Claims (11)
- Procédé de fabrication de peintures et de vernis, consistant à stocker un produit intermédiaire dans un réservoir (1) dont le volume utile est compris entre 5 et 30 m3, à mélanger ledit produit intermédiaire dans le réservoir (1) au moyen d'un mélangeur à jet dirigé,
le processus de mélange étant effectué au moyen d'un mélangeur immergé à jet dirigé (2), le mélangeur immergé à jet dirigé (2) étant disposé entièrement dans la partie inférieure du réservoir (1),
ledit produit intermédiaire étant enrichi en constituants lesquels sont acheminés à travers une entrée (6) qui est associée au mélangeur immergé à jet dirigé (2) et qui se trouve dans une position voisine et parallèle à un arbre (4) du mélangeur immergé à jet dirigé (2), et
lesdits constituants étant libérés à proximité immédiate de la tête (3) du mélangeur immergé à jet dirigé (2), c'est-à-dire à une distance comprise entre 5 cm et 30 cm de celle-ci. - Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les constituants que l'on ajoute sont des épaississants et/ou des solvants.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que lesdits constituants sont introduits dans le réservoir (1) à travers l'entrée (6) au moyen d'une pompe (9).
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'on ajoute lesdits constituants seulement à petites doses, de manière à ce que le rapport entre les constituants et ledit produit intermédiaire soit inférieure à 1 : 100.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que lesdits constituants sont ajoutés dans le cadre d'une opération de circulation laquelle consiste à évacuer ledit produit intermédiaire du réservoir (1) puis à le réintroduire à travers l'entrée (6) destinée aux dits constituants.
- Procédé selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que l'introduction desdits constituants est réalisée, dans le cadre de ladite opération de circulation, par un ajout continu.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 5 ou 6, caractérisé en ce que l'introduction desdits constituants dans le produit intermédiaire, lequel circule dans le cadre de ladite opération de circulation, est réalisée au moyen d'un dispositif de mélange statique (18).
- Dispositif de fabrication de peintures et de vernis qui est destiné à mettre en oeuvre le procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7 et qui est pourvu d'un réservoir (1) lequel est rempli avec un produit intermédiaire pour la fabrication de peintures et de vernis et lequel a un volume compris entre 5 et 30 m3 et d'un mélangeur à jet dirigé lequel est disposé au sein dudit réservoir,
ledit mélangeur à jet dirigé étant un mélangeur immergé à jet dirigé (2) qui est entièrement disposé dans la partie inférieure du réservoir (1),
une entrée (6), laquelle permet d'ajouter des constituants, étant associée au mélangeur immergé à
jet dirigé (2) alors qu'elle se trouve dans une position voisine et parallèle à un arbre (4) du mélangeur immergé à jet dirigé (2), et
l'extrémité de l'entrée (6) étant située à proximité immédiate de la tête (3) du mélangeur immergé à jet dirigé (2), c'est-à-dire à une distance comprise entre 5 cm et 30 cm de celle-ci. - Dispositif selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que l'entrée (6) est réalisée sous forme d'une aiguille creuse ayant un diamètre inférieur ou égal à 25 mm.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 8 ou 9, caractérisé en ce qu'une pompe (9), associée à l'entrée (6), permet d'introduire dans l'entrée (6) au sein du réservoir (1) les constituants à ajouter.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que ledit dispositif comporte un conduit de circulation reliant une sortie (5) du réservoir (1) à la pompe (9).
