Claims (7)

  1. Vorrichtung zum Anlenken (100) einer Kofferraumtür (102) an eine Karosseriestruktur (103) eines Kraftfahrzeugs, umfassend mindestens:
    - zwei Gelenkstangen (104a, 104b), die jeweils an einem ersten Ende (105a, 105b) an der Kofferraumtür (102) befestigt sind und jeweils zwischen einer ersten geöffneten Stellung der Kofferraumtür (102) und einer zweiten geschlossenen Stellung der Kofferraumtür (102) an einem zweiten Ende (106a, 106b) an der Karosseriestruktur (103) des Fahrzeugs drehbar angelenkt sind,
    - zwei Stützorgane (108a, 108b), die jeweils mit einem Gelenkhebel (104a, 104b) fest verbunden und dazu bestimmt sind, ein erstes Ende (110a, 110b) einer zugeordneten Balancierfeder (111a, 111b) zu halten, wobei ein zweites Ende (112a, 112b) der Balancierfeder (111a, 111b) an der Karosseriestruktur (103) des Fahrzeugs befestigt ist,
    wobei jedes Stützorgan (108a, 108b) Folgendes umfasst:
    - eine Stützplatte (113a, 113b), die dazu bestimmt ist, durch Nieten (118a, 118b) an dem zugeordneten Gelenkhebel (104a, 104b) befestigt zu werden, und
    - einen Stützdraht (114a, 114b), an dem das Ende (110a, 110b) der zugeordneten Balancierfeder (111a, 111b) angebracht ist, wobei der Draht (114a, 114b) an die Stützplatte (113a, 113b) geschweißt ist und dazu ausgebildet ist, die Balancierfeder (111a, 111b) beim Übergang der Kofferraumtür (102) aus ihrer geöffneten Stellung in ihre geschlossene Stellung und umgekehrt zu halten,
    wobei die Vorrichtung zum Anlenken (100) dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass:
    - der Stützdraht (114a, 114b) dazu ausgebildet ist, eine Vielzahl von aufeinanderfolgenden funktionalen Abschnitten (119a, 119b; 120a, 120b; 121a, 121b; 122a, 122b; 123a, 123b) zu definieren, wobei jeder Stützdraht (114a, 114b) aufeinanderfolgend Folgendes umfasst:
    - einen ersten Abschnitt (119a, 119b), der dazu bestimmt ist, durch Schweißen an der zugeordneten Stützplatte (113a, 113b) befestigt zu werden,
    - einen bezüglich des ersten Abschnitts (119a, 119b) in einer selben zur Stützplatte (113a, 113b) parallelen Ebene dahingehend geneigten zweiten Abschnitt (120a, 120b), den Stützdraht (114a, 114b) bezüglich der Stützplatte (113a, 113b) zu versetzen,
    - einen dritten Abschnitt (121a, 121b), der sich gemäß einer Längsachse (X) des Fahrzeugs im Wesentlichen senkrecht zum zweiten Abschnitt (120a, 120b) in Richtung Heck des Fahrzeugs erstreckt,
    - einen im Wesentlichen rechtwinklig bezüglich des dritten Abschnitts (121a, 121b) dahingehend geneigten vierten Abschnitt (122a, 122b), den Stützdraht (114a, 114b) noch weiter von der Stützplatte (113a, 113b) zu versetzen,
    - einen fünften Abschnitt (123a, 123b), der das freie Ende des Stützdrahts (114a, 114b) definiert und mit dem vierten Abschnitt (122a, 122b) eine gekrümmte Zone (124a, 124b) begrenzt, wobei die gekrümmte Zone (124a, 124b) eine Einhängezone für das Ende (110a, 110b) der zugeordneten Balancierfeder (111a, 111b) definiert.
  2. Vorrichtung zum Anlenken (100) nach dem vorangehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Stützplatte (113a, 113b) als Winkel mit zwei Wänden (115a, 116a; 115b, 116b) ausgebildet ist, die an zwei benachbarten Seiten des zugeordneten Gelenkhebels (104a, 104b) positioniert werden, wobei jeder Gelenkhebel (104a, 104b) einen quadratischen oder rechteckigen Querschnitt aufweist.
  3. Vorrichtung zum Anlenken (100) nach dem vorangehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stützplatte (113a, 113b) mit Hilfe von mindestens drei Nieten (118a, 118b) an dem zugeordneten Gelenkhebel (104a, 104b) befestigt ist, wobei zwei erste Niete (118a, 118b) an einer ersten Wand (115a, 115b) der Stützplatte (113a, 113b) ausgebildet sind und ein dritter Niet (118a, 118b) an der anderen Wand (116a, 116b) der Stützplatte (113a, 113b) ausgebildet ist.
  4. Vorrichtung zum Anlenken (100) nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stützdraht (114a, 114b) mit Hilfe von mindestens zwei Schweißnähten (117a, 117b) mit der zugeordneten Stützplatte (113a, 113b) fest verbunden ist.
  5. Vorrichtung zum Anlenken (100) nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stützdraht (114) durch Biegen derart hergestellt ist, dass nach der Montage keine Nachbearbeitung der zugeordneten Balancierfeder (111) notwendig ist.
  6. Vorrichtung zum Anlenken (100) nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stützdraht (114) einen Querschnitt mit einem konstanten Durchmesser (D), insbesondere von zirka 10 mm, aufweist.
  7. Verfahren zur Montage einer Kofferraumtür (102) an eine Karosseriestruktur (103) eines Kraftfahrzeugs, das mit einer Vorrichtung zum Anlenken (100) nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche ausgestattet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es mindestens die folgenden aufeinanderfolgenden Schritte umfasst:
    - Montieren der Kofferraumtür (102) an die zugeordnete Karosseriestruktur (103),
    - Befestigen der Gelenkstangen (104) an der Karosseriestruktur (103),
    - Positionieren der zugeordneten Stützplatten (113) in den den Gelenkhebeln (104) entsprechenden Zonen,
    - Nieten (118) der Stützplatten (113), an die zuvor die zugeordneten Stützdrähte (114) geschweißt wurden,
    - Platzieren der Balancierfedern (111).
