Claims (9)
- Procédé de production d'entretoises (1) pour des renforcements de béton et des structures de béton, comprenant les étapes suivantes:(a) fournir au moins quatre barres longitudinales parallèles (6, 7, 7') dans un plan, comprenant:- deux barres longitudinales périphériques (6); et- au moins une rainure de poinçonnage constituée d'une paire de barres longitudinales mutuellement adjacentes (7, 7'), positionnées entre lesdites barres longitudinales périphériques (6);(b) placer des barres transversales (4, 4') perpendiculairement sur et/ou sous les barres longitudinales, et attacher les barres transversales aux barres longitudinales, de telle sorte qu'une structure en treillis (5) soit produite;(c) optionnellement, couper toute partie des barres transversales (4) qui surplombe les barres longitudinales périphériques;(d) couper ou poinçonner les parties des barres transversales (4) situées entre les barres longitudinales mutuellement adjacentes (7, 7') de la rainure de poinçonnage, optionnellement excepté de deux à cinq de ces parties de barre transversale; produisant ainsi deux ou plus de deux treillis allongés, optionnellement connectés l'un à l'autre au moyen de deux à cinq barres transversales ininterrompues (4'); et(e) plier les deux ou plus de deux treillis allongés; produire dans ce cas deux ou plus de deux entretoises (1) pour des renforcements de béton et/ou des structures de béton, comprenant chacun(e) deux barres longitudinales sinueuses parallèles et identiques (2, 3), connectées l'une à l'autre par des barres transversales (4, 4') qui sont perpendiculaires et connectées latéralement aux barres longitudinales; dans lequel les barres transversales ne font pas saillie ou ne font pas saillie de plus de 0,5 mm au-dessus des barres longitudinales supérieure et inférieure; et dans lequel les entretoises sont optionnellement connectées l'une à l'autre au moyen de deux à cinq barres transversales ininterrompues (4').
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, dans lequel l'étape (a) comprend le déroulement et l'alignement d'au moins quatre barres longitudinales (6, 7, 7') dans un plan; et dans lequel l'étape (a), (b), (c) ou (d) comprend en outre la coupe des barres longitudinales à une longueur souhaitée.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 2, dans lequel l'étape (e) comprend en outre le retournement de chaque treillis pair ou impair obtenu à l'étape (d).
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, dans lequel les barres transversales (4) des entretoises (1) font saillie de pas plus de 0,2 mm au-dessus des barres longitudinales supérieure et inférieure (2, 3).
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, dans lequel deux ou plus de deux barres longitudinales (6, 7, 7') présentent un diamètre différent.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, dans lequel la distance entre les barres longitudinales mutuellement adjacentes (7, 7') de la rainure de poinçonnage est au maximum de 10 mm.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, dans lequel les barres transversales (4, 4') sont situées à une distance régulière les unes des autres.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, dans lequel le procédé comprend en outre la fourniture d'une ou de plusieurs barre(s) longitudinale(s) dans ledit plan, lesdites barres longitudinales étant positionnées entre une des barres longitudinales périphériques (6) et la rainure de poinçonnage.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, dans lequel les barres longitudinales (6, 7, 7', 8, 8') forment au moins deux bandes, dont chacune contient deux ou plus de deux barres longitudinales, dans lequel- les bandes de chaque paire de bandes voisines sont séparées l'une de l'autre par une rainure de poinçonnage; et- au moins deux des bandes présentent une largeur différente.
