Claims (4)
- Textilanlage zum Weben einer nahtlosen Gurtschlaufe einer Kletter-Expressschlinge, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Textilanlage ein Grundgestell (5), Auflagen (6), die auf dem Grundgestell (5) angeordnet sind, und eine Spindel (7) aufweist, die auf jeder der Auflagen (6) angeordnet ist, wobei das Grundgestell (5) mit einer Öffnung (8) versehen ist, wobei eine bewegliche Spindelanordnung, die in die Öffnung (8) passt, an der Öffnung (8) vorgesehen ist, wobei die Spindelanordnung eine Basiseinheit, eine Auflage (6), die auf dem Grundgestell (5) angeordnet ist, und die Spindel (7) aufweist, die auf der Auflage (6) angeordnet ist, wobei die Spindeln (7) in einem Kreis angeordnet sind und wobei ein Webdurchgang (9), der durch die Basiseinheit verläuft, in der Mitte des Kreises angeordnet ist.
- Textilanlage nach Anspruch 1, wobei eine Zahnradwelle, die mit mehreren Zahnrädern verbunden ist, in der Basiseinheit angeordnet ist, wobei ein Ende der Zahnradwelle mit der Spindel (7) verbunden ist, und wobei das andere Ende der Zahnradwelle mit einer Antriebseinheit der Textilanlage derart verbunden ist, dass die Spindel (7) von der Antriebseinheit angetrieben wird, und die Basiseinheit an einer Seite der Öffnung (8) gelenkig angebracht und auf der anderen Seite der Öffnung (8) eingerastet ist.
- Textilverfahren zum Weben einer nahtlosen Gurtschlaufe einer Kletter-Expressschlinge unter Verwendung einer Textilanlage nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verfahren die Schritte umfasst:S1) in Gang setzen der Textilanlage, um ein hohles Gewebe mit einer Länge zu weben;S2) Führen eines gewebten Endes des hohlen Gewebes von der Textilanlage nach außen und anschließendes Einführen des gewebten Endes in ein webendes Ende des hohlen Gewebes durch den Webdurchgang (9) an der Unterseite des Grundgestells (5) der Textilanlage, so dass eine Schlaufe gebildet wird, kontinuierliches Weben entlang der Schlaufe, um das hohle Gewebe mit mehreren Gewebeschichten zu umhüllen, und Verbinden des webenden Endes mit der äußersten Gewebeschicht derart, dass eine gewebte Gurtschlaufe der Kletter-Expressschlinge gebildet wird, wobei eine Indikationsschicht benachbart zu der äußersten Gewebeschicht vorhanden ist; undS3) Ausrasten der Spindelanordnung an einer Öffnung des Grundgestells der Textilanlage und Entfernen der gewebten Gurtschlaufe.
- Textilverfahren zum Weben einer nahtlosen Gurtschlaufe einer Kletter-Expressschlinge unter Anwendung einer Textilanlage nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verfahren die Schritte umfasst:S1) in Gang setzen der Textilanlage, um ein röhrenförmiges Gewebe, das ein festes Gewebe umhüllt, mit einer Länge zu weben;S2) Führen eines gewebten Endes des röhrenförmigen Gewebes, das das feste Gewebe umhüllt, von der Textilanlage nach außen und anschließend Einführen des gewebten Endes in ein webendes Ende des röhrenförmigen Gewebes durch den Webdurchgang (9) an der Unterseite des Grundgestells (5) der Textilanlage, um eine Schlaufe zu bilden, kontinuierliches Weben entlang der Schlaufe, um das röhrenförmige Gewebe mit mehreren Gewebeschichten zu umhüllen, und Verbinden eines webenden Endes mit der äußersten Gewebeschicht, derart, dass eine gewebte Gurtschlaufe der Kletter-Expressschlinge gebildet wird; undS3) Ausrasten der Spindelanordnung an einer Öffnung des Grundgestells der Textilanlage und Entfernen der gewebten Gurtschlaufe.
