Claims (15)

  1. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Sicherheitselements (3), das einen Sicherheitsfaden, einen Film oder einen Patch bildet, mit länglicher Form in einer Längsrichtung, für ein gesichertes Dokument, das in Längsrichtung eine Aufeinanderfolge von optisch variablen Bereichen aufweist, wobei dieses Verfahren die folgenden Schritte aufweist:
    a. Ausbilden einer Aufeinanderfolge von allgemein parallelen, optisch variablen Streifen (31, 32) auf einem Substrat (50), um einen Grundfilm (40) zu bilden,
    b. Zuschneiden des Sicherheitselements (3) im Grundfilm in einer Richtung (SM), die im Allgemeinen quer zu den Streifen verläuft.
  2. Herstellungsverfahren nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, wobei die optisch variablen Streifen (31, 32) erste Streifen (31) aufweisen, die sich mit zweiten Streifen (32) abwechseln, wobei die ersten und zweiten Streifen verschiedene Erscheinungsbilder und/oder optische Effekte aufweisen, wenn sie gleichzeitig in reflektiertem Licht in wenigstens einer Betrachtungsrichtung betrachtet werden, wobei die ersten und zweiten Streifen vorzugsweise so ausgebildet sind, dass:
    a. In einer ersten Betrachtungsrichtung des Grundfilms (40) die ersten Streifen und zweiten Streifen unterschiedliche Erscheinungsbilder aufweisen, und
    b. in einer zweiten Betrachtungsrichtung, die sich von der ersten unterscheidet, die ersten und zweiten Streifen jeweils das Erscheinungsbild geändert haben und die ersten Streifen ein anderes Erscheinungsbild als das der zweiten Streifen aufweisen, und besser noch die ersten (31) und zweiten (32) Streifen so ausgebildet sind, dass:
    i. in einer ersten Betrachtungsrichtung des Grundfilms (40) die ersten Streifen mit einem ersten Erscheinungsbild erscheinen, insbesondere gefärbt, reflektierend, lichtundurchlässig, transparent, halbtransparent oder matt erscheinen, und die zweiten Streifen mit einem zweiten Erscheinungsbild erscheinen, das sich vom ersten Erscheinungsbild unterscheidet, insbesondere gefärbt, reflektierend, lichtundurchlässig, transparent, halbtransparent oder matt erscheinen,
    ii. in einer zweiten Betrachtungsrichtung des Grundfilms, die sich von der ersten Richtung unterscheidet, die ersten Streifen mit dem zweiten Erscheinungsbild und die zweiten mit dem ersten Erscheinungsbild erscheinen,
    insbesondere mit den folgenden Kombinationen:
    - erstes Erscheinungsbild matt und zweites Erscheinungsbild reflektierend oder umgekehrt,
    - erstes und zweites Erscheinungsbild in verschiedenen Farben,
    - erstes Erscheinungsbild transparent oder halbtransparent und zweites Erscheinungsbild lichtundurchlässig.
  3. Herstellungsverfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die optisch variablen Streifen (31, 32) magnetisch ausgerichtete Pigmente aufweisen, wobei die magnetisch ausgerichteten Pigmente, die magnetisch ausgerichteten Pigmente (16; 17), die innerhalb ein und desselben Streifens (31; 32) vorhanden sind, vorzugsweise im Wesentlichen alle die gleiche Ausrichtung aufweisen.
  4. Herstellungsverfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei zwei benachbarte Streifen durch ein Intervall getrennt sind, wobei das Substrat vorzugsweise ein Sicherheitselement trägt, das wenigstens teilweise in dem Intervall sichtbar ist.
  5. Herstellungsverfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei jeder Streifen ein Linsenraster aufweist, wobei jedes Raster vorzugsweise konvexe, insbesondere im Wesentlichen halbkugelförmige Linsen aufweist.
  6. Herstellungsverfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die optisch variablen Bereiche des Sicherheitselements schräg sind, wobei jeder Bereich vorzugsweise eine Neigung im Verhältnis zur Längsrichtung des Sicherheitselements zwischen 30 und 90° (Grenze ausgenommen), besser zwischen 60 und 90° (Grenze ausgenommen) aufweist, wobei die Neigung insbesondere durch schräges Ausbilden der Streifen auf dem Grundfilm und Zuschneiden parallel zu einem Rand des Grundfilms erzielt wird, oder durch Ausbilden der Streifen parallel zu einem Rand des Grundfilms und Zuschneiden in einer Richtung, die schräg zu diesem Rand verläuft.
  7. Herstellungsverfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Breite (l) der optisch variablen Streifen (31, 32) zwischen 1 und 10 mm, vorzugsweise zwischen 2 und 5 mm beträgt.
  8. Herstellungsverfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Abstand (e) zwischen zwei optisch aktiven Streifen (31, 32) immer im Wesentlichen der gleiche ist und/oder der Abstand (e) zwischen zwei optisch aktiven Streifen (31, 32) zwischen 0,1 und 3 mm, besser zwischen 0,4 und 1 mm beträgt.
  9. Herstellungsverfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Breite (40) des zugeschnittenen Sicherheitselements (3) zwischen 1 und 10 mm, besser zwischen 3 und 5 mm beträgt.
  10. Herstellungsverfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Sicherheitselement (3) ein Sicherheitsfaden ist.
  11. Herstellungsverfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei jeder Streifen (31, 32) eine Aufeinanderfolge von Teilbereichen (71, 73; 72, 74) aufweist, die verschiedene optische Eigenschaften aufweisen, wobei der Abstand (d) zwischen zwei aufeinanderfolgenden Streifenteilbereichen (71, 73; 72, 74) ein und desselben Streifens zwischen 0 und 10 mm beträgt, wobei die Teilbereiche (71, 72; 73, 74) ein und desselben Streifens (31, 32) besser noch im Wesentlichen alle die gleiche Länge (g) aufweisen, wobei die Länge (g) eines Streifenteilbereichs vorzugsweise zwischen 1 und 10 mm beträgt, wobei die Streifenteilbereiche vorzugsweise ausgerichtete magnetische Pigmente aufweisen, wobei die Pigmente innerhalb ein und desselben Streifenteilbereichs (71, 72; 73, 74) im Wesentlichen alle die gleiche Ausrichtung aufweisen, wobei Teilbereiche, deren Pigmente im Wesentlichen alle eine gleiche erste Ausrichtung aufweisen, vorzugsweise abwechselnd mit anderen Teilbereichen angeordnet sind, deren Pigmente im Wesentlichen alle eine gleiche zweite Ausrichtung aufweisen, so dass ein Schachbrettmuster auf dem Grundfilm (40) gebildet wird, wobei das Sicherheitselement (3) vorzugsweise eine Breite (w) aufweist, die größer als die Länge (g) eines Streifenteilbereichs ist.
  12. Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die optisch variablen Streifen unterbrochen und jeweils durch einen Wechsel von Teilbereichen gebildet sind, die verschiedene optische Eigenschaften aufweisen, mit einem Versatz zwischen zwei aufeinanderfolgenden Streifen, damit die Teilbereiche auf dem Film in einer Schachbrettanordnung angeordnet sind, und wobei die Elemente auf wenigstens eine der folgenden Weisen zugeschnitten werden, zum Beispiel mit zwei verschiedenen Filmen, die jeweils entsprechend zweier von ihnen zugeschnitten werden:
    - die Sicherheitselemente werden durch Schneiden auf mittlerer Länge zweier aufeinanderfolgender Teilbereiche eines Streifens zugeschnitten (C1),
    - die Sicherheitselemente werden durch Schneiden zwischen den aufeinanderfolgenden Teilbereichen eines Streifens zugeschnitten (C2),
    - die Sicherheitselemente werden durch Schneiden zwischen jedem Paar aufeinanderfolgender Teilbereiche eines Streifens zugeschnitten (C3).
  13. Grundfilm, der zur Herstellung eines Sicherheitselements durch Zuschnitt dieses Grundfilms in einer Maschinenrichtung dient, aufweisend:
    - ein Substrat,
    - eine Aufeinanderfolge von optisch variablen Streifen, die vom Substrat getragen werden, die allgemein parallel verlaufen und im Allgemeinen quer zur Maschinenrichtung ausgerichtet sind, wobei der Grundfilm dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass die optisch variablen Streifen unterbrochen und jeweils durch einen Wechsel von Teilbereichen (71, 73; 72, 74) gebildet sind, die verschiedene optische Eigenschaften aufweisen, mit einem Versatz zwischen zwei aufeinanderfolgenden Streifen, damit die Teilbereiche auf dem Film in einer Schachbrettanordnung angeordnet sind, wobei die Teilbereiche eines Streifens vorzugsweise nicht aneinanderliegen, wobei die Streifen (31, 32) vorzugsweise in Maschinenrichtung voneinander beabstandet sind.
  14. Sicherheitselement mit länglicher Form für ein gesichertes Dokument, aufweisend in Längsrichtung eine Aufeinanderfolge von optisch variablen Bereichen, wobei die optisch variablen Bereiche magnetisch ausgerichtete Pigmente aufweisen, wobei zwei optisch variable Bereiche magnetische Pigmente aufweisen, die verschieden ausgerichtet sind, mit einem Erscheinen oder Verschwinden einer Reflexion bei einer Drehung des Elements im Verhältnis zum Betrachter um eine quer verlaufende Drehachse senkrecht zur Längsachse des Sicherheitselements oder um eine Drehachse parallel zur Längsachse des Sicherheitselements,
    wobei das Sicherheitselement dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass es einen Wechsel in Längsrichtung von Paaren benachbarter Teilbereiche aufweist, die verschiedene optische Eigenschaften aufweisen, mit einer Schachbrettanordnung der Teilbereiche auf dem Faden, wobei jeder Teilbereich eine Rechteckform mit einer langen Seite parallel zur Längsrichtung des Elements oder alternativ senkrecht zu der Richtung aufweist.
  15. Gesichertes Dokument (1) mit einem Sicherheitsfaden (3), der durch die Umsetzung des Verfahrens nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12 erhalten wurde, aufweisend Bereiche mit verschiedenen Erscheinungsbildern und/oder optischen Effekten, die in der Längsrichtung des Sicherheitsfadens aufeinander folgen und jeweils eine längliche Form in einer Richtung aufweisen, die quer zur Längsrichtung des Fadens, insbesondere im Wesentlichen parallel zu den langen Seiten des Dokuments verläuft, mit einer Schachbrettanordnung der Bereiche auf dem Faden, wobei diese Bereiche mit verschiedenen Erscheinungsbildern oder optischen Effekten das Erscheinungsbild ändern, wenn sich die Betrachtungsrichtung ändert, mit einer Umkehr der Erscheinungsbilder zwischen zwei Bereichen, wenn sich die Betrachtungsrichtung ändert.
