Abstract

L'invention concerne une ferrure d'un battant (2) d'une fenêtre ou d'une porte, au moins relevable et/ou basculant, mais de préférence également coulissant. Cette ferrure est pourvue d'un rail (16), une tringlerie de commande (7), laquelle comporte une bielle (8) pouvant être déplacée vers le bas pour abaisser le battant (2) au moyen d'un organe d'actionnement (5), se situant sur des traverses verticales de battant (23) à l'intérieur d'une gorge de ferrure (20) du battant (2), et transférant le coulissement sur au moins un chariot (10) accouplé au moyen d'un renvoi d'angle (9). La ferrure comporte un dispositif de fermeture (21), lequel est fixé au moyen d'un boîtier (26) sur la tringlerie de commande (7) à l'intérieur de la gorge de ferrure (20) et peut être accouplé à la tringlerie de commande (7) au moyen d'une pièce de guidage (24). La pièce de guidage (24) peut être déplacée par l'actionnement de la bielle (8) de la tringlerie de commande (7) et amène un verrou pivotant (29), commandé sur la pièce de guidage (24) par un curseur (27) et monté en rotation sur le boîtier (26) du dispositif de fermeture (21) par l'intermédiaire d'un point de rotation (28), d'une position d'ouverture dissimulée dans le boîtier (26) et située à l'intérieur de la tringlerie de commande (7), à l'encontre de la direction permettant l'abaissement du battant (2), dans un champ d'actionnement libre (30) d'une position de fermeture. Le verrou pivotant (29) comporte une première coulisse (31) en prise par coopération de formes, lors du passage dans la position de fermeture, avec un tourillon (32) disposé sur le verrouillage (22) fixé sur le dormant (1). Le verrou pivotant (29) comporte une deuxième coulisse (33) s'étendant quasiment parallèlement à la première coulisse (31), disposée au niveau de l'extrémité (34) plus éloignée du point de pivot (28), formant une ouverture d'interstice en étant en prise avec l'axe (32).
