Claims (10)

  1. Dispositif (1) d'alignement d'un support d'aubes directrices (2) par rapport à un carter (3) d'une turbine, comprenant un moyen de guidage (4) avec un canal de guidage (9) muni d'un premier filetage intérieur (10) ainsi qu'un premier élément d'ajustage (11) et un deuxième élément d'ajustage (14),
    caractérisé en ce que
    le moyen de guidage (4) présente une première zone (5) et une deuxième zone (6), la première zone (5) étant agencée dans un logement (7) du support d'aubes directrices (2) et la deuxième zone (6) dans un évidement (8) du carter (3), dans le canal de guidage (9) étant agencé le premier élément d'ajustage (11) muni d'un premier filetage extérieur (12), ledit premier filetage extérieur (12) pouvant être vissé dans le premier filetage intérieur (10), ledit premier élément d'ajustage (11) pouvant être agencé dans le canal de guidage (9) de telle manière que, lorsque le moyen de guidage (4) est en appui contre une surface d'appui (13) de l'évidement (8), un flux de force va du logement (8) vers le moyen de guidage (4) en traversant le premier élément d'ajustage (11),
    dans le canal de guidage (9) étant agencé le deuxième élément d'ajustage (14) muni d'un deuxième filetage extérieur (15), ledit deuxième filetage extérieur (15) pouvant être vissé dans le premier filetage intérieur (10), ledit deuxième élément d'ajustage (14) pouvant être agencé dans le canal de guidage (9) de telle manière qu'un flux de force va d'une partie supérieure (16) du carter (3) vers le moyen de guidage (4) en traversant le deuxième élément d'ajustage (14), et au moyen d'un dispositif de blocage, ledit premier élément d'ajustage (11) étant bloqué en rotation avec le deuxième élément d'ajustage (14) dans le canal de guidage (9) par rapport audit canal de guidage (9).
  2. Dispositif (1) selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que
    un moyen d'ajustage (17) est agencé entre le premier élément d'ajustage (11) et la surface d'appui (13) de l'évidement (8).
  3. Dispositif (1) selon la revendication 2,
    caractérisé en ce que
    une surface de contact du premier élément d'ajustage (11) et du moyen d'ajustage (17) est de forme sensiblement sphérique.
  4. Dispositif (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    ledit dispositif (1) comprend une première vis (18) destinée à fixer le moyen de guidage (4) au support d'aubes directrices (2).
  5. Dispositif (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la première zone (5) peut être agencée par complémentarité de forme dans le logement (7).
  6. Dispositif (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le premier élément d'ajustage (11) possède une partie destinée à l'engagement par complémentarité de forme d'un outil de montage passant dans le canal de guidage (8).
  7. Dispositif (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    ledit dispositif de blocage comprend une deuxième vis (19) destinée à serrer ensemble le premier élément d'ajustage (11) et le deuxième élément d'ajustage (14) dans le canal de guidage (9), ledit premier élément d'ajustage (11) étant muni d'un deuxième filetage intérieur (20) destiné à recevoir un filetage de la deuxième vis (19) et ledit deuxième élément d'ajustage (14) étant muni d'un perçage (21) pour le passage de la deuxième vis (19) ainsi que d'une surface d'appui (22) destinée à supporter une tête de vis (23) de la deuxième vis (19).

    caractérisé en ce que
    au moins un dispositif (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7 est agencé entre le support d'aubes directrices (2) et le carter (3).
  9. Procédé d'alignement d'un support d'aubes directrices (2) par rapport à un carter (3) d'une turbine, comprenant les étapes :
    - agencer une première zone (5) d'un dispositif d'ajustage dans un logement (7) d'un support d'aubes directrices (2) ;
    - fixer le dispositif d'ajustage au support d'aubes directrices (2) au moyen d'une première vis (16) ;
    - visser un premier élément d'ajustage (11) dans un canal de guidage (9) d'une deuxième zone (6) du dispositif d'ajustage ;
    - introduire un moyen d'ajustage (17) dans un évidement (8) d'un carter (3) d'une turbine ;
    - introduire la deuxième zone (6) dans l'évidement (8) de sorte que le moyen d'ajustage (17) est agencé entre une surface d'appui (13) de l'évidement (8) et le premier élément d'ajustage (11) ;
    - aligner le support d'aubes directrices (2) par rapport au carter (3) par rotation relative du premier élément d'ajustage (11) par rapport au canal de guidage (9) ;
    - visser un deuxième élément d'ajustage (14) dans le canal de guidage (9) ;
