Claims (15)

  1. Vorrichtung zum Befestigen (1) von Abdeckelementen (100, 200), die je mindestens eine mit einer Nut (150, 250) ausgestattete Kante aufweisen, an einer Oberseite (52) einer Unterkonstruktion (50), wobei die Vorrichtung mindestens einen Körper (20), der dafür konfiguriert ist, an der Unterkonstruktion (50) befestigt zu werden, und einen Kopf (12) umfasst, der dafür konfiguriert ist, mit mindestens einer Nut (150, 250) mindestens eines Abdeckelements (100, 200) zusammenzuwirken, um die Arretierung des Abdeckelements (100, 200) sicherzustellen, wobei die Befestigungsvorrichtung (1) ein Spannmittel (10) umfasst, das eine Stange (11) aufweist, die dazu bestimmt ist, mit dem Körper (20) und mit dem Kopf (12) zusammenzuwirken, und wobei die Befestigungsvorrichtung (1) mindestens ein Haltemittel (30, 40) umfasst, das dazu bestimmt ist, mindestens zum Teil in den Körper (20) und in eine Flanke (51) der Unterkonstruktion (50), um die Befestigung des Körpers (20) an der Flanke (51) der Unterkonstruktion (50) sicherzustellen, und so eingeführt zu werden, dass eine Zugkraft oder eine Kompressionskraft, die an den Kopf (12) angelegt wird, im Bereich des Haltemittels (30, 40) eine Scherspannung ausübt.
  2. Vorrichtung nach dem vorstehenden Anspruch, wobei der Körper (20) eine erste Seite (27) umfasst, die so konfiguriert ist, dass sie an der Flanke (51) der Unterkonstruktion (50) in Auflage gehen kann.
  3. Vorrichtung nach dem vorstehenden Anspruch, wobei der Körper (20) mindestens eine Längsöffnung (21) umfasst, die dazu bestimmt ist, das Spannmittel (10) aufzunehmen.
  4. Vorrichtung nach dem vorstehenden Anspruch, wobei der Körper (20) mindestens eine Queröffnung (22, 23) umfasst, die sich senkrecht zur Längsöffnung (21) und von der ersten Seite (27) bis zu einer der ersten Seite (27) gegenüberliegenden zweiten Seite (28) des Körpers (20) erstreckt.
  5. Vorrichtung nach dem vorstehenden Anspruch, die mindestens ein Haltemittel (30, 40) umfasst, das in der Lage ist, mit der mindestens einen Queröffnung (22, 23) zusammenzuwirken.
  6. Vorrichtung nach dem vorstehenden Anspruch, wobei das mindestens eine Haltemittel (30, 40) eine Stange (31, 41) umfasst, die dazu bestimmt ist, in die Unterkonstruktion (50) einzudringen, und sich in einer Richtung senkrecht zu der Richtung erstreckt, in der sich die Stange (31, 41) erstreckt, welche den Kopf (12) des Spannmittels (10) trägt.
  7. Vorrichtung nach dem vorstehenden Anspruch, die einen ersten Abstand (L) zwischen einem ersten Haltemittel (30, 40) und der Achse der Längsöffnung (21), und einen zweiten Abstand (I) zwischen einem zweiten Haltemittel (30, 40) und der Achse der Längsöffnung (21) umfasst; wobei die Differenz zwischen dem ersten (L) und zweiten (I) Abstand mindestens gleich dem Durchmesser der Stange (31, 41) der Haltemittel (30, 40) ist.
  8. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Körper (20) und mindestens das Spannmittel (10) vormontiert sind.
  9. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Spannmittel (10) an der Unterseite des Kopfes (12) eine Erhebung umfasst.
  10. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Körper (20) eine erste Seite (27) umfasst, die so konfiguriert ist, dass sie an der Flanke (51) der Unterkonstruktion in Auflage gehen kann, und wobei die erste Seite (27) des Körpers (20) mindestens ein Hakenmittel (25) umfasst, das einen Vorsprung bildet.
  11. Baugruppe, die mindestens eine Befestigungsvorrichtung (1), mindestens ein Abdeckelement (100, 200) und mindestens eine Unterkonstruktion (50) umfasst; wobei das Abdeckelement (100, 200) von mindestens einer Befestigungsvorrichtung (1) nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche an der Unterkonstruktion (50) befestigt gehalten wird.
  12. Baugruppe nach dem vorstehenden Anspruch, die mindestens ein erstes und ein zweites Abdeckelement (100, 200) umfasst, und wobei die Stange (11) des Spannmittels (10) der Befestigungsvorrichtung (1) so konfiguriert ist, dass ihr Durchmesser einen minimalen Abstand (E) darstellt, der das erste und das zweite Abdeckelement (100, 200) beim Positionieren trennt.
  13. Verfahren zum Befestigen von mindestens einem ersten Abdeckelement (100) mittels einer Befestigungsvorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10 an einer Unterkonstruktion (50),
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es mindestens umfasst:
    - einen Schritt des Befestigens von mindestens einer Befestigungsvorrichtung (1) an einer Flanke (51) der Unterkonstruktion (50);
    - einen Schritt des Positionierens des ersten Abdeckelements (100) in Bezug auf eine Oberseite (52) der Unterkonstruktion (50), wobei sich die Oberseite (52) senkrecht zur Flanke der Unterkonstruktion (50) erstreckt, bis zum teilweisen Einfügen des Kopfes (12) der Befestigungsvorrichtung in eine Nut (150) des ersten Abdeckelements (100);
    - einen Schritt des Verschraubens des Spannmittels (10), um das Arretieren des ersten Abdeckelements (100) an der Oberseite (52) der Unterkonstruktion (50) sicherzustellen.
  14. Verfahren nach dem vorstehenden Anspruch, wobei der Schritt des Positionierens des ersten Abdeckelements (100) erfolgt, bis das Abdeckelement (100) an der Stange (11) des Spannmittels (10) in Anschlag geht.
  15. Verfahren nach einem der zwei vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Schritt des Befestigens das translatorische Eintreiben der Haltemittel (30, 40) mittels eines Eintreibwerkzeugs umfasst, um die Dicke der Unterkonstruktion (50) mindestens teilweise zu durchdringen.
