Claims (13)
- Procédé de fabrication d'une structure sur une surface d'une pièce à usiner plane (1) avec les étapes suivantes :(A) application d'une couche de base liquide (2) sur une surface de la pièce à usiner (1) ;(B) pulvérisation d'une pluralité de gouttelettes (3) dans la couche de base (2) encore liquide de telle manière que l'épaisseur de couche de la couche de base (2) se modifie aux endroits, auxquels les gouttelettes (3) sont pulvérisées, dans lequel par la pulvérisation des gouttelettes (3) dans la couche de base (2) liquide appliquée précédemment des cavités sont introduites, dans lequel les gouttelettes pulvérisées (3) sont pulvérisées selon un modèle numérique qui est adapté à une image décorative imprimée précédemment ou ultérieurement sur la surface de telle manière que la structure apparue au moins dans des zones partielles de la surface soit synchrone à l'image décorative imprimée ;(C) fixation de la couche de base liquide (2).
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'avant ou après la fixation de la couche de base liquide (2) les gouttelettes pulvérisées (3) sont évaporées.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que lors de la fixation de la couche de base liquide (2) les gouttelettes pulvérisées (3) sont aussi fixées.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'une structure en trois dimensions avec une profondeur de 2 um à 100 um, de préférence de 3 um à 50 um est introduite par la pulvérisation des gouttelettes (3) dans la couche de base liquide (2) appliquée précédemment.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les gouttelettes (3) sont pulvérisées selon un document numérique à partir d'une tête d'impression numérique et/ou barre à buse numérique d'un dispositif pour la génération d'une structure sur une surface.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la couche de base liquide (2) et/ou les gouttelettes pulvérisées (3) se composent d'un matériau durcissant au rayonnement.
- Procédé selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que la fixation est marquée à l'étape (C) sous la forme de durcissement au rayonnement par rayonnement UV ou par rayonnement électronique.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les gouttelettes (3) pulvérisées selon un modèle numérique se composent d'un matériau contenant de l'acrylate.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'après l'étape (C), fixation de la couche de base liquide (2), une autre étape de procédé (D) est réalisée, dans laquelle d'autres gouttelettes (3) sont pulvérisées sur la couche de base (2) alors fixée et sont ensuite durcies.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que pendant l'étape (B) la pluralité de gouttelettes (3) se composent d'au moins deux matériaux différents de sorte qu'à des endroits déterminés des gouttelettes soient appliquées avec un matériau et à des endroits déterminés des gouttelettes soient appliquées avec une autre composition de matériau.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'après la pulvérisation de la pluralité de gouttelettes (3) dans la couche de base (2) encore liquide une réaction chimique entre le matériau des gouttelettes (3) pulvérisées et la couche de base (2) encore liquide apparaît de telle manière que le produit de réaction entre la couche de base (2) et les gouttelettes (3) modifie la structure à l'endroit optiquement et/ou haptiquement.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le volume des gouttelettes (3) est variée pendant la pulvérisation selon un modèle numérique.
- Dispositif de génération d'une structure sur une surface avec un dispositif de transport (6) pour l'entrée et/ou la sortie d'une pièce à usiner pourvue d'une couche de base liquide (2) dans un sens de transport, avec une ou plusieurs têtes d'impression (4) et/ou une ou plusieurs barres à buse numérique pour l'émission de gouttelettes sur et/ou dans la couche de base liquide (2) et avec un dispositif de fixation (5) qui est agencé en aval des têtes d'impression (2) et/ou barres à buse dans le sens de transport et qui irradie de la chaleur et/ou lumière sur la couche de base de la pièce à usiner pour la fixation, dans lequel le dispositif présente un dispositif de commande qui est réalisé pour la réalisation du procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes.
