Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de présentation d'informations relatives à un processus de cuisson qui se déroule dans un appareil de cuisson, dans lequel on utilise une surface d'affichage multifonctionnelle (10) qui est divisée en une zone d'affichage principale (12) et au moins deux zones d'affichage secondaires (22, 24, 26, 28). Dans la section d'affichage principale (12) est présenté un élément d'affichage (14) en forme de colonne qui contient des informations sur la teneur en humidité de l'atmosphère dans la chambre de cuisson de l'appareil de cuisson ainsi que des informations sur la température de l'atmosphère dans la chambre de cuisson. L'information relative à l'humidité est présentée à la manière d'un tambour d'affichage (16) et l'information relative à la température est présentée à la manière d'une colonne de température (20) sur le tambour d'affichage (16). L'information relative à l'humidité est présentée en plus sous la forme d'une information en couleur en fonction de l'humidité et de la température. L'invention concerne également un appareil de cuisson comportant un dispositif d'affichage sur lequel des informations relatives à un processus de cuisson, qui se déroule dans l'appareil de cuisson, peuvent être présentées par le procédé susmentionné.
