Claims (9)

  1. Zylindrische Dose mit einem Behälter (12) und einer kreisförmigen Verschlussvorrichtung (10) aus Kork, die den Behälter (12) verschließen soll, wobei der Behälter (12) eine Öffnung (38) und einen kreisförmigen Rand (36) aufweist, der die Öffnung (38) umgibt, wobei die kreisförmige Verschlussvorrichtung (10) einen Ansatz (18), der einen Greifteil (14) begrenzt, der eine Greifdicke Ep aufweist, und einen Verschlussteil (16), der eine Verschlussdicke Eb aufweist, aufweist, wobei der Verschlussteil (16) eine proximale kreisförmige Umrandung (24) aufweist, die an dem Ansatz (18) entlangläuft;
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Behälter (12), der aus einem Material auf Zellulosebasis hergestellt ist, eine kreisförmige Verdickung (42) umfasst, die gemäß der Wulsttechnik hergestellt ist und sich im Inneren des Behälters (12) entlang des kreisförmigen Randes (36) erstreckt, während die proximale kreisförmige Umrandung (24) des Verschlussteils (16) eine Nut (28) aufweist, so dass die kreisförmige Verdickung (42) in das Innere der Nut (28) eingreift, wenn der Verschlussteil (16) durch die Öffnung (38) eingepresst wird, und dass die Greifdicke Ep größer ist als die Verschlussdicke Eb.
  2. Zylindrische Dose nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verschlussteil (16) eine freie distale kreisförmige Umrandung (26) entgegengesetzt zur proximalen kreisförmigen Umrandung aufweist und dass die distale Umrandung eine Abschrägung (34) aufweist.
  3. Zylindrische Dose nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Behälter (12) eine untere kreisförmige Verdickung (44) von gleicher Beschaffenheit wie die obere kreisförmige Verdickung (42), die sich zur Innenseite (40) des Behälters (12) erstreckt, und einen Boden (41), der sich an der unteren kreisförmigen Verdickung (44) abstützt, aufweist, um die Verschlussvorrichtung (10) an die Bodenwand (41) anfügen zu können und die Verschlussvorrichtung (10) mit der Bodenwand (41) fest verbinden zu können.
  4. Zylindrische Dose nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Nut (28) eine gerade Flanke (30) aufweist, die sich in der Verlängerung des Ansatzes (18) erstreckt.
  5. Zylindrische Dose nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Nut (28) eine gekrümmte Flanke (32) gegenüber dem Ansatz (18) aufweist, die einen Flankenkrümmungsradius Rf aufweist.
  6. Zylindrische Dose nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abschrägung (34) einen Abschrägungskrümmungsradius Rc aufweist.
  7. Zylindrische Dose nach den Ansprüchen 5 und 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Flankenkrümmungsradius Rf und der Abschrägungskrümmungsradius Rc im Wesentlichen identisch sind.
  8. Zylindrische Dose nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verschlussteil (16) einen tangentialen Verschlusszylinder definiert, der einen Verschlussradius Rb aufweist, während der Greifteil (14) einen tangentialen Greifzylinder koaxial zum tangentialen Verschlusszylinder definiert, der einen Greifradius Rp aufweist, und dass die Differenz des Verschlussradius Rb und des Greifradius Rp zwischen 3 und 5 mm liegt.
  9. Zylindrische Dose nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verschlussteil (16) eine freie Fläche (20) entgegengesetzt zum Greifteil (14) aufweist, die von der Abschrägung (34) durch eine kreisförmige Linie abgegrenzt ist, die einen Durchmesser aufweist, der geringer ist als der Durchmesser des Bodens der Nut (28).
