Claims (13)
- Procédé d'assemblage d'un dispositif d'aide auditive, le procédé comprenant :la fourniture d'une structure (1100) comportant une partie de structuration directe par laser, LDS ;l'insertion d'un module de circuit universel flexible, UCM, (1200) ayantdes traces de surface conductrices et un support élastomère dans la structure (1100), l'UCM comportant un circuit flexible en couches enroulé sur au moins un côté et le circuit flexible comportant un adhésif sensible à la pression pour faire adhérer le circuit flexible à l'UCM (1200), l'UCM (1200) étant configuré pour une connexion remplaçable et comportant des composants électroniques pour l'assistance auditive ; etla connexion électrique de l'UCM (1200) à la partie LDS à l'aide d'une compression directe sans utiliser de fils ou de soudure.

- Procédé selon la revendication 5, la partie LDS comportant des points de pression conducteurs qui sont configurés pour s'aligner avec les traces conductrices exposées, et la structure (1100) étant configurée pour fournir une force de compression sur l'UCM (1200) avec flexion.
- Procédé selon la revendication 6, les points de pression conducteurs comprenant un fini résistant à la corrosion.
- Dispositif d'aide auditive, comprenantune structure (1100) comportant une partie de structuration directe par laser, LDS ; etun module de circuit universel flexible, UCM,(1200) ayant des traces de surface conductriceet un support élastomère, le module de circuit flexible étant configuré pour être inséré dans la structure (1100) ;l'UCM (1200) étant configuré pour se connecter électriquement à la partie LDS à l'aide d'une compression directe sans l'utilisation de fils ou de soudure, l'UCM (1200) comportant un circuit flexible en couches enroulé sur au moins un côté et le circuit flexible comportant un adhésif à pression sensible pour faire adhérer le circuit flexible à l'UCM (1200), et l'UCM (1200) étant configuré pour une connexion remplaçable et comportant des composants électroniques pour l'assistance auditive.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 8, le dispositif comportant un assemblage de produit standard.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 9, le dispositif comportant une coque sur mesure.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 8 à 10, le dispositif d'assistance auditive comportant une aide auditive.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 11, l'aide auditive comportant une aide auditive intra-auriculaire (ITE).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 11, l'aide auditive comportant une aide auditive contour d'oreille (BTE).
