Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Imprägnieren von Werkstoffplatten, insbesondere Holzfaserplatten, nach diesem Verfahren hergestellte Werkstoffplatten sowie eine Anlage zur Durchführung des Verfahrens.
Offenbart wird ein Verfahren zum Imprägnieren von Werkstoffplatten, insbesondere Holzfaserplatten, bei dem man einzelne Werkstoffplatten oder einen kontinuierlichen Werkstoffplattenstrang auf eine Transportvorrichtung derart aufgibt, dass die einzelnen Werkstoffplatten hintereinander angeordnet als endloser Strang von Werkstoffplatten auf der Transportvorrichtung aufliegen oder der kontinuierliche Werkstoffplattenstrang auf der Transportvorrichtung aufliegt, dass der Strang von einzelnen Werkstoffplatten oder der kontinuierliche Werkstoffplattenstrang kontinuierlich durch eine Imprägnierstation zum Einbringen eines Imprägniermediums in die Werkstoffplatten oder den Werkstoffplattenstrang geführt wird, wobei das Imprägniermedium mittels einer Vielzahl von Auftragsvorrichtungen, welche mindestens in einer Reihe über die volle Breite der einzelnen Werkstoffplatte oder des kontinuierlichen Werkstoffplattenstrangs angeordnet und individuell ansteuerbar sind, zeitgesteuert während des fortgesetzten Transportierens der einzelnen Werkstoffplatten des Strangs oder des kontinuierlichen Werkstoffplattenstrangs aufgetragen wird.
Die imprägnierten Werkstoffplatten weisen die Imprägnierung nur an den Stellen auf, an denen diese erforderlich ist, um die gewünschten Gebrauchseigenschaften zu erhalten.
