Description

  • Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Reinigungsmittel gemäss dem Oberbegriff des Patentanspruchs 1.
  • Aus der US 2005/0255172 ist ein Desinfektionsmittel bekannt, welches neben Wasserstoffperoxid einen Gehalt an Azetylenglykol (mit freien Hydroxylgruppen) aufweist.
  • Weiter ist aus der WO02051970 ein als trocken bezeichnetes Reinigungsmittel bekannt, welches 0,5 % Wasser und 0,5 % eines als Entschäumer wirkenden speziellen Polydimethylsiloxans enthält und wovon 6 Kilogramm in 200 Liter Wasser aufgelöst werden.
  • Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde ein Reinigungsmittel zu schaffen, welches eine verbesserte Reinigungswirkung zeigt und optimale Resultate bei dessen Verwendung zur Reinigung von wasserbeständigen, insbesondere von nicht-textilen Oberflächen erzielt. Eine weitere Aufgabe besteht darin ein Reinigungsmittel zu schaffen, welches sich optimal für den Einsatz in Scheuersaugmaschinen eignet.
  • Die Erfindung löst die gestellte Aufgabe mit einem Reinigungsmittel, welches die Merkmale gemäss dem Anspruch 1 aufweist.
  • Im Gegensatz zu herkömmlichen Reinigungsverfahren für Textilien basiert die Wirkungsweise des erfindungsgemässen Reinigungsmittels weniger auf dem Prinzip der Schmutzemulgierung durch Tenside, sondern besteht aus der Kombination zweier Reinigungstechnologien. Durch das verwendete Netzmittel wird die Oberflächenspannung des mit Wasser verdünnten Reinigungsmittels in kürzester Zeit (weniger als 1 Sekunde) auf unter 30mN/m (bei Raumtemperatur gemessen) gesenkt, was der wässerigen Reinigungslösung in Kombination mit der mechanischen Kraft der Reinigung die Möglichkeit bietet Schmutzpartikel in der Reinigungsflotte zu suspendieren. Durch die Kombination mit einem Antiredepositionsmittel werden die Schmutzpartikel in der Schwebe gehalten was einer Redeposition entgegenwirkt.
  • Der Emulgator ermöglicht dem schlecht wasserlöslichen Netzmittel eine schnelle, homogene Verteilung in der Reinigungsflotte und verleiht ihr überraschenderweise eine stark verbesserte emulgierende Wirkung. Die so suspendierten, schwach negativ geladenen, Schmutzpartikel werden dank den negativen Ladungen der neutralisierten Polyasparaginsäure elektrosterisch in der Schwebe gehalten. Im Gegensatz zur bekannten Anwendung von Polyasparaginsäure in textilen Waschmittelflotten wird diese hier nicht zur Bindung der vorhandenen Ca2+-Ionen, sondern zur elektrosterischen Abstossung der negativ geladenen Schmutzpartikel durch die ebenfalls negativ geladenen, langkettigen Moleküle verwendet.
  • Die durch die Erfindung erreichten Vorteile sind im Wesentlichen die folgenden:
    • die negativ geladenen Schmutzpartikel werden elektrosterisch abgestossen;
    • durch einen Überschuss an aquatisierten, negativ geladenen Komplexbildner-Anteilen wird eine gegenseitige Abstossung zu den erfahrungsgemäss meist negativ geladenen Schmutzteilchen bewirkt;
    • die Flotte zeigt eine extrem gute Antiredepositionswirkung; und
    • überraschenderweise ergibt sich eine stark verbesserte Emulgierfähigkeit des erfindungsgemässen Reinigungsmittels, was auf eine synergistische Wirkung der Emulgatoren zurückzuführen ist; und
    • es kommen keine hochschäumenden Tenside zur Anwendung, so dass auf Entschäumer verzichtet werden kann.
  • Weitere vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen der Erfindung können wie folgt kommentiert werden:
    Das negativ geladene, organische Makromolekül ist vorteilhafterweise ein polymeres Antiredepositionsmittel und kann aus folgenden Substanzklassen ausgewählt werden: Aminopolycarboxylate, organische Phosphonate, Polycarboxylate oder Copolymere davon. Im speziellen kann das mindestens eine negativ geladene, organische Makromolekül eine Polyasparaginsäure oder wasserlösliche Salze davon sein.
  • Das negativ geladene, organische Makromolekül kann auch ein Polyacrylat sein, z.B. ein acrylisches Homopolymer, vorzugsweise mit einem Molekulargewicht von 4'000 bis 6'000.
  • Das nichtionische Netzmittel ist ein Acetylendiol oder ein alkoxyliertes Acetylendiol; das anionische Netzmittel ist ein anionisches Perfluoroalkylpolymer oder ein Alkylsulfosuccinat; das kationische Netzmittel ist ein kationisches Perfluoroalkylcopolymer. Das Netzmittel kann auch ein oder mehrere ethoxylierte Acetylendiole umfassen.
  • Der nichtionische Emulgator ist aus der Gruppe der Fettalkoholalkoxylate ausgewählt; der anionische Emulgator ist aus der Gruppe der Alkylsulfate oder Alkylethersulfate ausgewählt; der kationische Emulgator ist aus der Gruppe der quartären Ammoniumverbindungen ausgewählt und der amphotere Emulgator ist aus der Gruppe der Betaine und Sultaine ausgewählt. Der Emulgator kann auch ein oder mehrere, vorzugsweise verzweigte, ethoxylierte Fettalkohole umfassen.
  • Die Polyasparaginsäure (oder ihre Salze davon) weist vorzugsweise eine durchschnittliche Molmasse zwischen 1000 - 10'000 g/mol, vorzugsweise zwischen 2000-3000 g/mol auf.
  • Zweckmässigerweise beträgt die Partikelgrössenverteilung D50 des mindestens einen negativ geladenen, organischen Makromoleküls (und vorzugsweise die mindestens eine Polyasparaginsäure oder wasserlösliche Salze, welche in Partikelform vorliegen) 0,1 mm. Eine Partikelgrössenverteilung D50 von 0,07 mm oder gar von 0,01 mm ergibt besonders gute Resultate.
  • Das Reinigungsmittel wird in granularer oder tablettierter Form verwendet, was die Lagerung vereinfacht. Die Tabletten weisen zweckmässigerweise ein Volumen von mindestens 1 cm3, vorzugsweise mindestens 5 cm3 auf. Das Volumen beträgt zweckmässigerweise höchstens 100 cm3, vorzugsweise höchstens 12 cm3.
  • Der maximale Durchmesser der Tabletten beträgt zweckmässigerweise 10 cm, vorzugsweise 7 cm. Der minimale Durchmesser der Tabletten beträgt zweckmässigerweise 1 cm, vorzugsweise 3 cm. Diese Dimensionierungen ermöglichen eine optimale Dosierung und Auflösung in Wasser.
  • Das erfindungsgemässe Reinigungsmittel wird zweckmässigerweise kurz vor seinem Gebrauch in Wasser aufgelöst. Bezogen auf einen Gewichtsteil der Summe der drei Komponenten a) + b) + c) können 500 - 100'000 Gewichtsteile Wasser zu dessen Auflösung verwendet werden. Zweckmässigerweise können 600 bis 1900 Gewichtsteile Wasser, vorzugsweise 900 bis 1300 Gewichtsteile Wasser zu dessen Auflösung verwendet werden.
  • Vorteilhafterweise enthält das Reinigungsmittel noch zusätzlich eine in Wasser aufquellende Substanz, z.B. Polyvinylpyrrolidon. Dadurch löst sich das in granularer oder tablettierter Form vorliegende Reinigungsmittel rascher in Wasser auf. Das als Tablette geformte Reinigungsmittel sollte sich zweckmässigerweise in weniger als 10 Minuten, vorzugsweise weniger als 2 Minuten rückstandfrei in Wasser lösen. Die Oberflächenspannung der wässerigen Lösung des Reinigungsmittels bei Raumtemperatur kann innert höchstens einer 1 Sekunde, vorzugsweise innert höchstens 0,6 Sekunden auf einen Wert von unter 40 mN/m, vorzugsweise unter 30 mN/m abgesenkt werden.
  • Bei einer besonderen Ausführungsform enthält das Reinigungsmittel noch folgende zusätzliche Komponente:
    d) Brausemischung aus einem Karbonat und einer organischen Säure, vorzugsweise in äquimolaren Mengen.
    Die Brausemischung ist vorzugsweise eine Mischung von Zitronensäure, Nahydrogencarbonat und/oder Natriumcarbonat. Bei einer granularen oder tablettierten Verwendungsform kann dem Reinigungsmittel eine Brausemischung aus einem Karbonat und einer organischen Säure, z.B. Zitronensäure, bzw. ein Zitrat beigemischt werden. Der Überschuss an Zitrat dient der Komplexierung der Calciumionen.
  • Bei einer besonderen Ausführungsform ist der verzweigte, ethoxylierte Fettalkohol ein Iso C8-C18 nicht-ionisches Tensid, welches vorzugsweise mit 2-20 Ethylenoxideinheiten verethert ist. Speziell kann der verzweigte, ethoxylierte Fettalkohol ein Iso C10-C14 nicht-ionisches Tensid sein, welches vorzugsweise mit 5 - 10 Ethylenoxideinheiten verethert ist. Das Iso C8-C18 nicht-ionische Tensid kann das iso-C13(10EO) oder das iso-C11 (7EO) sein.
  • Die Anteile der Komponenten a), b) und c) des erfindungsgemässen Reinigungsmittels können im folgenden Verhältnis zueinander stehen:
    • Komponente a) 0,1 - 100 Gewichtsteile
    • Komponente b) 0,05 - 50 Gewichtsteile
    • Komponente c) 0,01 - 50 Gewichtsteile.
  • Zweckmässigerweise können die Komponenten a), b) und c) im folgenden Verhältnis zueinander stehen:
    • Komponente a) 1-10 Gewichtsteile
    • Komponente b) 0,5 - 5 Gewichtsteile
    • Komponente c) 0,1 - 5,0 Gewichtsteile.
    Vorteilhafterweise können die Komponenten a), b) und c) im folgenden Verhältnis zueinander stehen:
    • Komponente a) 3 - 5 Gewichtsteile
    • Komponente b) 1 - 2 Gewichtsteile
    • Komponente c) 1 - 2 Gewichtsteile.
  • Zusätzlich zu den Anteilen der Komponenten a), b) und c) kann noch der folgende Anteil für Komponente d) vorgesehen sein:
    Komponente d): 0,3 - 150 Gewichtsteile vorzugsweise 3,0 - 15,0 Gewichtsteile.
  • Das erfindungsgemässe Reinigungsmittel eignet sich speziell zur Verwendung in Scheuersaugmaschinen. Besonders eignet es sich zum Nasswischen und zum manuellen oder industriellen Schäumen.
    Bei einer besonderen Ausführungsform kann das Reinigungsmittel zusätzlich einen Komplexbildner enthalten.
  • Die Erfindung und Weiterbildungen der Erfindung werden im Folgenden anhand von mehreren Rezepturen noch näher erläutert. Die Rezepturen stellen Zusammensetzung einer Dosiereinheit dar (z.B. 1 Tablette oder 1 Sachet oder 1 Pulverration usw.), welche in 8 - 10 Liter Wasser aufzulösen ist um eine geeignete Reinigungslösung zu erhalten:
  • Beispiel 1
    • 4g Polyasparaginsäure Na-Salz
    • 2g anionisches Fluornetzmittel
    • 3g Na-Iaurylethersulfat 2EO (als Emulgator für das Netzmittel))
    Beispiel 2
    • 7,8g acrylisches Homopolymer (MG 4000 - 6000)
    • 4,1 g anionisches Fluornetzmittel
    • 4g Fettalkohol iso-C12-14 8EO (als Emulgator für das Netzmittel)
    • 0,15 g Diethylentriamin (als Komplexbildner)
    Beispiel 3
    • 4 g acrylisches Homopolymer (MG 4000 - 6000)
    • 2g anionisches Fluornetzmittel
    • 3g Na-laurylethersulfat 2EO (als Emulgator für das Netzmittel)

Claims (10)

  1. Reinigungsmittel, welches folgende Komponenten enthält:
    a) mindesten ein negativ geladenes, organisches Makromolekül, ausgewählt aus folgenden Substanzklassen:
    (i) polymere Antiredepositionsmittel;
    (ii) Aminopolycarboxylate, organische Phosphonate, Polycarboxylate oder Copolymere davon;
    (iii) Polyasparaginsäure oder wasserlösliche Salze davon; und
    (iv) Polyacrylate;
    b) mindestens ein nichtionisches, anionisches oder kationisches Netzmittel;
    c) mindestens einen nichtionischen, anionischen, kationischen oder amphoteren Emulgator für das mindestens eine Netzmittel; und
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    b1) das nichtionische Netzmittel ein Acetylendiol oder ein alkoxyliertes Acetylendiol ist,
    b2) das anionische Netzmittel ein anionisches Perfluoroalkylpolymer oder ein Alkylsulfosuccinat ist; und
    b3) das kationische Netzmittel ein kationisches Perfluoroalkylcopolymer ist.
    c1) der nichtionische Emulgator aus der Gruppe der Fettalkoholalkoxylate ausgewählt ist;
    c2) der anionische Emulgator aus der Gruppe der Alkylsulfate oder Alkylethersulfate ausgewählt ist;
    c3) der kationische Emulgator aus der Gruppe der quartären Ammoniumverbindungen ausgewählt ist;
    c4) der amphotere Emulgator aus der Gruppe der Betaine und Sultaine ausgewählt ist; und dass
    - das Netzmittel derart ausgewählt ist, dass die Oberflächenspannung des mit Wasser verdünnten Reinigungsmittels bei Raumtemperatur gemessen unter 30 mN/m liegt; und
    - das Reinigungsmittel in granularer oder tablettierter Form vorliegt.
  2. Reinigungsmittel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das negativ geladene, organische Makromolekül in Granulatform verwendet wird und der durchschnittliche Durchmesser der einzelnen Granulatpartikel vorzugsweise 400 bis 800 µm beträgt.
  3. Reinigungsmittel nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Oberflächenspannung der wässerigen Lösung des Reinigungsmittels bei Raumtemperatur innert höchstens einer 1 Sekunde, vorzugsweise innert höchstens 0,6 Sekunden auf einen Wert von unter 30 mN/m abgesenkt wird.
  4. Reinigungsmittel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der nichtionische Emulgator aus der Gruppe der Fettalkoholalkoxylate ausgewählt ist.
  5. Reinigungsmittel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Netzmittel ein oder mehrere ethoxylierte Acetylendiole als Netzmittel umfasst.
  6. Reinigungsmittel nach einem der Anspruch 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es folgende zusätzliche Komponente enthält:
    d) Brausemischung aus einem Karbonat und einer organischen Säure, vorzugsweise in äquimolaren Mengen.
  7. Verwendung des Reinigungsmittels nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6 zur Reinigung von wasserbeständigen, insbesondere nicht-textilen Oberflächen.
  8. Verwendung des Reinigungsmittels nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6 in Scheuersaugmaschinen.
  9. Verwendung des Reinigungsmittels nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6 zum Nasswischen.
  10. Verwendung des Reinigungsmittels nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6 zum manuellen oder industriellen Schäumen.
