Claims (14)

  1. Bewehrungseinrichtung (3) für ein Bauelement (1) eines Gebäudes, wobei eine solche Einrichtung (3) die Form eines Eisens annimmt und einen gebogenen Teil (4) sowie mindestens einen geradlinigen Teil (5 ; 5') umfasst, der sich in der Verlängerung des gebogenen Teils (4) befindet, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der bzw. die geradlinigen Teile (5 ; 5) und/oder der gebogene Teil (4) mindestens ein Schwächungsmittel (6) zum Schwächen eines solchen Teils (4 ; 5 ; 5') umfasst, und zwar um einen solchen Teil (4 ; 5 ; 5') teilbar zu machen.
  2. Bewehrungseinrichtung (3) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie, einerseits, einen gebogenen Teil (4), der zwei Enden (40 ; 40') aufweist, und, andererseits, zwei geradlinige Teile (5 ; 5'), von denen sich der eine (5) in der Verlängerung von einem (40) der Enden (40 ; 40') des gebogenen Teils (4) befindet und der andere (5') sich in der Verlängerung des anderen Endes (40') dieses gebogenen Teils (4) befindet, und dass dieser gebogene Teil (4) und/oder diese zwei geradlinigen Teile (5 ; 5') teilbarer Art sind.
  3. Bewehrungseinrichtung (3) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der bzw. die geradlinigen Teile (5 ; 5') und/oder der gebogene Teil (4) teilbarer Art ausgebildet sind, um abgeschnitten, abgetrennt, gesägt, zerschmettert oder gebrochen zu werden.
  4. Bewehrungseinrichtung (3) nach irgendeinem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Schwächungsmittel (6) aus einer Kerbe (60) besteht, welche der bzw. die geradlinigen Teile (5 ; 5') und/oder der gebogene Teil (4) umfassen.
  5. Bewehrungseinrichtung (3) nach irgendeinem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Schwächungsmittel (6) aus einem Teil besteht, welchen der bzw. die geradlinigen Teile (5 ; 5') und/oder der gebogene Teil (4) umfassen, und die einen verringerten Querschnitt im Vergleich mit dem Rest eines solchen geradlinigen (5 ; 5') oder gebogenen (4) Teils aufweist.
  6. Bewehrungseinrichtung (3) nach irgendeinem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Eisen aus einem Stab, einer Stange oder dergleichen besteht, der/die gebogen ist, insbesondere in der Nahe eines Endes oder im mittleren Teil eines solchen Stabs, einer solchen Stange oder dergleichen, und zwar um den besagten gebogenen Teil (4) zu definieren.
  7. Bewehrungseinrichtung (3) nach irgendeinem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Eisen einen Durchmesser zwischen 4 und 25 mm, vorzugsweise zwischen 6 und 20 mm, aufweist.
  8. Bauelement (1) eines Gebäudes, wobei dieses Bauelement (1) einerseits eine Basis (2) aus Beton und andererseits mindestens eine Zwischenbewehrungseinrichtung (3), die sich teilweise innerhalb dieser Basis (2) und teilweise außerhalb dieser Basis (2), ab dieser Basis (2) erstreckt, aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zwischenbewehrungseinrichtung bzw- -einrichtungen (3) aus einer Bewehrungseinrichtung (3) nach irgendeinem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche bestehen.
  9. Bauelement (1) nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Bauelement (1) aus einem Fundament, einer Bodenplatte, einer Vorplatte, einem Boden, einer Wand, einer Vorwand, einer vorverschalten Wand, einem Träger oder einem Balken besteht.
  10. Erdbebensicheres Gebäude, umfassend mindestens eine Bewehrungseinrichtung (3), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bewehrungseinrichtung bzw. -einrichtungen (3) nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7 sind.
  11. Erdbebensicheres Gebäude, umfassend mindestens einem Bauelement (1), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das bzw. die Bauelemente (1) nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 8 oder 9 sind.
  12. Verfahren zum Bauen eines Gebäudes, wobei dieses Verfahren darin besteht, dass eine vorverschalte Wand auf einem Bauelement (1) positioniert wird, das mindestens eine Zwischenbewehrungseinrichtung (3) umfasst, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass einerseits das Bauelement (1) nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 8 oder 9 ist, und andererseits, dass das Verfahren darin besteht, dass das bzw. die geradlinigen Teile (5 ; 5') und/oder der gebogene Teil (4) teilbarer Art der Zwischenbewehrungseinrichtung (3) am Schwächungsmittel (6) geteilt werden, und zwar vor oder während der Positionierung der vorverschalten Wand auf dem Bauelement (1).
  13. Bauverfahren nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der bzw. die geradlinigen Teile (5 ; 5') und/oder der gebogene Teil (4) teilbarer Art der Zwischenbewehrungseinrichtung (3) während der Positionierung der vorschalten Wand geteilt wird, und zwar durch Zerschlagen oder Brechen und unter der Wirkung einer Beanspruchung, nämlich eines durch diese vorverschalte Wand, insbesondere durch eine Bewehrung, welche diese vorverschalte Wand umfasst, auf einen solchen geradlinigen (5 ; 5') oder gebogenen (4) Teil ausgeübten Stoßes.

Bauverfahren nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der bzw. die geradlinigen Teile (5 ; 5') und/oder der gebogene Teil (4) teilbarer Art der Zwischenbewehrungseinrichtung (3) vor der Positionierung der vorverschalten Wand geteilt werden, und zwar durch einen Bediener und durch Abschneiden, Trennen, Sägen, Zerschmettern oder Brechen.
