Claims (15)

  1.     caractérisé en ce qu'
    il est produit et émis, par l'appareil (2) de voie CBTC, une instruction (BK) de blocage si la liaison (3) de communication est interrompue et
    en ce qu'il est bloqué par le poste (11) d'aiguillage CBTC, à la réception de l'instruction (BK) de commande, une annulation, pour le véhicule (1) ferroviaire, de l'itinéraire (FS) prévu à l'instant de l'interruption de la liaison (3) de communication.
  2. Procédé suivant la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce qu'
    il est donné, par l'appareil (4) de voie CBTC, l'instruction de blocage des itinéraires du poste (11) d'aiguillage CBTC au tronçon (SA) de voie, qui s'étend entre la position du véhicule ferroviaire à l'instant de l'interruption de la liaison (3) de communication et la fin de l'autorisation (FE) présente de rouler.
  3. Procédé suivant la revendication 2,
    caractérisé en ce que,
    par l'appareil (4) de voie CBTC, le tronçon (SA) de voie reste réservé comme autorisation de rouler pour le véhicule (1) ferroviaire lors de l'interruption de la liaison (3) de communication.
  4. Procédé suivant l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'appareil (2) de véhicule CBTC utilise, pour que le véhicule (1) ferroviaire continue à circuler, l'autorisation (FE) de rouler présente à l'interruption de la liaison (3) de communication.
  5. Procédé suivant l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce qu'
    il est provoqué par l'appareil (2) de véhicule CBTC, lors de l'interruption de la liaison (3) de communication et s'il y a une autorisation de rouler comportant un accès au quai, un arrêt du véhicule (1) ferroviaire à un point d'arrêt standard sur le quai avec une ouverture des portes.

  8. Système CBTC (Communication-Based Train Contrôl) comprenant au moins un véhicule (1) ferroviaire, qui, par son appareil (2) de véhicule CBTC, est en liaison de communication avec un appareil (4) de voie CBTC, lequel pour sa part est relié en communication avec un poste (11) d'aiguillage CBTC,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'appareil (2) de voie CBTC est constitué de manière à produire et à émettre, s'il se produit une interruption de la liaison (3) de communication, une instruction (BK) de blocage et
    le poste (11) d'aiguillage CBTC est réalisé de manière à bloquer, à la réception de l'instruction (BK) de blocage, une annulation des itinéraires (FS) présents à l'instant de la rupture de la liaison (3) de communication.
  9. Système CBTC suivant la revendication 8,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'appareil (4) de voie CBTC est réalisé de manière à donner l'instruction (BK) de blocage des itinéraires (FS) au tronçon (SA) de voie, qui s'étend entre la position du véhicule (1) ferroviaire à l'instant de l'interruption de la liaison (3) de communication et la fin de l'autorisation (FE) de rouler présente.
  10. Système CBTC suivant la revendication 9,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'appareil (4) de voie CBTC est constitué de manière à réserver le tronçon (SA) de voie comme itinéraire pour le véhicule (1) ferroviaire.
  11. Système CBTC suivant l'une des revendications 8 à 10,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'appareil (2) de véhicule CBTC est constitué de manière à provoquer, pour une autorisation de rouler comportant une gare, un arrêt du véhicule (1) ferroviaire à un point d'arrêt standard avec une ouverture des portes.
  12. Système CBTC suivant l'une des revendications 7 à 10,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'appareil (4) de voie CBTC est réalisé de manière à étendre l'autorisation de rouler et les itinéraires respectivement jusqu'à l'accès au quai immédiatement suivant ou directement derrière un véhicule ferroviaire précédent.
  13. Système CBTC suivant l'une des revendications 8 à 12,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la liaison de communication est une liaison (3) radio ou une liaison par un conducteur linéaire ou par un circuit de voie.
  14. Système CBTC suivant l'une des revendications 8 à 13,
    caractérisé en ce qu'
