as aluminum. In general, other materials such as plastics can be used.
  • annular body is preferably generally made of opaque materials, it is advantageous to provide for the formation of the or each light exit surface a transparent cover incorporated in a recess of the annular body, wherein the transparent cover can be made in different colors.
  • the transparent cover forms a diffuser, which spreads the light generated by the light sources targeted.
  • transparent covers made of acrylic glass.
  • Such LED elements which are designed in particular in the form of LED pads or LED strips, that is designed as a flat elements, allow easy and quick placement of the annular body.
  • neon high-voltage tubes or compact fluorescent lamps can be used as lamps.
  • FIGS. 1, 2a and 2 B show an embodiment of a lamp designed as a ceiling light 1, which is preferably in larger rooms, such as entrance halls of office buildings, banks or the like, attached. Typically, multiple arrangements of such lamps 1 are provided in such rooms.
  • the luminaire 1 has an annular body 2, which is rotationally symmetrical to the axis of symmetry running in the vertical direction (FIG. FIG. 1 ), is trained.
  • the luminaire 1 is formed by means of a holder, which is formed in the present case of several fixed to the top of the lamp 1 wires 3 or wire ropes, at one of the ceiling 4 of the room arranged canopy 5 is fixed so that the lamp 1 is in a horizontal plane.
  • the luminaire 1 has a circular ring shape in the present case. Instead of a circular ring shape, the lamp 1 may also have an oval, polygonal or other rotationally symmetrical shape.
  • the annular body 2 of the lamp 1 has, as FIG. 2a shows a hollow profile 6.
  • the hollow profile 6 has a rectangular contour, this cross section being constant over the entire cross section.
  • the hollow section 6 consists of an opaque material, in the present case of aluminum.
  • the hollow profile 6 has an H-shaped cross-section, that is, between two vertically arranged side walls 6a, 6b extends a web 6c in the horizontal direction.
  • the light beams 11 emitted by the LED elements 9 pass through the underlying transparent covers 10a, 10b.
  • the light beams 11 are scattered in a predetermined manner.
  • the room is illuminated.
  • the illuminated with the light rays 11 transparent cover 10a, 10b is visible as a light ring.
  • the wires 3 forming the power supply means are as FIG. 2b shows, guided through holes in the transparent cover 10a in the body 2.
  • Each wire 3 passes through a hole in the web 6c and a printed circuit board L fastened to the web 6c.
  • the wire 3 is encased by an encapsulation 12 made of electrically insulating material.
  • the encapsulation 12 is fixedly connected to the wire 3 and sits on the underside of the web 6c.
  • the encapsulation 12 forms a strain relief.
  • On the over the enclosure 12 projecting feie end of the wire 3 thus no tensile forces act, so that this can be connected to the power of the electronic components on the circuit board L, such as FIG. 2b schematically shows.
