Claims (13)

  1. Procédé de traitement d'une surface d'une pièce, dans lequel la pièce avec la surface à traiter est un panneau de particules, avec les étapes :
    de fourniture d'un matériau résultant d'un usinage d'un produit semi-fini, de préférence un matériau de bois, en particulier des copeaux ou de la poussière de bois,
    de mélange du matériau résultant avec un agent liant en un mélange durcissable,
    d'application du mélange durcissable sur la surface de la pièce à traiter, et
    au moins partiellement de durcissement du mélange,
    dans lequel la surface est réusinée par enlèvement de copeaux après le durcissement du mélange durcissable.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le matériau résultant d'un usinage d'un produit semi-fini est préparé avant le mélange à l'agent liant, en particulier broyé, concassé et/ou tamisé pour ajuster la taille des copeaux ou des grains.
  3. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le réusinage par enlèvement de copeaux est réalisé avec une fraise ou un dispositif de meulage.
  4. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le produit semi-fini est un panneau de particules, un panneau HDF, un panneau MDF, un panneau composite, un panneau de construction léger avec structure alvéolaire, un élément de contreplaqué ou une pièce stratifiée.
  5. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'une laque usinable par enlèvement de copeaux, en particulier une laque UV, ou un adhésif thermofusible UV, est appliquée sur la surface, ou un matériau de laminage, de préférence en papier ou un bord mince, ou un film plastique est appliqué, dans lequel l'application a lieu de préférence après le durcissement du mélange durcissable.
  6. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le mélange durcissable appliqué sur la surface est mis en forme par un appareil de mise en forme avant le durcissement.
  7. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'agent liant est un adhésif, de préférence du PVAc, en particulier une colle à bois, un adhésif à deux composants, un biopolymère avec un additif ou un matériau à bois extrudable.
  8. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le mélange est durci au moyen de rayonnement électromagnétique, en particulier au moyen de micro-ondes, de rayonnement laser, de rayonnement IR, de plasma ou d'air chaud.
  9. Dispositif pour la réalisation du procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, avec
    un appareil de stockage pour recevoir un matériau résultant d'un usinage d'un produit semi-fini, de préférence un matériau de bois, en particulier des copeaux ou de la poussière de bois,
    un appareil de mélange pour mélanger le matériau résultant avec un agent liant en un mélange durcissable,
    un appareil d'application pour appliquer le mélange durcissable sur une surface de la pièce à traiter,
    un appareil de durcissement pour durcir au moins partiellement le mélange appliqué, et
    un appareil de réusinage pour réusiner par enlèvement de copeaux la surface pourvue du mélange durcissable.
  10. Dispositif selon la revendication 9, en outre avec un appareil de préparation pour préparer le matériau résultant de l'usinage du produit semi-fini, en particulier pour ajuster la taille des copeaux ou des grains du matériau résultant par broyage, concassage et/ou tamisage.
  11. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 9 à 10, dans lequel l'appareil de réusinage est prévu pour le fraisage ou le meulage de la surface pourvue du mélange durcissable.
  12. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 9 à 11, en outre avec un appareil de mise en forme pour la mise en forme du mélange appliqué.
  13. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 9 à 12, en outre avec un appareil pour l'application d'une laque usinable par enlèvement de copeaux sur la surface, en particulier une laque UV, ou un adhésif thermofusible UV, ou un matériau de laminage, de préférence en papier ou un bord mince.
