Abstract

L'invention est caractérisée par des éléments de traction (6) s'étendant sensiblement perpendiculairement à chaque câble porteur central (21), qui sont fixés en haut et en bas par leurs extrémités à un support d'appui (3), et qui présentent un point de contact avec chaque câble porteur (21), ledit point de contact permettant un déplacement de chaque câble porteur (21) par rapport à l'élément de traction (6).
