Claims (12)
- Procédé de fabrication d'un appareil frigorifique ménager (1), dans lequel une paroi arrière (5) en carton est fixée à un dispositif (8) pour l'évacuation du condensat (18) survenant au niveau de l'appareil frigorifique ménager (1), et à cet effet une extrémité inférieure de la paroi arrière (5) étant courbée et introduite et maintenue dans un espace d'accueil du dispositif (8), caractérisé en ce que le dispositif (8) est mis à disposition avec une pièce de base (11) avec paroi de délimitation (22) supérieure délimitant l'espace d'accueil et courbée au moins une fois, dans lequel l'extrémité inférieure de la paroi arrière (5) est introduite dans un espace d'utilisation (19) comprenant l'espace d'accueil et une pièce d'insertion (12) du dispositif distincte de la pièce de base (11) est ensuite introduite dans l'espace d'utilisation (19), moyennant quoi l'extrémité inférieure de la paroi arrière (5) est courbée en faisant passer la pièce d'insertion (12) dans la position finale fixée à la pièce de base (11) le long de la paroi de délimitation (22), dans lequel la paroi de délimitation (22) est exécutée avec une section en forme de S, et l'extrémité inférieure de la paroi arrière (5) est courbée autour d'une convexité en S avant (23) dirigée vers une entrée de l'espace d'utilisation (19) et introduite dans un creux (25) constitué par une convexité en S arrière (24) contiguë à la convexité en S avant (23), dans lequel une saillie (26) de la pièce d'insertion (12) faisant saillie vers le haut est introduite dans le creux (25), via laquelle l'extrémité inférieure de la paroi arrière (5) courbée en position finale est supportée en direction de la convexité en S avant (23).
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la pièce d'insertion (12) est fixée de façon amovible non destructive, en particulier encliquetée à la pièce de base (11).
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la pièce d'insertion (12) est introduite dans l'espace d'utilisation (19) avec une saillie (33) faisant saillie vers l'arrière et une paroi arrière de la saillie (33) est placée contre une paroi arrière (20) de la pièce de base (11) délimitant l'espace d'utilisation (19) et une paroi inférieure de la saillie (33) est placée contre un fond (21) de la pièce de base (11) délimitant l'espace d'utilisation (19) vers le bas.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'un canal d'écoulement (14) ouvert vers la paroi arrière (5) est exécuté de façon intégrée dans la pièce d'insertion (12).
- Procédé selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce qu'un manchon d'écoulement (16) relié au canal d'écoulement (14) pour la conduite du fluide est exécuté de façon intégrée dans la pièce d'insertion (12).
- Procédé selon la revendication 4 ou 5, caractérisé en ce que la pièce d'insertion (12) est disposée de telle sorte que dans l'état final monté, une courbure en forme de U (17) de l'extrémité inférieure de la paroi arrière (5) est disposée directement au-dessus du canal d'écoulement (14) dans le sens vertical.

- Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la pièce de base (11) est disposée dans un espace intermédiaire à remplir d'un matériau isolant thermique, en particulier de mousse isolante et/ou dans un espace technique (6) de l'appareil frigorifique ménager (1).
- Appareil frigorifique ménager (1) avec une carcasse (2), lequel présente une paroi arrière (5) en carton et avec un dispositif (8) pour l'évacuation du condensat (18) survenant au niveau de l'appareil frigorifique ménager (1), contre lequel une extrémité inférieure courbée de la paroi arrière (5) est maintenue, dans lequel l'extrémité inférieure s'étend dans un espace d'accueil du dispositif (8), caractérisé en ce que le dispositif (8) présente une pièce de base (11) avec paroi de délimitation (22) supérieure délimitant l'espace d'accueil et courbée au moins une fois, et en ce que l'extrémité inférieure de la paroi arrière (5) s'étend dans un espace d'utilisation (19) comprenant l'espace d'accueil, et le dispositif (8) présente une pièce d'insertion (12) distincte de la pièce de base (11), laquelle est introduite dans l'espace d'utilisation (19) et reliée à la pièce de base (11), et l'extrémité inférieure de la paroi arrière (5) est courbée le long de la paroi de délimitation (22), dans lequel la paroi de délimitation (22) est exécutée avec une section en forme de S, et l'extrémité inférieure de la paroi arrière (5) est courbée autour d'une convexité en S avant (23) dirigée vers une entrée de l'espace d'utilisation (19) et introduite dans un creux (25) constitué par une convexité en S arrière (24) contiguë à la convexité en S avant (23), dans lequel une saillie (26) de la pièce d'insertion (12) faisant saillie vers le haut est introduite dans le creux (25), via laquelle l'extrémité inférieure de la paroi arrière (5) courbée en position finale est supportée en direction de la convexité en S avant (23).
