Claims (6)

  1. Erdungsreihenklemme (1), umfassend:
    - einen leitenden Verbindungssteg (10), der eine erste Öffnung (11) umfasst, welche ein Innengewinne eines bestimmten Durchmessers (D) aufweist und dazu vorgesehen ist, mit dem Außengewinde eines Verbindungs-Shunts zusammenzuwirken,
    - einen leitenden Bügel (20), der dazu vorgesehen ist, auf einer leitenden Tragschiene (2) montiert zu werden, wobei der Bügel (20) eine zweite Öffnung (21) umfasst, welche ein Innengewinde von Durchmesser (D') aufweist, der kleiner oder gleich dem Durchmesser (D) des Innengewindes der ersten Öffnung (11) des Verbindungsstegs (10) ist,
    - eine leitende Spannschraube (30), die dafür ausgebildet ist, den Bügel (20) auf die Tragschiene (2) zu spannen, wobei die Spannschraube (30) umfasst:
    - einen Kopf (31), der einen Durchmesser aufweist, welcher größer ist als der Durchmesser (D) des Innengewindes der ersten Öffnung (11) des Verbindungsstegs (10),
    - einen ersten Abschnitt (32), der sich ab dem Schraubenkopf (31) auf einer bestimmten Schraubenlänge (l) erstreckt, wobei der erste Abschnitt (32) einen Durchmesser (d) aufweist, der kleiner ist als der Durchmesser (D) des Innengewindes der ersten Öffnung (11) des Verbindungsstegs (10), sodass er frei in der ersten Öffnung (11) gleiten kann,
    - einen zweiten Abschnitt (33), der sich ab dem ersten Abschnitt (32) bis zu dem Ende der Schraube (30) erstreckt, das dem Schraubenkopf (31) gegenüberliegt, wobei der zweite Abschnitt (33) ein Außengewinde eines Durchmessers (d') aufweist, der im Wesentlichen gleich dem Durchmesser (D') des Innengewindes der zweiten Öffnung (21) des Bügels (20) ist,
    wobei die Länge (l) des ersten Abschnitts (32) so bestimmt ist, dass wenn das Innengewinde der zweiten Öffnung (21) des Bügels (20) mit dem Außengewinde des zweiten Abschnitts (33) der Spannschraube (30) zusammenwirkt, dann das Innengewinde der ersten Öffnung (11) des Verbindungsstegs (10) dem ersten Abschnitt (32) der Spannschraube (30) zugewandt ist.
  2. Reihenklemme (1) nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Länge (l) des ersten Abschnitts (32) so bestimmt ist, dass wenn das Innengewinde der zweiten Öffnung (21) des Bügels (20) mit dem Außengewinde des zweiten Abschnitts (33) der Spannschraube (30) zusammenwirkt und der Bügel (20) eine Anpresskraft entgegen der Tragschiene (2) in Richtung des Verbindungsstegs (10) ausübt, dann das Innengewinde der ersten Öffnung (11) des Verbindungsstegs (10) dem ersten Abschnitt (32) der Spannschraube (30) zugewandt ist.
  3. Reihenklemme (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, wobei der erste Abschnitt (32) der Spannschraube (30) eine glatte Oberfläche aufweist.
  4. Reihenklemme (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, wobei die Länge des ersten Abschnitts (32) der Spannschraube (30) im Bereich zwischen 0,3 und 10 mm beträgt.
  5. Reihenklemme nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Bügel (20) eine zweite Öffnung (21) umfasst, die ein Innengewinde von Durchmesser (D') aufweist, welcher gleich dem Durchmesser (D) des Innengewindes der ersten Öffnung (11) des Verbindungsstegs (10) ist.
  6. Verfahren zum Montieren einer Erdungsreihenklemme (1) nach Anspruch 5, umfassend die folgenden Schritte:
    - Schrauben des Außengewindes des zweiten Abschnitts (33) der Spannschraube (30) auf das Innengewinde der ersten Öffnung (11) des Verbindungsstegs (10), bis das Innengewinde der ersten Öffnung (11) des Verbindungsstegs (10) dem ersten Abschnitt (32) der Spannschraube (30) zugewandt ist,
    - Schrauben des Außengewindes des zweiten Abschnitts (33) der Spannschraube (30) auf das Innengewinde der zweiten Öffnung (21) des Bügels (20).
