Claims (10)

  1. Dispositif de serrage (100) pour serrer un bloc de fixation (200) sur un objet tubulaire (300), dans lequel le dispositif de serrage (100) comprend un arc de serrage (110) avec un rayon de courbure variable contre une précontrainte et, à des extrémités longitudinales opposées (120), respectivement un logement d'outil (130) pour un outil de serrage (400), de sorte qu'en serrant l'arc de serrage (110) sur ses extrémités longitudinales opposées (120), le rayon de courbure de l'arc de serrage (110) peut être adapté à un rayon de courbure d'un objet tubulaire (300) sur lequel le bloc de fixation (200) doit être serré, caractérisé en ce que un logement (113) pour un bloc de fixation (200) est formé dans la direction longitudinale entre les logements d'outils (130) sur/à un côté (112) de l'arc de serrage (110) tourné vers un bloc de fixation (200) en position de fonctionnement du dispositif de serrage (100).
  2. Dispositif de serrage (100) selon la revendication 1, dans lequel l'arc de serrage (110) comprend un élément en forme de bande ou de plaque (111) en acier flexible, de préférence en acier à ressort, ou en matière plastique.
  3. Dispositif de serrage (100) selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel l'arc de serrage (110) a un rayon infini dans une position non précontrainte.
  4. Dispositif de serrage (100) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel une longueur d'arc (L) est réglable dans la direction longitudinale de l'arc de serrage (110) par le fait qu'au moins un des logements d'outil (130) pour un outil de serrage (400) est déplaçable dans la direction longitudinale de l'arc de serrage (110).
  5. Dispositif de serrage (100) selon la revendication 4, dans lequel le au moins un logement d'outil déplaçable (130) peut être fixé dans différentes positions de réglage dans la direction longitudinale.
  6. Dispositif de serrage (100) selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le logement (113) pour un bloc de fixation (200) est formé par le côté (112) de l'arc de serrage (110) tourné vers le bloc de fixation (200) pour reposer sur un côté supérieur (201) du bloc de fixation (200) et par deux butées (101) pour s'appuyer contre des faces d'extrémité opposées (202) du bloc de fixation (200), dans lequel les butées (101) s'étendent à partir du côté (112) de l'arc de serrage (110) tourné vers le bloc de fixation (200) et sont disposées aux extrémités longitudinales opposées (120) de l'arc de serrage (110).
  7. Agencement comprenant un dispositif de serrage (100) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, un objet tubulaire (300) et un bloc de fixation (200), dans lequel le bloc de fixation (200) est serré sur la circonférence extérieure (310) de l'objet tubulaire (300) par l'intermédiaire du dispositif de serrage (100) et à l'aide d'un outil de serrage (400) qui s'engage dans les logements d'outil (130) opposés.
  8. Agencement selon la revendication 7, dans lequel le bloc de fixation (200) avec le dispositif de serrage (100) est disposé à une extrémité longitudinale ouverte (320) de l'objet tubulaire (300) et dans lequel l'outil de serrage (400) s'appuie sur une circonférence intérieure (330) de l'objet tubulaire (300).
  9. Procédé de serrage d'un bloc de fixation (200) sur un objet tubulaire (300), comprenant les étapes de :
    - fournir un objet tubulaire (300), un bloc de fixation (200) et un dispositif de serrage (100) selon l'une des revendications précédentes ;
    - placer le bloc de fixation (200) sur une circonférence extérieure (310) de l'objet tubulaire (300) et le dispositif de serrage (100) sur un côté supérieur (210) du bloc de fixation (200) opposé à la circonférence extérieure (310) de l'objet tubulaire (300) de sorte que le bloc de fixation (200) soit reçu dans un logement (113) du dispositif de serrage (100) ; et
    - serrer le dispositif de serrage (100) et le bloc de fixation (200) qui y est logé sur l'objet tubulaire (300), au moyen d'un outil de serrage (400) qui s'engage dans les logements d'outil opposés (130).
  10. Procédé selon la revendication 9, qui comprend en outre l'adaptation de la longueur (L) de l'arc de serrage (110) à un diamètre donné de l'objet tubulaire (300) en faisant varier la distance des logements d'outil (130) les uns par rapport aux autres dans la direction longitudinale de l'arc de serrage (110).
