La surface de travail principale (4) et le corps (2) sont reliés par une broche (8) de manière que soit défini un espace intermédiaire (6) dans lequel une ou plusieurs surfaces de travail auxiliaires (7) munies d'une fente (9) sont insérées. La broche (8) passe à travers la fente (9) et permet la rotation des surfaces auxiliaires (7) autour d'un axe coïncidant avec un axe vertical longitudinal (X) le long duquel la broche (8) s'étend.
