Clogging of the pierced hole in the top wall 3 is due to the superabsorbent polymer which resembles a gel in the swollen state.

Abstract

La présente invention se rapporte à une capsule (1) destinée à être utilisée dans une machine de préparation de boissons, ladite capsule comprenant : (i) des parois latérales (2), une paroi d'injection perçable (3) conçue pour être percée par des moyens d'injection de fluide (4) de la machine, et une paroi de distribution (5) conçue pour distribuer ladite boisson, qui délimitent un volume interne fermé, (ii) une paroi de distribution de fluide flexible (7) qui est située à l'intérieur du volume fermé de la capsule, à une certaine distance au-dessous de la paroi perçable (3) de sorte à séparer : un compartiment d'espace libre (8) entre la paroi perçable (3) et ladite paroi de distribution de fluide (7) qui peut recevoir les moyens d'injection pendant l'injection du fluide, et un compartiment d'ingrédient (9) situé entre ladite paroi de distribution de fluide (7) et ladite paroi de distribution (5), contenant un lit de particules d'ingrédient de boisson non solubles, caractérisée en ce que le compartiment d'espace libre (8) contient un polymère superabsorbant (10) qui peut absorber une quantité de fluide injecté, et gonfler de sorte à remplir le compartiment d'espace libre (8) et exercer une force de pression sur la surface de la paroi de distribution de fluide (7) pour prévenir un mouvement important des particules d'ingrédient pendant que ledit fluide traverse ledit ingrédient.
