Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Herstellen flammhemmender Wellpappe (10, 100) sowie entsprechende flammhemmende Wellpappe (10, 100). Bei dem Verfahren wird eine Wellenbahn (14) aus einer ersten Wellpappenrohpapierbahn aus flammhemmendem Papier gefertigt. Auf diese Wellenbahn (14) werden zwei ebene Wellpappenrohpapierbahnen (12, 16) geklebt, wobei als Klebstoff mit einem Rheologiemodifizierer versetzte Stärke verwendet wird. Der Rheologiemodifizierer ist derart ausgebildet, dass ein beim Klebstoffauftrag entstehender Film schneller reißt als bei Standardstärke und/oder der Feststoffgehalt des Klebstoffs größer ist als bei Standardstärke.
