In this way, when washing laundry, the drum may roll to tumble the laundry up and down so as to achieve the washing of laundry, thus reducing abrasion of the laundry during washing thereof. Moreover, because the laundry needs not to be completely immersed in water when being washed, but only a small amount of water is needed to accomplish the washing thereof, a corresponding water cost is reduced, which is more environmentally friendly.
