Claims (12)

  1. Dispositif de recouvrement (400), tout particulièrement pour le recouvrement d'une voie de roulement à galets (120) d'une installation de porte glissante (100), comprenant un recouvrement (410) avec au moins une première surface de recouvrement (420) et une plaque d'identification (440) avec une section d'identification (442) et une section de montage (444), la section d'identification (442) s'étendant à deux dimensions le long de la première surface de recouvrement (420) et la première surface de recouvrement (420) comprenant une ouverture de montage (422) à travers laquelle la section de montage (444) de la plaque d'identification (440) s'étend, la plaque d'indentification (440) étant attachée sur le recouvrement (410) au moyen de moyens d'attachement (450), le recouvrement (410) présentant une deuxième surface de recouvrement (430), laquelle est orientée de façon angulaire, tout particulièrement de façon rectangulaire par rapport à la première surface de recouvrement (420), et la section de montage (444) s'étendant à deux dimensions le long de la deuxième surface de recouvrement (430), la deuxième surface de recouvrement (430) présentant des moyens de guidage (432) pour un guidage du mouvement de la plaque d'identification (440) vers une position de montage, les moyens de guidage (432) formant au moins partiellement une connexion par la forme avec la section de montage (444).
  2. Dispositif de recouvrement (400) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la deuxième surface de recouvrement (430) présente une section de surface élastique (434), laquelle s'étend à deux dimensions en contact le long de la section de montage (444) de la plaque d'identification (440) et charge la section de montage avec une force de rétention.
  3. Dispositif de recouvrement (400) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 2, caractérisé en ce que la deuxième surface de recouvrement (430) présente une section de rupture programmée (436), laquelle est pénétrée par des moyens d'attachement (450) de la plaque d'identification (440).
  4. Dispositif de recouvrement (400) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la deuxième surface de recouvrement (430) présente un retrait à deux dimensions (438), le long duquel s'étend la section de montage (444) de la plaque d'identification (440).
  5. Dispositif de recouvrement (400) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les moyens d'attachement (450) sont aménagés comme dispositif à enclencher-encastrer, au moins un ergot d'encastrement (452) du recouvrement (410) s'encastrant dans une découpe d'encastrement (454) de la plaque d'identification (440).
  6. Dispositif de recouvrement (400) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la plaque d'identification (440) présente au moins une des caractéristiques de matière suivantes :
    - une surface structurée, tout particulièrement lustrée à la brosse, sur une face visible,
    - aménagement au moins partiel en matière plastique, tout particulièrement en matière thermoplastique,
    - aménagement au moins partiel en métal, tout particulièrement en acier inoxydable.
  7. Dispositif de recouvrement (400) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les moyens d'attachement (450) sont aménagés au moins partiellement comme moyens d'adhésion pour un attachement adhésif, tout particulièrement de la section d'identification (442) sur la première surface de recouvrement (420).
  8. Dispositif de recouvrement (400) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'une identification (460) est agencée sur une face visible (446) de la plaque d'identification (440) ayant tout particulièrement au moins une des formes suivantes :
    - perforation
    - étampage
    - gravure
    - typographie.
  9. Dispositif de recouvrement (400) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la section de montage (444), tout particulièrement en corrélation avec une deuxième surface de recouvrement (430), est aménagée de telle façon que la section d'identification (442) s'étend espacée de la première surface de recouvrement (420) le long de la première surface de recouvrement (420).
  10. Dispositif de recouvrement (400) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la section d'identification (442) présente une section partielle de manutention au moins pour l'une des fonctions suivantes :
    - l'enlèvement du recouvrement (410),
    - l'enlèvement de la première surface de recouvrement (420) et/ou de la deuxième surface de recouvrement (430),
    - l'enlèvement de la plaque d'identification (440).
  11. Procédé de montage pour un dispositif de recouvrement (400), présentant tout particulièrement les caractéristiques de l'une des revendications 1 à 10, pour le recouvrement d'une voie de roulement à galets (120), présentant les étapes suivantes :
    - installer une première surface de recouvrement (420) d'un recouvrement (410) en position recouvrant,
    - installer en option une deuxième surface de recouvrement (430) d'un recouvrement (410) tout particulièrement sur la première surface de recouvrement (420) en position recouvrant,
    - attacher une plaque d'identification (440) sur le recouvrement (410), une section d'identification (444) de la plaque d'identification (440) s'étendant le long de la première surface de recouvrement (420) et une section de montage (442) de la plaque d'identification (440) à travers une ouverture de montage (422) de la première surface de recouvrement (420).
  12. Installation de porte coulissante (100) présentant une voie de roulement à galets (120) et au moins un chariot à galets (10) supporté de façon déplaçable dans la voie de roulement à galets (120), la voie de roulement à galets (120) étant recouverte par un dispositif de recouvrement (400) ayant les caractéristiques d'une des revendications 1 à 10.
