Definitions

  • the invention relates to a production line with a bending press, as specified in claim 1.
  • a manipulation robot or the backgauge unit is used to set up the bending tools on the bending machine.
  • the bending tool is removed by means of the manipulation robot or the back stop unit from the tool storage and positioned depending on the tool receiving system in the tool holder.
  • the bending tool is inserted along the longitudinal alignment of the tool holder in this and is thus positioned.
  • the bending tool is used by the manipulation robot or the back stop unit directly at its end position in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction, wherein in this case a locking mechanism for inserting the tool must be present in the bending tool.
  • a bending tool is used by a manipulation device in the tool storage and then by means of a spindle drive or by means of a rack in the longitudinal direction of the tool memory is positioned.
  • a spindle drive, or a rack are expensive to produce and are therefore expensive to buy.

  • the present invention has for its object to provide a manufacturing plant for the free bending of sheet metal to be produced workpieces, which has an improved device for tooling.
  • a production plant in particular for the free bending of workpieces to be produced from sheet metal, is formed.

  • An advantage of the embodiment according to the invention is that a second manipulation device configured in this way for positioning the bending tools can consist of a few, simply constructed individual parts.
  • the manipulation device not only as robust as possible and still in lightweight, but can also be produced inexpensively.
  • a manipulation device constructed in this way is not very wary. processing intensive.
  • an excessive susceptibility to error of the manipulation device can be obstructed.
  • the expression, according to which the traction means is guided in a slot of the bending tool since thus the traction means can be protected from environmental influences, whereby damage to the traction means can be obstructed.
  • the combination of a manipulation device for inserting the bending tools with a manipulation device for positioning the bending tools is very advantageous since this can greatly reduce set-up times.
  • the at least one traction means is designed as a rope.
  • a traction means which e.g. is designed in the form of a steel cable, is particularly robust and resistant. Furthermore, a trained in the form of a rope traction means is very wear and can absorb high forces at relatively low dimensions. Another advantage is that a rope can be easily deflected, and that a pulley does not have to have complicated geometry.
  • the at least one driver element engages around the traction means and has an essentially rotationally symmetrical basic shape. It is advantageous here that a driver element with a substantially rotationally symmetrical basic shape does not have to be mounted in a specific angular position on the traction means. Furthermore, in a driver element with rotationally symmetrical basic shape, a rotation of the traction means during operation has no negative influence on the functionality of the manipulation device. This is particularly advantageous when using a rope as traction means, since a rope against rotation about its longitudinal axis is not very stable. This is especially the case with an endless rope guided around two deflection means. Such a driver element, which surrounds the traction means, can be arranged centrally on the traction means on the one hand. Furthermore, such a mating element can be equipped with a simple fastening system, so that it can be easily attached to the traction means.
  • the working area of the at least one traction means extends substantially over the entire length of the tool holder.
  • the advantage here is that thus the bending tools positioned on the total length of the tool holder can be. It is quite possible that the working area on the side of the machine to which the tool memory is connected is somewhat shorter.
  • the second manipulation device is positioned so that at least one section of the at least one traction means is arranged to extend within the clear cross section of the slot-like tool holder, so that it can be brought into engagement with the bending tool.
  • the advantage here is that thereby the traction means is well protected from environmental influences. Furthermore, it can be achieved that the space requirement of the second manipulation device can be kept low. This results from the fact that the essential components of the second manipulation device can be arranged within the tool holder. Thus, the number of protruding from the tool holder parts is minimized.
  • the bending tools can be equipped with a first traction means by means of which the bending tools can be positioned in a first direction of the longitudinal direction of the tool holder, and that a second traction means is provided, through which the bending tools in a direction to the first direction opposite second direction can be positioned.
  • a second traction means is provided, through which the bending tools in a direction to the first direction opposite second direction can be positioned.
  • the individual bending tools can be easily and quickly positioned.
  • each attached to a traction means driver element can be positioned on one side of the bending press, in particular the tool holder.
  • the bending tools can be selectively moved in the first direction, or in the second direction, without a driver element must be moved to the second side of the bending tools.
  • the bending tools can be brought together, for example, to be able to reduce gaps between the individual bending tools.
  • the second manipulation device comprises at least two cable drums connected to a drive unit, between which the at least one cable-shaped traction means is tensioned, and to which cable drums the at least one cable-shaped traction means can be wound alternately.
  • the second manipulation device comprises at least one drive unit which is coupled in motion with a deflection means, by means of which drive unit, the traction means is movable and positionable, wherein the traction means is designed as a circulating Endloszugstoff. It is advantageous that, in contrast to the version with alternate winding of the traction means on two cable drums, only one driven deflection unit is needed. Thus, a manipulation device constructed in this way can be made substantially less expensive than a manipulation device with two driven deflecting means.
  • the deflection unit is designed as a deflection roller.
  • the design of the deflection unit as a deflection roller has the advantage that a deflection roller can be easily manufactured. As a result, this is less error-prone and inexpensive to manufacture. Furthermore, a pulley is very wear, which also maintenance costs can be kept low.
  • At least one deflecting means is displaceable transversely to the longitudinal direction of the tool holder, whereby the driver element fastened to a part section of the traction means can be brought into engagement with the bending tool.
  • the advantage here is that can be achieved by this measure that the traction element mounted on the traction element, which is usually in engagement with the bending tool so that the bending tool can be moved by the traction means, so far can be moved in the vertical direction that it no longer in operative engagement with the bending tool.
  • the driver element can be positioned on the opposite side of the bending tool or the bending tools, whereby the bending tools can be moved with only one driver element either in the first direction or in the second direction along the longitudinal direction of the tool holder.
  • At least one deflecting means is looped around several times by the traction means. This may be necessary in that deflection, which serves as a drive for the traction means. Especially when high forces are to be absorbed on a traction device, which is designed as a cable, multiple wrapping may be advantageous in order to be able to apply sufficient frictional force.
