Description
- Die Erfindung betrifft ein Pb-freies Teilzerlegungsgeschoss bestehend aus einem Geschossmantel, einem darin verpressten Heckkern und einem verpressten Bugkern im Ogivenbereich, wobei der Bugkern auf dem Heckkern aufsitzt.
- Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, ein Pb-freies Teilzerlegungsgeschoss so zu verbessern, dass beim Auftreffen auf einen Zielkörper der Heckkern sich nicht vom anliegenden Geschossmantel trennt und dadurch ein sicherer Ausschuss aus dem Zielkörper gewährleistet ist.
DE19930474 A1 offenbart ein Teilzerlegungsgeschoss mit Penetrator im Geschoßbug. Erfindungsgemäß wird diese Aufgabe durch ein Pb-freies (bleifreies) Teilzerlegungsgeschoss mit den Merkmalen des Anspruchs 1 gelöst. - Dadurch, dass zwischen dem Heckkern und dem Bugkern eine Sollbruchstelle angeordnet ist, wobei der Heckkern an seinem zum Bugkern gewandten Ende eine ausgeformte Vertiefung aufweist, die das zum Heckkern gewandte Ende des Bugkerns ausfüllt und der Geschossmantel auf seinem Außenumfang im Bereich der Sollbruchstelle eine umlaufende Abrisskante aufweist, beginnt sich beim Auftreffen auf einen Zielkörper der Geschossmantel im Bereich der Ogive bis zur Abrisskante und der Sollbruchstelle zu zerlegen. Bei genügend Kraft auf den deformierten Geschossmantel wird dieser vom Rest des Geschossmantels durch die Abrisskante getrennt. Anschließend beginnt sich der Heckkern aufgrund der ausgeformten Vertiefung zu deformieren und deckt den Bereich zwischen Mantel und Kern ab.
- Der Heckkern und/oder der Bugkern können auch aus Teilkernen bestehen. Die ausgeformte Vertiefung befindet sich dann im obersten Heckteil.
- Bevorzugt ist die ausgeformte Vertiefung ein Konus. Ein Konus lässt sich ohne Probleme einbringen und erleichtert den Zerlegungsvorgang.
- Die Abrisskante ist axial gesehen zwischen dem Anfang und Ende der Sollbruchstelle angeordnet. Die Abrisskante begrenzt den Zerlegungsprozess Erfindungsgemäß ist auf dem Geschossmantel in Richtung zum Geschossboden unterhalb der Abrisskannte eine umlaufende Halterille angebracht. Die Halterille bewirkt ein Zusammenhalten von Geschossmantel und Heckkern bis zum Beginn des Aufpilzvorganges des Heckkerns.
- Nachfolgend wird die Erfindung anhand von zwei Figuren weiter erläutert.

Figur 1 zeigt ein erfindungsgemäßes Pb-freies Teilzerlegungsgeschoss bestehend aus einem Geschossmantel 1, einem Heckkern 2, einem Bugkernen 3 im Ogivenbereich und einen Abtrennmechanismus 12 zwischen dem Bugkern 3 und dem Heckkern 2. Mit dem Bezugszeichen 5 ist der zerlegbare Teil des Geschosses bezeichnet, der aus dem Bugkern 3 und dem anliegenden Geschossmantel besteht. Der nicht zerlegbare Restkörper des Geschosses ist mit dem Bezugszeichen 6 bezeichnet und besteht aus dem Heckkern 2 und dem anliegenden Geschossmantel. - Als Materialien des Schossmantels können alle gut verformbaren Materialien verwendet werden, vorzugsweise Cu, MS, ST. Als Kernmaterialen eignen sich alle Pb-freien verpressbaren Materialien, z.B. Sn, Zn auch Granulate oder wie in
DE 10 2012 023398 A1 beschrieben, Kerne durchzogen mit Sollbruchstellen. - Der Abtrennmechanismus ist ein Zusammenspiel zwischen der ausgeformten Vertiefung im Heckkern, d.h. der Formgebung im verpressten Heckkern des Geschosses und der Abrisskante 8 im Geschossmantel.
- Im Heckkern 2 wird beim Verpressen in den Geschossmantel 1 die ausgeformte Vertiefung 7 angepresst, bestehend aus einem Konus oder einer beliebig gewählten Form, wichtig ist eine ausgeformte Vertiefung. Anschließend wird der für die Zerlegung zuständige Bugkern 3 in den Geschossmantel 1 eingebracht und verpresst. Die eingebrachte wichtige Vertiefung 7 bleibt als Sollbruchstelle erhalten. Nach Fertigstellung des Geschosses wird eine Abrisskante 8 in den Geschossmantel 1 eingearbeitet. Als Form der Abrisskante 8 können alle Formen verwendet werden, die ein sicheres Abreißen des Geschossmantels 1 im Bereich der Abrisskante 8 gewährleisten. Die Position der Abrisskante 8 liegt zwischen Beginn und Ende der ausgeformten Vertiefung im Heckkern. Nur so ist die Funktion und Wirkweise des Geschosses gewährleistet.
- Beim Auftreffen des Pb-freien Teilzerlegungsgeschosses auf einen Zielkörper (z.B. Wild) beginnt sich der Geschossmantel 1 und der Bugkern 3 bis zur Abrisskante 8 und der Vertiefung 7 im Heckkern 2 zu zerlegen. Bei genügend Kraft auf den deformierten Geschossmantel wird dieser vom Rest des Geschosses durch die Abrisskante 8 getrennt.
- Jetzt beginnt sich die Vertiefung 7 im Heckkern 2 zu deformieren (siehe
Figur 2 , Bezugszeichen 9) und deckt den Bereich 10 zwischen Geschossmantel 1 und Heckkern ab. Je nach Beschaffenheit der Mantelgeometrie oder -Material kann zusätzlich eine Halterille 11 (sieheFiguren 1 und2 ) unterhalb der Abrisskante 8 angebracht werden, diese bewirkt ein Zusammenhalten von Geschossmantel und Heckkern bis zum Beginn des Aufpilzvorganges des Heckkerns. Es kann kein Zielmedium in diesen Bereich eindringen. Somit wird ein Zusammenbleiben von Geschossmantel und Heckkern zu einem kompakten Geschossrestkörper gewährleistet, was zu einem sicheren Ausschuss aus dem Zielkörper beiträgt. - Würde im Heckkern keine Vertiefung 7 eingebracht, würde der Bereich 10 (siehe
Figur 2 ) zwischen Geschossmantel 1 und Heckkern 2 nicht abgedeckt. Zielmedium würde eindringen, der Heckkern 2 löst sich dadurch vom Geschossmantel und die Wirkweise des Geschosses wäre nicht mehr gewährleistet.
Claims (4)
- Pb-freies Teilzerlegungsgeschoss bestehend aus einem Geschossmantel (1), einem darin verpressten Heckkern (2) und einem verpressten Bugkern (3) im Ogivenbereich, wobei der Bugkern (3) auf dem Heckkern (2) aufsitzt,
wobei zwischen dem Heckkern (2) und dem Bugkern (3) eine Sollbruchstelle angeordnet ist, wobei der Heckkern (2) an seinem zum Bugkern (3) gewandten Ende eine ausgeformte Vertiefung (7) aufweist, die das zum Heckkern (2) gewandte Ende des Bugkerns (3) ausfüllt und der Geschossmantel (1) auf seinem Außenumfang im Bereich der Sollbruchstelle eine umlaufende Abrisskante (8) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet dass auf dem Geschossmantel (1) in Richtung zum Geschossboden unterhalb der Abrisskannte (8) eine umlaufende Halterille (11) angebracht ist. - Teilzerlegungsgeschoss nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Heckkern (2) und/oder der Bugkern (3) aus Teilkernen bestehen.
- Teilzerlegungsgeschoss nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die ausgeformte Vertiefung (7) ein Konus ist.
- Teilzerlegungsgeschoss nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abrisskante (8) axial gesehen zwischen dem Anfang und Ende der Sollbruchstelle angeordnet ist.
