- the strut framework 4 is made as a regular contiguous hexagons (a honeycomb). Wherein all struts are made of strips 7 assembled to form the cells 6 of the strut framework 4, the strips have at least one round hole 8 on a side of the hexagon.
- Each cell 6 of the strut framework 4 is filled by the filler 5 made of a polyisocyanurate foam PIR, which is poured by the round holes on sides of the hexagons.
- Both outer boards of the panel and the strut framework's strips are produced of cement-cellulose what increase considerably the fire resistance properties of the panel. Also the quality of the polyisocyanurate foam PIR increase those characteristics.
- the strips have at least one hole on a side of each half of a hexagon what facilitates accurate fulfilment of inner cells of the strut framework by the polyisocyanurate foam PIR what enables a transmission of loads by the panel's core, enhancing by this mechanical properties of the panel.
- the fabrication is also simplified by the fact, that the strut framework is composed of modular, repetitive strips.
